⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Breathtaking! Our stay at this stunning mountain retreat was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautifully designed home. The house is perched perfectly in the mountains, offering panoramic scenery that changes with the light—sunrises were spectacular, and stargazing at night was unforgettable. The interior is just as impressive as the surroundings. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the outdoor fire place to the luxurious bedding and modern amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals with a view. The outdoor deck was our favorite spot—we spent hours sipping coffee in the mornings and enjoying wine by the firepit in the evenings. The hosts were incredibly attentive, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special!

We stayed at Tony's place for 5 nights. Place was clean and came as described. Ngaire was very helpful and responsive. We felt at home and were able to rest well at the end of our daily travels. Location worked well too as it was in the middle of the places where we had planned to go to.

En pleine nature avec une vue extraordinaire sur les montagnes et la rivière, à quelques kilomètres du centre de Wanaka, le lodge est vraiment spacieux, très confortable et parfaitement agencé. Une très belle luminosité dans toutes les pièces. C’est un bonheur de s’y prélasser, les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, les lits douillets et l’environnement si paisible. Nous avons eu le grand plaisir de rencontrer Graeme et de communiquer avec lui régulièrement, son accueil est vraiment chaleureux et détendu. Notre séjour a été un ravissement et nous comptons bien y revenir séjourner encore plus longtemps dans cet adorable lodge. Nous recommandons chaudement !

This little cottage at Lake Hawea is delightful. The views are to die for at all times of the day. The walk in front of the cottage is great, we even had people practicing their kite flying over the Lake right in front of us and many gorgeous dogs walking by. Sitting out on the deck with a glass of NZ wine was so relaxing you didn’t want to leave. The cottage amenities were great, we had everything we could need. Holly left a file of extremely useful information on all sorts of nearby cafes, restaurants, attractions and cottage bits, we used it a lot. It was impossible not to enjoy our visit, thanks Holly.

Incredible location and ideal home for a family vacation in Wānaka. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. We are homeschooling as we travel and the WiFi and multiple levels were very helpful for those who need a good connection and a quiet space to work. The home and view are perfect, but the location is truly outstanding. We loved walking to the lake, the playgrounds, and the running track to the Wanaka tree. We loved the food trucks and excellent restaurant selection. Our two favorites were Kika and Fudog. We loved Puzzleworld and the Cinema Paradiso on rainy days and Sticky Forest mountain biking and Rob Roy Glacier hike on sunny days. We’ve been traveling New Zealand for over a month and this is the place we would live if we could. Lovely town, lovely place, lovely host.

This was a lovely little space to stay during our time in Wānaka. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, a quick drive into town, and enough space for the two of us. The sun can be quite intense but the blackout curtains and big front door helped cool the room down fairly quickly. We'd definitely come back and stay here again next time.

A spacious apartment within easy walking distance to town. We used it as a base to do longer drives back to Queenstown, Glenorchy, Arrowtown and Cromwell. This worked well for us. The apartment was very clean, light and airy and while Karne was very helpful with any questions, it was very private.

I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb. It had everything I look for- lovely design, beautifully decorated and great location. Although the living room does not have views of the lake, the bedroom does, which is a lovely sight to wake up to. The location is steps away from the lake path and a short, beautiful walk to the town center. I would stay here again!

A lovely place to stay! Exceeded our expectations! A very peaceful & private location with great access to the Dunstan Lake Trail & an easy walk to Cromwell’s Heritage Centre. Very spacious accommodation with everything that we needed for an extended stay, including a useful ‘nook’ for work. Bed was super comfortable & we were kept supplied with fresh linen & towels throughout. A nice garden at the rear & verandah at the front. Hosts were super helpful but also gave us plenty of privacy. Recommended! 6/5

Exceptionally beautiful stay. Stunning cottage and location, with very thoughtful and generous hosts. We loved the local art that was showcased too - a vibrant and unique collection.

Great spot. Easy to walk everywhere. Short drive to main town.Loved the Heritage precinct down the road , cute little shops. Also close to Dunstan bike trail. Had everything we needed & loved the Cottage most of all.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Wendy was a brilliant host. It was loverly for us to have a fresh home made cookie on arrival. We will definitely be back and would have no hesitation to recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous setting to stay. Gardens and home were peaceful, tranquil and beautifully presented. Rosemarie was so friendly and an excellent host. It was a pleasure to stay and we will definitely will be back .

We had another fantastic stay with Ray and Deb in Cromwell, our second time staying with them while in town for an agility show. Their house is in a perfect spot, just a 10-minute walk to the Stoaker Room for dinner, and close to many walkways leading to the lake. The accommodation is always clean and comfortable, with beds that guarantee a great night's sleep and everything we need to feel at home. Deb is absolutely lovely and makes us feel so welcome every time. It's the little things that make such a difference, and their place has truly become our favourite spot to stay in Cromwell. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

For a couple or on your own, very comfortable and handy location to town, wineries and walks

We stayed 2 nights at this place. The cottages was wonderful. The place was quiet and convenient. Kirsty and Justin made the house just feel like home, which made us relaxed and enjoyed it a lot. The facilities and amenities in the house were abundant and easy to use, especially the hot tub! The host was friendly, responding fast to my questions. We really had a great experience here.
