I don't know if I'll ever be ok with 700.00+ for less than half a Friday, full sat and half a sun. with that said, it's nothing personal. overall it's a beautiful place with a beautiful view and my girlfriend and I were absolutely thrilled about being there. I think if the hot tub was included in your stay, and not paid separately for, it would be even better.

Henry and April were an amazing host, they were super respectful and responsive. They were flexible and helpful for checking in as we had to check in a bit earlier due to winter storms. Whenever we had a any questions or help they were there quickly. The view and area was beautiful even in the winter and we enjoyed being there. Will definitely visit again in summer time.

We enjoyed a few days at Troy’s lake house. Contacted Troy about the Heat not being on but with a flip of a switch it warmed right up. Troy was very responsive during our stay. We will be back to enjoy in the warm weather!

Renees place is about as close as you can get to the Cedar Point Entrance unless you are going to pitch a tent. It worked out perfect for us and we enjoyed the propane firepit near the water.

We met up with family to stay on the lake for several days, and it was just perfect. We had 8 adult sized folks, and we fit in just perfectly. The location is just amazing...right on the lake with access to swimming and kayaks. The place felt more roomy than the pictures...there is a really nice sitting room where most of us could sit, plus two screened in porches and plenty of seating outside. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Central air was key for us and provided a nice respite from the heat. We drove 30 minutes to Cedar Point, and it was close enough that we came home for a few hours to take a break from the heat and went back for the evening. Hosts were just super on it, proactive, and very helpful. Highly recommend. Oh and the outdoor shower really was a highlight. Sounds silly, but we all loved it!

My husband and I recently attended a nearby class and had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb situated over a small lake and it was absolutely perfect! The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin is brand new and thoughtfully designed providing many comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the lake, especially as the fall leaves changed colors. The vibrant hues of red, orange, and yellow created a breathtaking backdrop, making our morning coffee on the deck a truly magical experience. While we didn't swim or kayak, we enjoyed leisurely walks around the area, soaking in the tranquility and beauty of nature. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for nearby dining. If you're seeking a serene getaway to immerse yourself in the beauty of fall, this Airbnb is the perfect spot. We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we can't wait to return!

We had a great time! The house was very quiet. Amazing fishing spot. Close to the city without feeling like you’re in the city. I would rent this place again.

This was the perfect home base for our weekend visiting Edinboro University. The cottage was wonderful and exactly as pictured/described in the listing. We had everything we could want for a great stay, and we appreciated some of the extra touches. It is obvious that Cheryl cares about the satisfaction of her renters. We were especially pleased to find a dog friendly cottage in such great condition. Would recommend to anyone and we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep but didn’t spend much time there. Nice, quiet place. Well light. Third time to stay at a property of Michael’s. He is quick to respond to questions. Clean and comfortable furniture. Well maintained. We will stay again at a property he owns if available.

This is a special place. It was so peaceful, and after a few months of hectic life, it was wonderful to just relax and watch the birds at the bird feeder, or the stream rushing by. The house is a mix of old farm charm and modern amenities, with a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The downstairs bathroom even has a bidet - such luxury! Had a family gathering for my mom's birthday, and the kids loved exploring inside and out, while the adults enjoyed the charm and relaxation. It was good for everyone to get away and get some of the peace found here! Love to come back again, especially in the summer. There's a small lake that's swimmable, and a little sun porch that seems perfect for lounging on a hot day. Bill was very friendly and showed how everything worked, and he provides every amenity. This is a great place to come with a small group to get away from it all!!

We had an amazing stay at Warren and Julia’s place! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had such a cozy, aesthetic vibe. The backyard was like a dream, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We loved every moment and felt so comfortable throughout our stay. Would truly recommend if someone looking for peaceful and scenic getaway!! Huge thanks to Warren and Julia for being such great hosts—we’d love to come back!

With it being in the off-season it was nice and quiet and relaxing... a wonderful place to get together with family and just unwind!

A great stay for a family! Was a great spot for a big group. Kitchen has great amount of pots, pans, dishes. One note — the backyard area is not fenced in, and while neighbors are friendly, there is a lot of free roam space so keep an eye on dogs and kids. Very comfortable space for a family to spend time together.

Host was very responsive. Location was perfect for a short trip to Kalahari with the kids. It was great being able to bring the dogs with us. There is a nice little part on Lake Erie a couple of blocks away. We had good meals at Danny Boys Pizza and Sandusky Bay Pancake House. Home was very nicely decorated. Lower floor a bit chilly but there is a large space heater to use. Easy access in and out of the home and parking is convenient next to the house. Good alternative to staying at Kalahari as it is much more peaceful.

Cute little home on the lake, with a beautiful sunset view. Jennifer was very helpful. We appreciated her informing us that the cleaners were finished early so we could have an early check-in. The house had everything we needed, it was a perfect little getaway!

This home was one of the BEST Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Extremely clean, sooo comfortable, very spacious, and just perfect! Doreen is an AMAZING host! She was able to accommodate our early check in, and with the unexpected snow, they shoveled the driveway and walk way for us! Communication was great, the home was huge and beautiful. I cant say enough, that this home was super CLEAN! Right on the lake with amazing views! The 4 full bathrooms made this home perfect for our group of 5 adults. We want to stay here every time we are in michigan. You wont regret renting this home!! Oh and the fireplace made the home nice and cozy!!

Wendy's Lakehouse was exactly what my husband and I needed for our mini-retreat after our daughter's wedding. We were mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted when we arrived; but after a couple of days of complete quiet and privacy in the house, walking and laying on the private beach, listening to the water, watching the sunsets, and basking in the fresh Lake Erie breezes: we felt restored and refreshed. The only thing that disappointed us was that we couldn't stay longer... life rolls on! 😅 Within hours of our arrival we were making plans to return- next time with our 4 sons- as soon as possible! We even were dreaming about bringing future grandkids in years to come! 🥰 Thank you, Wendy, for providing this peaceful retreat!

Beautiful home! Spacious, lovely furnishings and decor, and a room for everyone. 100% clean including bed linens and towels. The teens loved the game room and movie room. The adults loved the peaceful tranquility. It was wonderful to cook together and have family meals! They even made us an indoor smores setup!! A+++

We were in town for my Mother's funeral and we're glad to find Ritas place available. She was super helpful and communicative the entire time.

Everything was absolutely beautiful, even when visiting during the winter and having the lake frozen over. The host was very responsive and communicated everything early to allow for a smooth check-in and check-out. Large windows to take in the views and great kitchen amenities. I am definitely planning on returning in the summer and recommending to everyone! Absolutely amazing experience

We had a great weekend stay! I only wish the weather had cooperated so we could sit out back with a fire. We had just enough space for 3 adults and baby with a pack n play so it worked out perfectly! Thank you!

My 10 month old grandson is in Akron Children's Hospital and being able to get all of the family together within 30 minutes of the hospital was wonderful. The house was perfect for our traveling Thanksgiving meal with plenty of seating around the 2 tables. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bunk bed area was good for all of our grandchildren. Thank you Andrew for making a difficult situation more like a normal holiday.
