I loved the place and it's amenities. It has kitchen supply, so no need to bring your own except if you don't want to use black plastics. It has a broom but not a mop, meaning you will have to carry your baby rug or sanitize the floor if your baby is super active like most of them. We enjoyed our stay it's so close to camping sites. PS: call in advance if you are going to the sate park caming sites; it was booked. They offered jillions of bath towels which was amazing. They will charge you a $250 down deposit, but they will give it back when nothing is broken when checking out.

Michael’s condo was absolutely beautiful! We can’t say enough great things about it, it was perfect in every way. The condo was immaculate, decorated classy lake theme, the view was spectacular over looking the golf course and the lake. It was a very friendly and quiet condominium complex! The pool and spa area were beautiful! Amenities and the condo were as described and pictured, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Perfect location and walking distance to Rotary Park, many restaurants and London Bridge! We will definitely stay here again! Micheal was easy to work with, check in and out went flawlessly! Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

This was a very nice condo for me and my husband to stay at. Very clean and comfortable. The condo was close/walkable to restaurants and small town night life. We were able to go to a local theater for a play and attended live music at a couple of different bars. Nickolas was very responsive and kind. I would recommend staying here and will come back again.

This condo was perfect for our week long stay. The pool was warm, even in February. Everything we could possibly need was on site. The location was great too. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing to note is the entrance is around back. You cannot access it from the glass doors at the front of the building.

This condo has everything you need . I Would definitely recommend staying at this location in lake Havasu!

We had a wonderful stay! Jack is a responsive host, and check in was a breeze. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our stay, with many extra touches to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge balcony and great view of the mountains and sunsets. Thank you so much for having us as your guests!

We had a great trip, Pool area was nice. We were able to park our boat in the open lot next to the complex. Beds were very comfortable..

Great place, beautiful views of the London Bridge. Comfortable beds and furniture. The only thing we recommended need some new patio furniture, with an umbrella. No shade,so sun worshipers would love it. Would definatly consider staying again.

Ryan was very kind, helpful, and the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The remolding of this gem on the channel is truly amazing. He takes great pride in this condo and it shows, by the high tech mirrors in the bathroom to the state of the art fridge, appliances, and cabinetry. Thank for the great stay and look forward to returning.

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel

Excellent location to the park, restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub literally outside the patio. Needs some updating on appliances, countertops etc. for the amount charged. Better communication about the HOA rules for guests.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

Exactly as described and worked perfectly for 3 generations of family to have room to spread out. Right by the pool was nice for the little ones. Would stay again!

We stayed in 228. It was super clean, had lots of kitchen items. The bed was great quality. Good shower. Liked the table and chairs outside overlooking the pool area. The front desk was very helpful including check in, laundry soap etc Please don't hesitate to stay here if you get a chance.
