We were looking for a place to relax and be away from the city for a few days and this is exactly what we were able to do. The hot tub was a great addition. I have been to Ellicottville many times and the cabin is only a 5 minute drive to town. Everything was perfect and clean. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Instructions on how to get there with accompanying pictures was really appreciated. I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful A-frame and a very nice atmosphere in the house to read and relax in! The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. The neighborhood is a bit bland, but that doesn’t detract much from the beauty of the home. The non-stick pan didn’t have much nonstick left on it so you may want to bring your own pan. Also if you take a walk down the road take a stick or pepper spray with you cause some of the neighbors down the road a ways have dogs that were not friendly.

My fiance and I have never stayed at an Airbnb before so being this was our first, I have to say it was definitely worth it! The cabin itself was worth a thousand words let alone the friendly hospitality from Tammy. We will definitely be back!

We spent Groundhog Day weekend at the Stanroph Cabin, which is just a 40-45 minute drive from Punxsutawney. Nestled in the serene Cook Forest, this secluded and authentic cabin offered a peaceful retreat. The cabin was clean, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, providing great local dining recommendations. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spa, with snowflakes gently falling around us. Phil, the host, left a detailed guidebook covering everything from operating the spa to check-in and check-out procedures. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances. We also appreciated the thoughtful snacks. Additionally, my son accidentally left some items behind, and Phil was kind enough to ship them to our address. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin with us. 5 stars!

We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

Roberts place was perfect for a cozy long weekend with a partner. Plenty of charm and privacy, the fireplace heats up nicely and the hot tub was the best. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a relaxing stay! The cabin was pristine with all of the amenities as listed in the description. The property was easy to find and the gift shop/store was a plus in case we forgot to pack something. There are many restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery. We would love to come again!

This house was amazing to stay at! It was easy to find but felt very secluded surrounded by woods. There was lots of space for everyone and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was pretty big and open, and the living room was very comfortable. It was about a 30 minute drive to Holiday Valley, and this house made our snowboarding/ski trip complete. Darren was always quick to communicate, and left good instructions regarding the house. We would love to come back in the future!

Had a great stay while visiting Cook State Park. The cabin was clean and quaint. It is very secluded, and we were able to unwind without cell service for a few days. Everything was just as it was described, and the hosts were very responsive and communicated very well.

Outside: Cabin 1 is tucked in far enough from the "main" road, and looks out onto a field, which was snow covered during our visit. The number of stars visible on a clear night is awe inspiring. The closest neighbors are the winery and Cabin 2, a good distance away on each side. Inside: There was no visible dust on the ceiling fan blades, which in addition to being a pet peeve of mine, is also usually a dead giveaway about the overall cleanliness of a rental. But with its clean fan blades and spotless interior, Cabin 1 was without a doubt one of the cleanest -- probably **the** cleanest -- AirBnB rental I've ever had. Seriously, it was spotless. As other reviewers have stated, the kitchen is well-stocked. The heat works great in the winter, it was between 5 - 19 degrees outside, but nice and warm inside during our stay. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog, who felt right at home, too. I don't have any complaints. I would definitely stay in Shelly's cabin again.

We loved our stay!! The place was even nicer than we expected and really enjoyed the pool table & arcade games and open layout! It was a short drive to the ski hill and town, we would definitely book again!

This place is awesome. If you want peace and quiet this is it. Great communication with host . Place is rustic but squeaky clean. Lots of room to accommodate a full family. I would highly recommend

The house was absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for for our girls weekend. The heat did stop working and Jonathan was quick to respond and send out their maintenance guy, Rich. All in all great experience!

Perfect for the long weekend and the location is close to the places we wanted to be: Midway State Park, Bemus Point, the lake etc. We enjoyed using the grill. Also appreciate the extra things they provided like air mattress, firewood, bug spray etc. It was a great first cabin stay experience for our toddler!

Had a fantastic stay at John’s cabin! The place was spotless, the location was stunning, and John was incredibly responsive and proactive in making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained getaway. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin and it won’t be our last! Aaron and Natalie have created such a picturesque getaway- this unplugged weekend was just what we needed! A cozy fireplace, great company, snowy views from the windows-it was truly perfect! The cabin is well-stocked with basic necessities and extra amenities that make you feel very at home. The layout is great for family time and being present with each other. And the surroundings were a winter wonderland this trip! Natalie is a delight to communicate with as well- so helpful and accommodating! Couldn’t ask for better hosts! We can’t wait for our next getaway!

With a cozy, warm wood stove, silent winter woods, and an easy drive into town, we really enjoyed this cabin. Definitely considering returning to experience it in another season.
