Aja was fantastic and communicative. The place was as described. The kids loved the hot tub.

Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

We absolutely loved the place! Very clean and well appointed. Also very close to Winter Park Resort & walked on several occasions even though it was winter time. When we didn’t feel like walking we took a shuttle up to the resort. Host is very responsive and able to recommend options for any needs we had during our stay. We will definitely stay with them again when we plan to visit next time. Can’t say enough about the abundance of beauty in the area with the snow & fur trees and all the fun activities available at Winter Park! Made for a perfect Christmas vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Margit’s condo! Check in was easy, the place was clean, she was a responsive host, and it was great proximity to the mountain! The shuttle was very helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

The space - and especially the ski-in/ski-out - was as fantastic as advertised and as others have said in reviews. Overall for my son and I, the space was a very simple, clean, and cozy place that was the perfect basecamp for a few days - with our focus on snowboarding and relaxing during the evenings. Highly recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was cozy and very clean. Matthew was very responsive and a great help. The location is beautiful. You can’t go wrong with this spot. Also it’s perfect if you plan to go to Winter Park. There is a shuttle super close by!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations are very comfortable and the location is great for visiting Winter Park.

Our stay in Estes Park was great. Checking in the house was simple with the key in the lockbox, and the code provided 24 hours prior to check in. We were fortunate to have deer hanging out around the house. It snowed every night, which provided beautiful scenery. My son had a potato chip in his hand and the deer actually ate right out of his hand. That was fun and exciting for the kids until the neighbor came over and told us it’s illegal to feed the wildlife. You can see the Stanley Hotel from this house looking out the front window. There are not very many food options close to the house, so we cooked the majority of our meals. All the kitchen essentials/supplies were stocked. We tried Ed’s Cantina for dinner and I would NOT recommend! The grocery store is conveniently located less than 10 minutes away. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable! I recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Estes Park. The host is kind & very fast at responding.

Sharon's place is exactly what I needed, it felt like living in my own apartment, but this one is next to a river and in the mountains. this was my first booking ever on a home vacation site and from reading other reviews, this one now sets the highest bar possible. I can say with extreme confidence, I will be back to my "home away from home" again.

The pictures don’t even do it justice. We have stayed in many beautiful places around the world and Ellie’s and Hadi’s place is up there! The house was spotless and there was so much attention to detail. It was warm and inviting and we felt right at home. Thank you for an incredible stay! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend! And the sauna was AMAZING! Highly recommend spot if you’re venturing into the park as well, great location!

We had a great stay! We got to watch the morning snowfall from the big living room windows. Such a treat. Be sure to have 4 wheel drive or snow tires in the winter. The driveway is very steep.

It was a great location with the Lift shuttles running to winter park every day. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after the long days of rippin powder. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Was perfect for a quick ski trip to Granby. Location was great! Everything was tidy and clean. Owners were very helpful and prompt in responding to questions. Looked like the pictures. Extra towels for the pool/hot tub was nice. Before sitting on the couch be sure it isn't pushed up too close to the counter behind it. When we first sat down we hit our heads. It probably got pushed back during cleaning so just be aware of that! Overall great experience.

A spacious condo in a fantastic location with a classy mountain vibe--the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with my wife! The hot tub a few feet from the gently flowing Fall River was a favorite. Everything very clean, with kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked. Super-close to RMNP. The host Maria was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Our new happy place in Estes! We hope to stay here again.

Great spot and we love Winter Park and love staying at the base. This was a very reasonably priced place and my boys and I were right at home. The place was clean, parking was easy, and the new hot tubs were a plus as well. We’d like to come back. Thanks, Nate

My business partner and I needed a place to rent for a work retreat, and this place delivered. It was clean, quiet, spacious, with almost all of the expected amenities. The kiddo room's bed was surprisingly comfy for an adult. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the snow for a quick work break, and the fairly close proximity to Sulphur Hot Springs. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. It was wonderful, thank you.

Nice small place with great access/location to winter park. Great access to free buses that take you around town.

Overall easy place to stay. Close to the slopes, easy to access. It was a bit close to the road and you can hear road noise. The walls and ceiling are also quite thin and we could hear people walking around above us. It was a little hard to find, wish the instructions had specifically said building E, the very first building when you turn in. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook meals. Overall a good stay and would stay again.
