Everything is so perfect, feel like home. We had a great time here. And it would be one of the most beautiful memories of our New Zealand trip , just stay in the living room/garden and enjoy the quiet nice moments with amazing lake view. This property was amazing! Perfectly slept 7 of us. Also a couch bed available for extra sleeping space. Amazing three-story property with views of the Lake Wakatipu & downtown Queenstown. My friends and I had a great week unwinding at Patricia’s home in Queenstown. Patricia happened to be present when we arrived early to drop our luggage, and we were able to enter the home and she gave us a range of local recommendations that we used to make our trip even better. The home was as described, beautiful views and only a short walk in to town.

Had a great time. The host was quick to respond to questions. The house was very comfortable, clean, modern and didn’t lack in anything. The location was great for those looking for a bit more secluded place - quiet, with freshest air and fantastic views

We book Teresa apartment when we are in Queenstown and her unit offers clear and great lake side view. This apartment are spacious with 3 level, which are good and provide enough quiet space. Teresa is responsive, and provide clear instructions to check in and check out too. Strongly recommended.

You won't find better accommodation in Queenstown! Best location. Great apartment with everything you need. Fantastic views. We loved every minute we were there!

There is a comprehensive guide book available before check-in, which provides very detailed introductions. The house is also very beautiful. It has a three-story structure and there are three terraces from which you can enjoy the wonderful scenery. Besides, there is a garage.

Had a wonderful stay! Very close to the town Centre and the views were incredible. Jasen was very helpful and let us drop off our bags early so we didn’t have to bring them around with us. Highly recommend!

Paul’s condo was a great place to land for our first visit to Queenstown. Bus stops right outside the quiet complex for a quick trip into town. Comfortable beds, thoughtful basics in the kitchen, and a convenient garage with laundry to boot. Highly recommend!

A lovely place to stay! Exceeded our expectations! A very peaceful & private location with great access to the Dunstan Lake Trail & an easy walk to Cromwell’s Heritage Centre. Very spacious accommodation with everything that we needed for an extended stay, including a useful ‘nook’ for work. Bed was super comfortable & we were kept supplied with fresh linen & towels throughout. A nice garden at the rear & verandah at the front. Hosts were super helpful but also gave us plenty of privacy. Recommended! 6/5

Jason and Scott are truly Great hosts. Their cottage is amazingly lovely, clean, with a wonderful view and complete amenities. All we need are readily and conveniently available. Instructions are clear, and the place is indeed very guest-friendly. We had a homey and very special experience. The SPA is also a great deal and the view is breathtaking. We will be back, and hopefully longer stay. Thanks to them for sharing their place; we, as a family, just made another priceless memory.

The Cottage is spacious, comfortable and really well appointed. A great base for exploring Cromwell and surroundings, and an easy walk to the historic precinct.

Jo is an excellent host. Very clear and prompt communication and very helpful. The house is wonderful! A real, authentic, Central Otago stone cottage with all the ambience associated with that style. The additions and alterations to the original structure make it a very comfortable place to stay. The bathroom is very good, the shower is excellent. Wonderful place, very handy to the walking paths and very quiet at night. Totally recommend for those looking for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Nice place to stay.

We had another fantastic stay with Ray and Deb in Cromwell, our second time staying with them while in town for an agility show. Their house is in a perfect spot, just a 10-minute walk to the Stoaker Room for dinner, and close to many walkways leading to the lake. The accommodation is always clean and comfortable, with beds that guarantee a great night's sleep and everything we need to feel at home. Deb is absolutely lovely and makes us feel so welcome every time. It's the little things that make such a difference, and their place has truly become our favourite spot to stay in Cromwell. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
