Beautiful cottage in a quiet beach community. The family enjoyed the hot tub, large sectional sofa. The shops nearby were decent and this is a short drive from larger attractions.

Fantastic place to explore nearby wineries. Great host. We would definitely come back.

Loved this home, it was beautifully decorated every inch. My favourite bedroom was the one on the first floor. This was a change from the typical waterfront properties our family books but with a heated pool and jacuzzi that was situated in a landscaped backyard we couldn’t ask for more. Very clean and she had everything. Lindy has really outdone herself to make sure her guests from all ages enjoy her home. She accommodated our family literally 3 hours before checkin, as the cottage we originally booked the host cancelled less than 24hrs before checkin. Thank you Lindy for sharing your home!!

He is a wonderful and understanding person. I booked, but something happened and I had to leave before the reservation period. I sent a message to Arthur, and he quickly replied. Westfield is a beautiful, historic town. This home is cute, well maintained, and close to town and yet in the quiet countryside; among the grape orchards. We browsed the Antique barn just a few 100 yards away. Our surprise visit for Mom's 90th birthday went off without a hitch! We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great and there was a bunch of things to do around the house that were within walking distance, the local food and attractions were great as well. The house was well kept and matched what the host described. The host was quick to respond which was helpful as well.

Great house on a peacful farm, with lots of room to walk the dogs. Close to Elk National Forest and a short drive to Emporium for supplies. Katie is very responsive and helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed in the house and loaned us something that we had forgot. This is a great location for a Potter County getaway, we hope to stay here again one day.

Cute, quaint, clean, well taken care of older home with many amenities both new and vintage. This place had all we needed and we enjoyed the quiet area. The first floor is for entertaining and the second floor is for guests (including the only bathroom). The ice cream shop is within walking distance and definitely worth a trip. Downtown is within walking as well. There is a really nice cafe too! This home is within 20 minutes to Letchworth State Park and an hour and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls, which is the reason for the stay. We would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

I have booked this house several times. It is perfect for a large group. Very clean and spacious, great location, and the hosts are very responsive. Will definitely book this house again for group trips to Buffalo!

This place is perfect for one or two people staying in the area and close to St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara On The Lake, and the Welland Canal. It’s clean, neat and private. Very comfortable bed & linens. Sonia and Ron are excellent hosts and took time to meet us and visit before we left. Be sure to check out their recommendations for area sites and restaurants!

The house was easy to find. The lock was having trouble but then we were able to get in. The next day realized the lock on the house was malfunctioning and that was why we had trouble getting in. Texted the owner and someone was immediately sent to fix(replace the lock). Great customer service from the owners.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! This was our second stay at this property. We had an amazing time the first time and again the second time. Everything is as described in the listing. Joanna is great as a host and very responsive. The place is sqeaky clean. Lots of extra linens and bedding. Pool table and swimming pool keep people occupied. Sauna is a bonus! Highly recommend it!

This cottage is just like the pictures and it was very clean was in a great location very close to the beach walking distance. The backyard is like your own little tranquil paradise! The pool was clean. Everything was great. My family and I went there for my 50th birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves even my teenage boys. We honestly didn’t wanna leave Best Birthday ever and the host Trevor is amazing responsive and friendly. Super nice highly recommend this place. I know we will definitely be going back .

I had stayed at this resort before but through the resort. No plunger. Had to call and wait to get the toilet unclogged. No wifi as well. I paid more as well and the cottage was smaller in size. This cottage was spacious and had all the amenities. Never had to contact John except how to turn on the heat and hot water. I highly recommend this cottage

Beautiful, peaceful home with extremely comfortable and large beds. It's obvious that hosts take a great deal of pride in the property which has everything one could need. Excellent base to visit the Falls, Niagara on the Lake and the outlets. Walking distance to the Royal Niagara Golf Course (where you can hire clubs). Last but not least an amazing pool too.
