This was the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had. It was the first time everything was as described. I’m a super clean person so it was so refreshing to walk into a home that looked, smelled, and felt truly clean. The home is very roomy, lots of natural light from the windows, everyone has their own space which was a must. The kids loved their loft bedroom and big bath tub. The jacuzzi was the star of the show and I loved how it was right outside the kitchen so I didn’t have to be micro mommy the whole time. We roasted marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit, cozied up with popcorn and a movie, and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna. We are already talking about booking in the summer because the pool would be an added bonus. Thanks Kelly, I hope we were just as good as guests as you were as host!

Beautiful and eclectic home. It was perfect for our group of girls visiting from all over the U.S to attend our HS Reunion. Plenty of lovely spaces to gather or a private, quiet nook to read or rest. The pool was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was large enough and well stocked to prepare meals. Andy was very responsive with any issues or questions. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely epic long weekend on the lake because this property has it all! The house is in an amazing location with access the lakes so we chartered a boat for a day. The property has great character and thoughtfulness everywhere you look inside and out. The spaces and room sizes were perfect for our large group of five couples and three little ones. It is massive and allowed for our group to have some much needed quiet time away from the kiddos as well as provided multiple spaces for us to hang and dine as a full group. We had a blast cooking snd grilling as a group, awesome setup if you love to cook. The pool is heated which was clutch as we had some cool mornings and nights. Additionally our hosts were great in answering questions before we arrived and even serviced the pool the morning of our check in. They also shipped an iPad we accidentally left behind. We were all so impressed by the experience and look forward to coming back before the summer is up, thank you again!!

This property was PERFECT for our 4-family spring break getaway. The sleeping space was ample for all of us and included 2 separate living spaces so groups can be entertained separately (one for kids and one for adults). Who am I kidding, the pool and theater were the main attraction for all of us especially our 7 kiddos. The photos do not do this beautiful home justice. Definitely worth the money and local. Would recommend it and plan to stay again!

We stayed at Roger's home for my sons Navy graduation. Roger was commutative and flexible. The house was clean and everything listed was available. We ended up meeting up with him for dinners! Very friendly, likeable, and funny guy. If we ever have to visit that area again, we'll definitely stay at Roger's place!

Great Hosts! Def made my whole family feel at home. I have been to many Airbnb’s myself. And never had to deal with such a great hosts like Guillermo. Very recommended place if ever visit Chicago def. Will book this home again!

My friends and I were looking for a house to fit the six of us while we kicked back and watched some football for the weekend. Barbara provided us with the perfect house. Grill, hot tub and other amenities were fantastic!

Elvira’s home was perfect for my family when in town for our Sailors graduation. The home was clean and so comfortable. It snowed during our stay and they came and shoveled for us multiple times. We felt right at home here!

This is beyond 5 stars! The home is very clean, comfortable, and spacious for a group. The Naval base is no more than a 15-minute drive and the train station to go into downtown Chicago is only a 10-minute drive. (The train ride to Union Station is 1 hour.) There are plenty of restaurants not too far from the house too. If you do not have a car, Ubers and taxis were available within 5-10 minutes after requesting one. We loved the home. The beds were comfortable, every room and fixture was clean, there were plenty of kitchen accessories, towels, coffee pods, laundry pods, hand soap, spices, toilet paper, etc. The only item we bought was napkins, which was totally fine & to be expected. The fireplace was an added bonus. especially since the weather was cold & snowy outside. There are board games such as Monopoly & cards, The lighting was good too, especially for putting on makeup in the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Nancy!

The place is great. The home is just as the listing says and its a great place for those looking to visit their loved ones graduating from the Navy just as we did. Very spacious and met all of our needs. The host was great and was very helpful abd proactive with our requests. Would highly recommend.

