Amazing stay. Location ✅ Amenities ✅ Had everything we needed plus more. Dishes and utensils in great shape. Clean. WiFi. A space for everyone and every age in the house. Water pressure was nice and stayed hot. Would stay here again. Luke was easy to reach and communicative.

This is our second time staying with Bill and Kathy, and we will plan to return any time we want to visit Hot Springs. You can’t beat the beautiful lakefront location. The home is beautiful and is by far the most well-appointed Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. They have truly thought of everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. All kitchen and living things you could need if you plan to cook or grill for yourselves, laundry, clean spaces, lots of room to breathe and relax. We loved the foosball and our boys were ecstatic with the kayaks that have been added. Seriously, you cannot pick a better place for a beautiful fun and relaxing vacation. Thank you!!!

Loved the water!

We really enjoyed the stay and loved the house. The dock right by the lake is great to sit on in the evenings, watch the sunset as you are fishing. The kids and I enjoyed sitting out on the dock having dinner. Ducks and geese are swimming by the place often. Liz was great at communicating and accommodating us when we needed it. We really loved it and would definitely come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Although we had a slight hiccup upon arrival, our host quickly remedied the situation, and got us back on track. Communication was clear and sufficient. The home was spacious and accommodating for our group. The Coffee Bar was well stocked, and the basket of snacks was appreciated. Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and every bedroom had blinds/curtains to help block light for afternoon naps. Our kids liked roasting s'mores in the backyard fire pit, trying to catch fish from the boat dock, and kayaking on the lake with the provided kayaks. (Tip: kayaks are located in the backyard shed and the code to get inside the shed is inside the binder!) Now, unfortunately, we didn't catch a single fish while we were there, but maybe you'll have better luck than we did. (Additional tip: bring small child/toddler size life jackets if you need them. While there are plenty of adult life jackets, they weren't any for our small ones; we brought ours from home.)

Our stay was exactly what was described in the listing. The home was clean and well-kept. Christy did an outstanding job communicating with me on any questions I had before booking, one of the most responsive Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving, with ample room for the kids, a big backyard to play in, and backing up to the river for peaceful moments. I would highly recommend this location to host a family event, close to Hot Springs for all your adventure needs

Our group of eight we're right at home at Sara's place. situated on beautiful Lake Hamilton, with the deck overlooking the cove is just very relaxing. We had everything we needed and Sara and David were very responsive and informative. We appreciate them hosting us and hope to return sometime in the future.

I was looking for an enjoyable place that “fit” my family - 6 adults, 1 baby. This place was amazing! We had PLENTY of space, inside AND out with areas that accommodated everyone’s needs. The neighborhood is also beautiful, which we enjoyed walking each day. It’s not a far drive from the city of Hot Springs with lots to do there and in surrounding areas. Catherine is DEFINITELY a fantastic host who was so good at communicating with us both before and during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very cozy home in a great location! Very clean and spacious. The bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for our grandkids. We really enjoyed our weekend and look forward to going back!

Lovely home. Wonderful furnishing. Great for a family & our dogs had a perfect fenced yard space. Colleen was very help & responsive with communication. Would stay here again.

This place was so beautiful. The hosts have such great things available. Lots of towels, lots of dishes and other kitchen items, body wash and other soap, and so many other awesome things! I could say so much about this place! We’ll definitely come back.

I stayed here for spring break with my siblings & their partners and we absolutely loved the place! Our large dog came as well & he was so happy with the yard and watching the water. The water is on a VERY STEEP slope. We only went down once or twice to the dock, but you have a beautiful view from the large deck and balcony! Highly recommend grilling & watching the sunset. 😍 We loved the proximity to Hot Springs downtown--everything is about 15 or 20 minutes away. It made you feel like a local & the area is pretty private considering you're in a neighborhood. House was clean & tidy. ALL BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS. Had everything you would need including coffee, condiments, toilet paper/toiletries, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and everything you would need to cook with/eat. Cute little additions including a Nintendo 64 & board games made it the perfect retreat for cozy nights at home. Felt very personable & at home. We made many happy memories here as a family & we can't wait to come back!

This place was so peaceful and still within an easy drive to Hot Springs, downtown. I wish we could have used the hot tub but it was simply too cold outside. It was only me and my husband but it was a great space for a large party!

The house was nice and surrounding landscape was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and that it was pet friendly. The host was very friendly and communicative. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Place was beautiful and we enjoyed it so much. Great communication. Very Clean. Very Comfortable. Everyone including the pets has such an amazing time here. Easy access to all of Hot Springs, AR. Highly recommend to anyone as our stay was so very enjoyable there.

What a great place to stay right on the water! Our family enjoyed the water activities, hot tub and ping pong table. We had nice weather to fish and kayak. There was something for everyone in our crew! Richard was very responsive to any questions. Fun trip!

It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The fire pit and lake were our favorite place to be. Communication was easy and very pleasant. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and stay a little later. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and my favorite was the bath and hot water. We hope to have a girls trip there again. I would highly recommend the host the location and everything in-between...
