I have booked this house several times. It is perfect for a large group. Very clean and spacious, great location, and the hosts are very responsive. Will definitely book this house again for group trips to Buffalo!

Shuying was a great host! Very responsive and have great recommendations. The house was super clean, spotless linens and 7-8 minutes from the falls. The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

This was my second stay at Andrea's place. Check-in is easy. Linens and towels are provided. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. It's a plus that the property is dog-friendly and it's easy to take walks around the neighborhood.

Lovely and clean house in a nice neighborhood. Bedrooms are roomy and the shower is very good. All as promised, no complaints and will stay here again when visiting Buffalo.

Jenny’s place was lovely! Our Runa loved the back yard. We felt very safe in the location. It was definitely a weekend home away from home. We travel to Erie a lot, but this was our first Airbnb here, cannot wait to book again. The beds were so comfy! I had such a great nights sleep. Would recommend this location to everyone. May even check out some of her other homes in the area as well.

Beautiful cozy home. My kids had a blast with the toys. Beautiful kitchen and great indoor lighting. Cute playground out back that my kids loved. Joelle was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying at Kara and Ben’s place. So cozy and comfortable and super well equipped. The description and pictures were spot on with no hidden surprises. Well equipped home. It’s the lower level of the home and everything is on the one level. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet but close enough to shopping and restaurants. Host was very prompt with messages and instructions given before check in and about check out were clear and easy to understand.

Suzanne’s place is an entire guest suite attached to the house and is in a nice and peaceful place. It has many wineries nearby. Acceptable driving distance to Outlets and the Falls. Nice place to stay if you are looking for a place which is not far away from all attractions!

Matt and Miriam were great hosts. Always responsive, and graciously allowed an early check-in which was very helpful to us after a long drive and a busy itinerary. The house was as described, in a great location close to everything in the area. This was the perfect place for our group of 4 plus 2 dogs, with plenty of space and comfortable lounging and sleeping arrangements!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bed and Breakfast at 416 w 10 St. Erie Pa. We found it to be very spacious and comfortable. We were pleased that it was in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Should we find ourselves needing accommodations in the Erie area again we would not hesitate to use this bed and breakfast. Anthony Militello

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

This place was the perfect size for a good sized group. We did a little weekend trip, and it was in walking distance to everything in town. It was the perfect, cozy get away. I loved the windy stairs, and the overall atmosphere. The trundle bed gives you more space during the day to hangout in the living room.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

This is our second time staying at the condo. It’s Perfect for our family of 5. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s very close to both mountains and to town. Joe is very responsive. Check in and check out were easy. We will definitely be back.
