we love the house, we're here for my cancer treatment and the house is close to the hospital. Karen and sue are great hosts and very kind.were here for a while and we feel blessed to be here.

We have stayed in many Air BnB''s in many trips on both coasts. luckily we have had positive experiences with good hosts but this one ranks as a very special one. The home exudes old world charm with exquisite views. The bedrooms are large and cozy. Can't say enough about the gas stove in the kitchen. The home is very clean and homey. Two wood burning fireplaces are wonderful as well. The hosts are phenomenal with quick responses to any questions. I would highly recommend considering the Copper Beech home. We stayed a week and was leaving was bittersweet. Hopefully you will find this home as endearing as we did.

Great place to stay if you're traveling with a pet! Big backyard was great for my dog, and I could stand under the back porch out of the rain. Nice extras too, like having clean-up bags by the back door and dog dishes in a stand next to the kitchen.

A perfect place for a family gathering! Joseph and Kelly's place had everything. An incredible lake view to enjoy inside and out, quiet bedrooms, and a most lovely open layout to enjoy cooking, dining, and spending time together. Their place is well-equipped, uncluttered, and had a lovely modern aesthetic. It is also a warm home (even in the middle of winter!) and had great water pressure. Our hosts were responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs, even in the middle of the holidays. We highly recommend!

This place was perfect for what our family needed. It was in the middle of where we visit family. 15 min drive to Chardon, 13 min from Mentor-on-the lake, 3 min from the highway, and 10 min from Kirtland. There was a Starbucks and any type of grocery/restaurant you need. It had all the amenities for a perfect stay. If you are a person that likes to watch TV before bed, you will want to bring an iPad/or watch your phone there is only 1 TV.

Adorable place to stay. Just what we needed to celebrate our late son's would be 19th birthday and remember him while also including his close friends. Plenty of space and they enjoyed the celebration of their lost friend on his Valentine's Birthday. Thank you so much for hosting us on this special day. Everything was perfect and peaceful. I would love to visit in the warmer months to experience the outside of the home as well.

The home and neighborhood was very nice. There was an accommodation for all of my needs in the house.

We recently stayed at The Eagles Nest to celebrate my 70th birthday. My 3 grownup kids and their kids all traveled to Mentor from Niagara Falls, Orchard Park, and Nashville. We stayed 4 days and loved all of it. The home was clean and cozy, roomy enough for all of us including a toddler and baby. Playground nearby (look over the back fence). Hidden gem areas in the neighborhood.The teens found a beach lookout spot straight down the street where they watched the sunsets. The backyard area was a great for morning coffee (sunrise and gorgeous trees as scenery) as well as evening campfire and roasting marshmallows. The dining room was perfect for Sunday brunch and late night card games. The entrance to the neighborhood from the highway was inviting, large trees and lots of flowers in bloom. The home is convenient to Headlands Park/Beach and Fairport Harbor which has shops, ice cream, a beautiful beach. Jake was attentive when I had questions. I highly recommend, and will return!

I would absolutely recommend this place to stay to anyone and I plan on staying again if I’m in the area for my future dr appointments! The hosts were super available and responsive, which was amazing but they were also super kind! But also the tiny house was just adorable and incredibly clean, super cozy and just such a nice little getaway! It was just a short distance away from the water too which was so so nice! I went in the morning to watch the sun come up… even though it was cold it was still so nice to watch from the car at the Madison park down the road. Super adorable little coffee shop there too. There were clear directions on how to check in and check out and if I had any questions they were super quick on responding also! I just cannot say enough good things about this place and I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area! Thank you so much again for the great getaway! I appreciate it so much! <3

My little family needed a tranquil New Years escape from downtown CLE, and all that comes with the celebratory fireworks, shooting, party goers…. Jake’s place was perfection… pure peace, SILENCE, and beyond the pictures depiction. I hope to bring my family in the summer, when we are able to see the lake.

My husband and I came for a one night get away in the dead of winter. We chose this location because it had plenty to do without going any where. The pool table and hot tub were great. We arrived and never left the house. The house was clean and spacious, has plenty of amenities, and the host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit. We would look forward to coming back when its warm to enjoy the view of the marina and the town of Fairport Harbor. We might even schedule a stay next winter just to get away. Beautiful stay on the water. It was snowing during our visit and the view of the water was still breathtaking. Warm and inviting all around. Felt like home away from home. Don’t second guess your choice. Just stay here.

Great little spot, perfect for a place to crash post wineries. We didn't use it for that but we suspect that's the prime reason most book it. Very clean, too!

Absolutely lovely home! Love that it can sleep so many and can sleep them privately lol! We had 2 of us in the main house and 2 in the apartment and it was just lovely! The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus, and the studio in the back was so completely amazing!! Very nice energy back there and we cannot wait to go back when the weather is warmer! Also, very accommodating couple who are extremely responsive to messages. Definitely recommend!
