Really enjoyed spending Christmas with family in Mary’s home. She is a very detailed host. Lots of extra Christmas touches like plates of goodies, hot chocolate and coffee bar to make it feel homey. Floors and bathrooms were squeaky clean. Thanks a lot from The Giesbrecht’s & Baerg’s

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected based on the home description and other reviews. Cozy home, very quiet neighborhood (we’re light sleepers and there was no noise at night) , close walk to the ocean, and a small grocery store and restaurants a few minutes walk away. One of the reasons I chose this home was that it seemed really good for families with small children and it was! Nice thick mattress for the crib, baby bathtub, good high chair, lots of buckets and shovels for the beach, and a basket of toys which my baby loved using since we didn’t bring many with us. Read a bunch of reviews that commented on difficulty parking. We rented a Kia Telluride and had no issues. We backed in and still had extra space.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

Nice place and great location

Stay at Magdalena place was so beautiful. The view at night and the morning sunrise was perfect. The place was well taken care of and felt right at home. The beds were very comfy and the pillows weren’t flat which was amazing. Magdalena was very welcoming and had asked us multiple times if we needed anything. We were even offered a late check out. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we were unable to use the pool but even then the pool was very well maintain and cleaned. Overall a 5 star stay!

Love the location! Beach is steps away, and great restaurants a few minutes walk. Parking was tight, but we were still able to fit our van.

Gosh where to start! Very clean, very well equipped kitchen with nice pots\pans, silverware, plates ect. Nicely decorated with rooms being cozy. Felt very safe and secure with gate\door locks. Janine was fantastic and timely in answering messages. Most diffidently recommends well as they there. A great family gathering! Thank you! 💕

Home is large and has 2 master bedrooms. The are beautiful ocean views, and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed having 4 full bathrooms so we could all get ready for the day. The kids enjoyed having a warm outdoor shower after going to the beach. There was plenty of coffee for a few days. The beds were comfortable. We ate out every day so we did not cook. We did use the wine refrigerator. I would definitely rent again if going back to the area.