We felt right at home during our stay. The house was thoughtfully arranged, well stocked, and clean. One of the cleanest stays we have had! The kitchen was well appointed. Great quality pots/pans/utensils. We cooked several meals during our stay & had everything we needed to prepare our various meals! Plenty of linens/blankets/towels out & were well displayed. There was also additional linens available if needed. All were good quality & comfortable. There was a great selection of books/board games/toys. The desk area was perfect for getting a bit of work done during our stay. The location was great & the neighborhood was so quiet. We felt safe during our entire stay. The playground across the street was so nice & there were nice sidewalks for our post-dinner strolls. The drive to the naval base was easy & not too far. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We will stay again if we find ourselves back in this area!

Big, cozy, and ate so well! 1. You can walk 3 minutes to a handful of 4 and a half star restaurants. I tricked my bro coworkers into eating Indian and it was such a great restaurant that they even liked it. So many bowls of ramen as well! 2. Lori was an amazing host. Our work trucks didn’t fit in the garage so she helped us figure out the best parking. Really responsive. Good food and drink recommendations. 3. The photos make the place look great, but it’s even bigger than it seems. Beds were cozy, water hot, and really comfy. The mud room coming in from the garage was a really nice touch in winter. Would love to stay again.

We had an incredible time at Mark’s place! The photos definitely matched the actual house and from the moment you walk in you feel right at home. Mark had provided all of the mentioned amenities and then some, and provided personal touches and local recommendations. We visited in the off season, and are hopeful to return in the summer to take more advantage of the outdoor activities around. Definitely recommend!!

Cherri’s home was the perfect place to stay while visiting for my son’s Navy graduation. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming environment made us feel right at home. It was such a comfort to be able to cook a few homemade meals for my son, providing him with a safe and cozy haven that reminded us of being back in Florida. Given the extremely cold and windy weather during our visit, the home’s thoughtful amenities were a blessing. There were plenty of warm blankets, a fireplace, and even heated blankets to keep us comfortable. My favorite feature was the outdoor bedroom—despite the chill, it was incredibly cozy with multiple layers of heat provided. During the day, it became my peaceful retreat, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Cherri’s home truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to stay here again in the future, whether for another special occasion or just a visit to the area.

We enjoyed Tawny's home. I am very picky about cleanliness and feel uncomfortable in an Airbnb with unkept bathrooms...we all have seen it. This place was spotless. The beds were comfortable & linens were clean and cozy. And the showers and bathrooms had no "yuck" in the cracks and crevices! The home is very spacious and comfortable. The gym was nice. We did not use outside amenities or the very nice porch, the weather just wasn't accommodating. We were there to just hang out and relax. The house is very close to all services and stores. Dining is close whether going out or delivery. The home has everything you need, it is cozy, spacious, has a very well kept & equipped kitchen; and again, it is CLEAN! One suggestion, maybe a pullout wall mirror in a bathroom. For up close makeup application so don't have to lean over sink, for short people like me. I would say overall, this was one of the cleanest Airbnb I have rented. Was a wonderful stay & Def. Would Recommend for any occasion!

A very comfortable lake house! Fantastic view and access to the lake. Fully furnished kitchen makes cooking any meal as easy as at home. Plenty of space for guests to spread out. Host is responsive and accommodating.

We couldn't ask for a better location to stay at while attending our sons graduation from Navy bootcamp. The location along with the house having everything we needed was great. Our new sailor was able to come spend the day with us and just relax. We were even able to BBQ one of the days. The house is as described and has everything you would need and more. It was just what we needed . I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if I ever need to go back to the area.

I can say that this was my best Airbnb hosting. The Hosts are extremely polite, kind, helpful. The house was impeccable, very clean and comfortable. It is very close to the Navy Base, which was excellent for me, because I was going to my husband's graduation and this allowed us to move very quickly to be with him at all times that he received leave. I loved it, it was a great experience. If you need to come to Chicago again, I will definitely pick it up at this residence.

Sonal was very responsive, the graduation decorations were a hit they put out for us and our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the zip line, swings, and river view
