Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

Hands down best AirBnb I've ever stayed at! Place feels like a luxury hotel with all the small details (towels folded nicely, great smells, clean feel, etc.). Must stay here for any Winter Park trip (~5 min drive to mountain and walking distance to restaurants). Kitchen was also fully stocked and has a grill in the balcony which was very appreciated.

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

Awesome space! Super close to the mountain only being 1 shuttle stop away from the base. Kitchen was great and fully stocked up with everything needed to make breakfasts and dinners!

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Blake’s space was perfect for my girlfriends and I for our quick one night stay after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect and the space was comfy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

Thank you for hosting us! It is a nice community with gym and hot tub available. Although the heater was not working very well during our stay but the host offered a quick complimentary solution.

This home is a perfect fit for a family of four or five! Everything was so clean, bright, cheerful, open & inviting. Our family of four loved it because it was private & out in nature, yet only a short drive to downtown Estes Park. The view from every room is absolutely stunning! We sat out on the patio to have coffee in the mornings and it was so peaceful! We had the best of both worlds as far as weather is concerned; arrived (mid April) and enjoyed temperatures in the mid 60's for the 1st few days, then had the pleasure of seeing beautiful snowfall for the last few days! This home & whole experience will live on in our memories for years to come! We will definitely consider checking on the availability of this home on any future visits to the Rockies! Aditi was wonderful in communicating, availability and willing to answer any questions / requests. Thank you for everything Aditi.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. Surrounded by nature with easy access to both town and National Forest. Highly recommend!

Cute home on the west side of town. You can walk to town within 10 to 15 minutes, or access the event center or lake area. The home is very clean, recently remodeled, comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and relaxing in the sauna at the end of the day. We even fired at the fireplace outside to toast marshmallows, one night. We had an issue with the home not being ready we first checked in but the host were responsive and able to get things fixed. We would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's home! The location was PERFECT and Paul was extremely responsive whenever we had a question about the property! We can't wait to stay again in the future!

This house was perfect for our visit to Estes Park. It was close enough to town while still feeling like we were a bit removed. The house matched the description, we had everything we needed, and the hut tub was perfect! We were even greeted by a group of deer nibbling in the front yard on our first evening. We would absolutely stay in this home again.

Everything was ready for us at the time agreed upon, check-in super easy. Written directions posted for renters were excellent. 2 private bedrooms, additional large bed in an alcove upstairs. One full bath, one half bath. Wi-Fi excellent Laundry machines, d/w, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, large frig, electric stove/oven, good selection of pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Filtered water pitcher in fridge. Brought our own crockpot & hand mixer. Stunningly beautiful location. In a hilly, forested neighborhood, feels very private. Upstairs deck w/ propane fire pit, main level deck w/ hot tub & propane BBQ. If you don’t want to go anywhere, you won’t need to. About 90-105 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Forest (use state hwys 119 & 7, live up to Colorado’s reputation for beautiful highways). About 75 minutes into the west side of the Denver Metro area. Bryce was very responsive to questions before we arrived & while there. Thank you!

This was a beautiful place to stay in Fraser/Winter Park area. Surrounded by mountains and minutes away from many activities and places to eat and shop. There is a grocery store right down the street and the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals while we were at the residence. Neil was very helpful and responsive. The area is obviously developing but was very quiet and peaceful when we were here in April. It was “off season” so many shops and things were closed but we still found lots to do and see! We had 5 adults in our group and there was ample room for everyone. Overall, great stay and we would book again if we will be back in the area!

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

Ben and Michele were amazing. The instructions/check-in were very clear and made the process seamless. The place was spotless and very comfortable. My daughter and I loved it there! We were just feet from the gondola and village. Ben and Michele allowed us to check-out a little later than planned which was really helpful and allowed us to get a morning of snowboarding in before having to catch our flight! I will absolutely be staying here again!

You can’t get more convenient as you walk out the door and are at the lift. The place was as advertised and a good option for our family of two adults and two young kids

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

Great condo. Very clean. Easy check in.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!
