Our recent stay at this lake house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the home and the incredible dock. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. The highlight of our trip was definitely the dock. It was the perfect spot to relax, take in the stunning lake views, and enjoy the water. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning, fishing, or watching the sunset in the evening, it was the ultimate place to unwind. Our host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Their recommendations for local activities and dining were also spot-on. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway, this house is it!

Eddie was very easy to work with. My trip to Texas was unplanned; additionally, I had a last minute delay and I appreciate not needing to worry about the accommodations because Eddie was very responsive.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home for a friend’s trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning, and the house itself is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated since our group was traveling from different parts of Texas. We followed all the provided home instructions, which were clear and easy to follow. There was a small cleaning issue in the downstairs bedroom, but the host handled it promptly and professionally. As business owners, we understand that things happen, but the way it was resolved was truly exceptional and added to the overall positive experience. We cannot recommend this home and host enough! We’re already planning to book more stays here in the future. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful home. My friend and I loved it and definitely will return. The lake view is breathtaking taking and refreshing. The beds were so comfortable I could have w slept all day. The master bathroom was my favorite. Chau was THE BEST host EVER! 🫶🏽

I'm from Austin and needed to go to Houston. My fiancé and I made a SUPER last minute decision to see if we could make a weekend out of it together, instead of a day trip. I reached out to Robert about this listing at 4:47pm on Friday night, thinking this would be a perfect place to stay but expecting it not to work out due to the last minute request. In what seemed like a miracle, but mainly Robert's willingness to accommodate, instantaneous communication, a hasty exit from our house and a 3-hour drive, Bradley and I found ourselves in this heavenly place just before 10pm. And it was so much better than the pictures! This tiny house has a huge, tall ceiling, lovely aesthetic, is in a very nice, safe and beautiful area near the water, and the mattress is perfection. Robert was also more than willing to accommodate our dog which we truly appreciate. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the amenities including playing pickleball in the court nearby. Definitely recommend! :)

Was a last minute booking. So grateful for the immediate response. House was as described, comfortable beds, clean and had all we needed. Sam was very responsive and kind. Would stay again!

Loved this home, the back porch was the perfect spot for morning coffees and the front porch was perfect for the lake view.

The house by the lake is beautiful and perfect for families with kids. It was well-stocked with toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. We stayed as two families—one on the first floor and the other on the second—which worked out perfectly. Ruthie was flexible and allowed us to check-in early and check-out late, which was great for us. My only suggestion for the owner would be to provide more tea and coffee options for guests. If you're a dedicated coffee or tea drinker, consider bringing your own. Other than that, everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lilypad! The home was just as pictured and even had a cute Christmas tree set up which was nice as we were doing a gift exchange. Plenty of room for gathering with our family. The weather was perfect during our stay and we enjoyed coffee out in the back patio in the morning and dinner one evening. My younger son caught a couple of fish off the dock so bring fishing gear! This home came with 2 kayaks if you want to get out past the canal. The game room was a bonus as well as all the Walden community amenities. We enjoyed an afternoon of pickleball at their racket center which was walking distance. Walking/running trails are close by and if you want to do some hiking, Lone Star Trailhead #3 and #4 are less than 30 minutes away. This was really the perfect home for getting away and getting outside with our group of 6. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time- not much to catch in the lake, but it was nice to have to just sit and relax after a long day. House was clean and had everything you could need.

We had a great time at Vy's place. It is located in a nice, quiet, and safe area and has easy access within ~30-40 minutes to all the main points in Houston. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!

My family needed space to stay together during a funeral for my father-in-law. Rhonda's place fit the bill perfectly. The house is gorgeous and easy to find. Rhonda was very easy to communicate with and responded to quiestions very quickly. My family felt at home from the minute we walked in. Great place, great host.

The house was very comfortable and well appointed—fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, kayaks for the lake and tvs in both bedrooms. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this house was one of the best—Abbye and Richard even had a freshly baked loaf of Morning Glory bread—delicious! The gorgeous view was great from the living room, the porch and from the deck. We had two evenings of fantastic sunsets—the sun set right across the lake making a perfect wine and cheese setting. We also loved seeing all the birds! There is a nesting flock of white pelicans right outside the cove—so cool. Nice flat area by the water for all kinds of yard sports and fire pit. The house is in a gated community with a pool, boat ramp and community center—Friday night bingo—and we had a great time walking through the neighborhood. Everyone we met was friendly. We liked it so much we decided to purchase the home and we will be keeping it as a short-term rental! We really enjoyed our stay!

Kim was absolutely amazing! She was very accommodating and flexible! My daughter, niece and nephew enjoyed the stocking stuffers she left for them! We enjoyed spending our holiday vacation and Celebrating the Birth of Jesus during our stay! I love how peaceful it was to sit on the balcony by the water!

I loved this home!! Very beautiful location, cute, cozy and the library really gives it that special touch. The owners have an amazing collection and they really thought of everything you could need. Hopefully I’ll be able to stay again in the future.

We visited with my parents and my kids, so multigenerational. It was so beautiful, unfortunately there was lots of rain, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted too, but with the game room and variety of board and card games supplies by the house, we had plenty of entertainment. Over all wonderful experience, and we would go back!
