The house was very clean and the furnishings were extremely nice. We loved the back deck and the pond area. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We really appreciated the bottles of water available. There were boxes of facial tissue in almost every room, and the living room TV was easy to use. The toaster and coffeemaker were excellent, as was the microwave. The weather outside was very cold; the heat inside worked very well, and it was so nice to be able to put our car in the garage (we asked for permission first!). The largest bedroom, with its attached bathroom and big walk-in closet, was so convenient. The bath linens were terrific. There were also excellent bedside lamps and large night tables. I had a question about the name of the Wi-Fi network, and that was answered quickly. The Wi-Fi was fast and consistent. There are nice lights next to the front door and garage door which make getting into the house easier at night. The location is good, with excellent restaurants within a 5-minute drive. The washer and dryer were very clean and easy to use and having liquid detergent available was very good.

Clean. The kids loved all the games in the garage. Wal Mart delivery available. A baby gate would come in handy.

Happy to stay in this place again, great hosts, we will definitely be back

Marnie and Brian's place exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures! It was quiet, clean, and had every amenity we could need. Marnie and Brian are the perfect examples of Airbnb hosts – they were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! We did not have a single complaint. Their place was beautiful and dog-friendly, and our dogs loved it too. They even stocked the fridge with some necessities, and a grocery store was very close by just in case. Highly recommend!

My entire team is really happy to have stayed at this house. It’s very clean and cozy. Around the house, you’ll find everything you need. Lori is a great host—she helps with everything and is very helpful.

Great location ! Located between Chicago and St. Louis so about a 3 hour drive to get peace and quiet. Cabin appears to be newly built and the place is SPOTLESS !! 10 minute drive to Walmart or Kroger or if you prefer get some local good eats !! Also plenty of Firewood for us city slickers :)... Has a smoker and a Blackstone griddle that are really good. Only thing if one prefers , bring a charcoal grill if allowed ..?? Place was awesome !! Thank you Jennifer and siblings. 5 STARS !! We'll be going back !!
