My brother and I booked this place to check out what Arkansas had to offer and it was in a very convenient location and left us pretty centralized around everything we wanted to do! In addition Linda was super sweet and greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything possible to enjoy our stay! 10/10 would stay here again! Beware tho the neighborhood is HUGE and we both lost service constantly but thankfully the Airbnb had wifi.

Had a great stay, checkin was a bit tricky if using a GPS to the house and not the main gates. Other than that we had a great time!

Our stay at Dennis’ place was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and located in the most peaceful location! Dennis was very accommodating and provided great local tips— we got to do everything we wanted, and found out about much more we want to come back and explore! We can’t wait to return to Hot Springs Village, and are so appreciative for the peace and ease of this vacation all thanks to Dennis :)

Had a great stay here! The hosts were extremely responsive and were very helpful. Had some inclement weather knock the power out during our stay and they gave many extra amenities and help to accommodate. Amazing location to stay with lots to do!

My kids and I had a great time. The included amenities were the best part. The condo is on the older side but nicely decorated and sufficient for our needs. The available amenities were what pushed it over the top for my kids though. They loved the kayaking, and also the recreation center. I wish the kayaks were available a little later in the day as they had to be turned back in by 5 but it was for sure the highlight of our trip. The kids also loved going down to play pool and ping pong. Very nice to have extra activities included without constant additional charges. Emily was very responsive in planning our trip and very accommodating. My kids can't wait to go back next year!

Absolutely perfect for what I planned. I will definitely be back to this location. Close to everything you need in hot springs. Very nice place with everything we needed. Except a cookie sheet!!

Loved the entrance which was lit up at night and the gate added feeling of security. Very quite inside of the building and getting to all the attractions around hot springs was super easy from this condo.

We went down for a weekend of horse racing and had a ball! The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The unit is sitting right on the lake and the view is perfect! I definitely think this unit is underpriced for what you get and I’m a SuperHost saying that. I will definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Kristin!!!

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s on the first floor and easy to access. It was so cozy and comfy! The patio was lovely and quiet. Instructions to access the unit were easy. Absolutely loved the snacks in the kitchen. Also appreciated the toiletries provided especially when I realized I forgot my toothbrush! The details really made our day! It was so nice to come back and relax on the couch after a long day walking around Hot Springs. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will absolutely book again next time we come back!

We had a great time at Beacon Manor, and the condo was exactly as listed.

I have stayed at several Air B&Bs. This was by far the BEST place ever! We lacked for nothing! We had everything we needed and then some! Michael, the host, met us and showed us the place. He answered all questions promptly and politely. The owners, Roger and Molly were so friendly and respectful of our privacy. They have three precious, well behaved dogs that greeted us with kisses as well!!! The house/cabin was absolutely beautiful! The pool was WONDERFUL. Roger cleaned it every morning before we even woke up! This is a perfect place to stay if you are in the Hot Springs area! You will not be disappointed!!! There was exercise equipment, pool table, games, etc. We stayed for three nights and never turned the TV on. We spent our time around the pool! Perfect house, perfect host, and perfect owners! They made our ladies trip AMAZING!

This was a great getaway for us in a very quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to go and do. The hosts were easy to work with and the house was very cute and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Although this place is dated a bit and needs some TLC, it was a great value for the price. The only issues we had was empty condom wrappers in the loft and hair in the bathroom. This was not anything that would keep me from staying here again. Overall me and my grandchildren had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much. Thank you Todd.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with new dish-ware, pots, pans, etc. It looks just like pictured, very clean and cozy. Dan was very quick to respond with any questions I had and very polite. We will most definitely be back!

We enjoyed the views from this Lake Catherine house so much. Mostly, we hung out on one of the patios or in the hot tub and enjoyed the views! The glassed in breakfast room with the coffee bar was a special treat, especially as the rain rolled in. The house was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Host was responsive to questions. We enjoyed our quick trip to this cabin!

Overall, my family and I loved our stay here. The first night we were able to play golf and cornhole, and the following night we stayed in and played games (as it was raining and we couldn’t use the amenities outside). It’s definitely a pricier stay, but worth it if you’re planning on using all the amenities.

Exactly what we were looking for. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen was welcoming and had everything we needed plus more. Love the master bathroom, tub/shower. I will recommend this place and choose to stay here again if available. The owner was very responsive and proactive.
