Everything was as pictured and no surprises. We were here to work on the town splashpad and David’s house was great place after long workdays.

Christy is the most kind and caring host I've seen, she is all about customer satisfaction, I was very comfortable and at ease the whole trip, looking forward to more stays in this location, there's nothing better than having piece of mind when on a work trip.

We stayed one night to celebrate our son’s birthday before visiting the Discovery Park of America the next day. It was a very convenient location, about 20 minutes away! Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. The hosts went above and beyond for us- they had a birthday banner and balloons waiting in the kitchen to surprise our boy! We highly recommend this home and the hosts!

Stephanie was the first to say hello when I made my payment and answered all my questions. Checking in and walking in the front door to start our vacay was super easy and seamless. The accomodations were topnotch and everything we expected. Plenty of room for our family plus some. We chose this house because it was unique from all the others because of its A-framed structure. So If you are looking for something a little different from all the rest like we do when we do these weekend trips we recommend this one. It was very cool and very spacious on the inside. Checkout and leaving was also super easy. All around great place and great host. Would pick this place again.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting nearby Reelfoot Lake for eagle watching. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was neat. The house was stocked with some board and card games, and we had fun playing them.

Provided everything we needed. Convenient location for the drive through of Reelfoot lake and eagle viewing. Really enjoyed our quick getaway!!

It was a nice stay. Weather wasn't cooperating but we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Kristi was a great communicator.

This was our 2cnd visit to this rental. Even though the weather did not cooperate for fishing due to strong winds, we still had fun! we visited the museum just a couple miles away. We put our canoe in at Oak Log and canoed in areas protected by the wind. we saw lots of wild life there. thank you Dana and Steve for such a wonderful stay. communication was excellent and house on Reelfoot lake was awesome for us! we will be back for a 3rd time!!

The “Dragonfly” is a nice, private house. It has plenty of parking & located just across the road from Reelfoot Lake. Kristi is very friendly & saw to our needs. I recommend the Dragonfly if you need a place close to the lake. Union City & Dyersburg are close by with plenty of restaurants & shopping.

My family and I stayed here, while our home in Tiptonville was finishing. Joseph’s Airbnb was absolutely the best. It was very clean, had everything you can need and then some. Joseph was very kind and very responsive. it’s peaceful and quiet there. Slept really good. The shower curtain is absolutely awesome lol. Highly recommend Joseph and his Airbnb. I mean, just stay here, it’s well worth the money and you won’t be disappointed.

Overall, this place was very nice for the cost. It was easy to check-in and out of the home without any problems. The extra space heaters were definitely a bonus, as we stayed in colder weather. I would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay near Tiptonville. We stayed here to go duck hunting on Realfoot Lake and it was only about 26 minutes to where we hunted and it was a rather easy commute.
