This is a wonderfully well equipped tiny home with everything you need for an extremely pleasant stay! The decor makes it feel like a real home and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The fenced yard is perfect for those traveling like dogs as we were- highly recommend, and we would love to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the nearby lake!

This house was very comfortable and extremely functional....everything you need for short weekend stay including coffee and snacks. Extra towels and blankets were a plus. The hot tub and outdoor deck are also great living spaces. The location is fantastic if you plan to travel to the wineries, madison or geneva. We enjoyed everything and will definitely book here again!

A perfect place for a family gathering! Joseph and Kelly's place had everything. An incredible lake view to enjoy inside and out, quiet bedrooms, and a most lovely open layout to enjoy cooking, dining, and spending time together. Their place is well-equipped, uncluttered, and had a lovely modern aesthetic. It is also a warm home (even in the middle of winter!) and had great water pressure. Our hosts were responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs, even in the middle of the holidays. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea’s guest house. Very comfy, and clean. And the views from her patio are just lovely. We would definitely book her home again.

I had an extended stay at Ashley’s place, and she was truly the sweetest host! She accommodated my crazy check-in time and was always kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The house was beautifully updated with the cutest decor, making it feel modern yet cozy. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, fully stocked with everything needed. It was spotless and well-equipped with fresh linens and towels. The private yard was perfect—my two dogs had a blast! The location was ideal, just a short distance from the lake, and even the neighbors were so welcoming. I highly recommend Ashley’s place, especially in the summer. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Affordable and cozy 10/10

Hosts were so very welcoming and accommodating! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we’d need! We were on a trip to visit Spire daily and it was very close and easy to get to! Hosts offered late check out free of charge and even had a sweet welcoming basket for us when we checked in. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends and family!!!

Great place. We enjoyed ourselves

John’s place was a perfect stay and perfect location. Less than 5 minutes to the grocery stores and 5 minutes to where I was working. Hope I get the chance to stay here again!

Apartment was very clean and stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and amenities. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to shops/restaurants. Great price! We would definitely stay again!

I had a short visit and would definitely come back. Lea was so kind and very quick with responding she made it so easy. If you love history you’ll appreciate the location there’s plenty to absorb. This location was older and with character as to expect. The Grand River, Lake Erie and Fairport Harbor are just a few then they also have the Cleveland Botanical Garden! Inside of the location was really nice kinda shabby chic style and very clean. Lea had everything I could’ve needed in case I forgot, I appreciated her hospitality.

Where do I start? First of all, Nicholas responded immediately. We had a nightmare with a hotel and needed a place to stay last minute. Nicholas’s place was perfect! It is clean and adorable. Could not have asked for a better place. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was safe and close to restaurants. It was snowing, and Nicholas made sure the driveway, sidewalk and porch were clear. Someone commented on the train noise. It was not an issue at all! Would highly recommend staying here. We would love to return!!
