By far our favorite place to stay while in Havasu. The home is modern, new, very warm, cozy and inviting not to mention a great backyard with a pool/ Jacuzzi. Such a great place to stay. Love the grage. It’s very clean which is important and our pets were able to join us on our vacation Thank you Daniel it was another great stay at your home for our family. We will definitely be returning

Ryans spot was nice and clean, it’s just as advertised and I’d happily stay here again. Living room is large, Master bed room is huge, second room with 1 bed is big, third room with 4 beds is averaged size. Thank you for opening your home!

We have absolutely zero complaints. Beaand peaceful. Our dogs fit in immediately.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Great host with excellent prompt communication! Nice stay for a small family getaway. Lots of space with all amenities you need. Only 5-7 minutes from the London bridge and boat rentals!

Had a great stay, had several guest throughout the month who all had a fantastic experience! The salt water pool was also a great experience, swimsuits did not smell like chlorine and the water was soft! Turns out my skin liked it better than the typical pool! Recommend using their housekeeper for interval cleaning, she is outstanding and affordable! Was easy to arrange,our host handled all the details to facilitate. Well stay there again!

The house was in perfect condition and located in Havasu’s best neighborhood.

The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

It was a nice place to stay at. Walking distance to restaurants and main Street seemed to have things going on over there. We had an issue and she corrected it immediately. She was great to work with

Michelle's place was a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was decorated nicely with a car thing; Very cute. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the headboard. The kitchen was well stocked, and I liked that the light switches were labeled (it's the small details). The 2 patios were nice to sit outside and enjoy the comfortable weather day and night. The place was spotless! As someone who owns 2 Airbnbs myself, I pay close attention to cleanliness 😊. Lastly, Michelle was the perfect host. I had a few questions before arriving and she answered quickly and with detailed answers with maps, links, suggestions, whatever I needed, which was extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, and refer friends and family to stay!

The condo was in a great location, easily walkable to restaurants, water activities and the bridge. Bryant was quickly responsive to any questions we had.

This condo was perfect for our week long stay. The pool was warm, even in February. Everything we could possibly need was on site. The location was great too. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing to note is the entrance is around back. You cannot access it from the glass doors at the front of the building.

Ryan was very kind, helpful, and the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The remolding of this gem on the channel is truly amazing. He takes great pride in this condo and it shows, by the high tech mirrors in the bathroom to the state of the art fridge, appliances, and cabinetry. Thank for the great stay and look forward to returning.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!
