Santana from Presana homes was very responsive when messaged, very freindly and helpful, the property was just like adverised no surprises, it was very clean very comfortable and a perfect place for a crew of 3 people that was in Corpus for work, outside was very quite and peacful and that was a plus also. We plan to stay with Presana Homes in the near future. Thank you

This was a wonderful place. It's in a very peaceful area. The house had plenty of room for our family (7). Having access to the dock for fishing was great. Having all of the amenities made it feel like home. The Host(Judy) was very polite and responsive to any messages. One negative thing that is not related to the house was dealing with the mosquitoes. Bring plenty of insects repellant and yard guard during the summer months. We will keep Judy's place in mind the next time we visit the Rockport/Corpus Christi area.

M&K's place was nothing short of very clean and amazing. Very clean and modern decorations. Definite make you feel relaxed and cleaned, knowing you're on vacation. Its a wonderful house for families or friends get away, for sure. We loved the amazing backyard with beautiful stairways right into the water. And the beautiful sunset in the evening that light up the whole backyard with the quiet backyard and swimming pool. Beautiful setup that makes you feel just like home. This beautiful place is equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our trip here in Corpus Christi. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this amazing house by the bay. I had a great experience during my 3 nights at April’s house!! I let her know in advance that we would be arriving there really late at night, and she left the lights on for us inside the house. I appreciated that and it made us feel comfortable and safe when we arrived. We made breakfast everyday and had all the utensils we needed, we also used the oven to make biscuits. All the appliances there were in good working condition. The beds were also comfy and there was plenty of towels for us. Walmart/ H‑E‑B/ Gas Stations/ and even the thrift stores were nearby(our favorite)!! Lol The kids were able to watch Disney/ Netflix/ etc., they went fishing, and we’re able to feed the ducks and turtles!! It was so cool!! We had great moments here and we weren’t feeling like we were being “watched” just because she has cameras. We had our privacy, and I definitely recommend y’all to stay here. I hope we come back soon. Thank you April and Family!!

We really had an awesome stay at Christine’s place. The place was a rare gem for sure The landscaping is mature and beautiful. The house was just as described in the ad. The heated pool was really nice as well As the hot tub. The tvs are huge and easy to log Into the beds are comfortable and the towels are plush. Can’t say enough about place and the host Christine was available for any needs very helpful and fast correspondence . Definitely will come back. Randy & Joni. Lake Conroe

Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. It was absolutely perfect and exactly as described (or better). The entire house was spotless. The amenities, from a snack basket to extra bath towels, were unexpected. Sheri was both proactive and responsive. Will stay here again.

This place is "THE" Place to stay when in Rockport or Aransas. Plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. Plenty of room for eating and gathering for lots of people.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. We really liked the openness of the home. The bedrooms are huge and plenty of bathrooms. There is about anything you need to cook with and plenty of dishes. This home is right across the street from the community pool and grassy area for us to take our dogs. The beach access boardwalk was just a few houses down. This neighborhood was quiet but we were here during winter months. We had some maintenance issues with A/C while here and Lee got it taken care of within a few hours. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Review for Airbnb Stay in Port Aransas Our stay in Port Aransas was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and spacious, offering plenty of room for our family to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from the beach, so we could easily walk or take the golf cart provided for an extra fun touch. The kids loved the heated pool in the backyard, which was a hit both for them and for the adults who enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space. Thank you - we had the best time and hopefully can stay there again the same time next year. My kids had a blast riding bikes on the giant driveway, playing in the game room, exploring in the yard and making s'mores. Appreciate your hospitality.

Great relaxing place to stay. plenty of room for multiple people easy to talk to host about anything.

Our stay was peaceful and perfect. The lake view was beautiful especially in the mornings. We had the entire lake to ourselves. The water level was very low, but the area to get to the lake was clear and we were able to get to the water. My kids fished all day and got a few nibbles. Over all we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

tony is a great host friendly would definitely recommend using him to anyone
