Our host was perfect, friendly, accommodating and informative, helpful, down-to-earth, a pleasant soul. The loft is a gem with its unique, authentic, raw and real embrace you can feel as you enter the property, solidified by being so close to horses, cats, dogs and nature. Beautiful warm wood in the loft with family heirloom antiques. It truly is a step back in time to a simpler life.

We felt right at home, and comfortable in the space. We enjoyed our visit with the animals, feeding, and learning about them. We fell in love with many of them! We enjoyed visiting restaurants close by, but mostly appreciated the farm landscape. Cleon's place is a great escape, not too far from home. This place is a must visit!

Tom and Kitty were excellent! The island is gorgeous and the beach area is perfect. The water does not get too deep which was wonderful for the kids and my sanity. Perfect spot for a family getaway! They allowed us to use their kayaks, canoe and swimming platform. Tom also put out children at play signs which was such a thoughtful touch. All together an unforgettable family experience. Just lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kim’s spacious barn, with friendly horses and great views right outside the front door. We have loved exploring the area over the years and this is one of our more unique experiences.

Our recent stay at Heather and Bill’s rustic cabin was nothing short of magical. The setting was idyllic—surrounded by serene woods and offering the perfect retreat from daily life. The cabin was spacious and provided for two separate sleeping areas. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean linens were supplied. We were provided with all that we needed to cook our own meals and Heather generously included common breakfast items. The cabin itself remained cool during day and was warm at night despite not being heated. We were surprised that there were no insects in the cabin for the duration of our stay. Heather did supply mosquito netting and repellent but we did not find that we needed to use them. The outdoor shower allowed for a unique experience of bathing under an open sky while affording sufficient privacy. Heather checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and was genuinely interested in making our stay a memorable one. This experience exceeded all our expectations!

Luisa’s place was absolutely beautiful. We visited for a weekend with our family. It felt high end and luxurious but at the same time comfortable and cozy. The minimal Scandinavian inspired design is complemented with warm, natural textures and elements. Big windows let in loads of sunshine , a cozy fireplace keeps it toasty and oversized furniture inside gives you a soft place to rest. White lights through the trees, a hot tub and sauna make the outdoors feel like a Nordic spa. I can’t say enough good things about it! It’s a spacious, bright, cozy and intimate place to gather and have some R+R. Highly recommended. PS Luisa is super-friendly!

Hannah was a wonderful host. Beautiful place to unwind and connect to nature. I recommend having a fire in the evening. The interior design made the place super special. Will definitely come back!

Elynn’s barn was a pleasure to stay at. The barn was stunning and in a great location in Ontario’s wine country near all the local wineries. Elynn was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It is clean, spacious, cosy and well equipped for a long term stay. There is no dishwasher or laundry; though there a few options nearby . The lakefront is beautiful and only a short walk away and so is the downtown area with nice cafes, restaurants and other amenities. As other reviews mention, the stairs are quite steep so that is something to be wary of. We also found the wifi to be a bit unreliable at times. Regardless, this was a really good Airbnb with very kind and responsive hosts, so I would recommend to anyone and we would definitely stay againl!

Karen’s place was beautiful!! We felt so relaxed and at home. The bedroom is incredibly comfy and the little outdoor kitchen has all the basics you need! Karen is a peach and couldn’t be sweeter!! Highly recommend! Thank you Karen😊

Staying in the Fieldstone Suite was an absolute dream! The space is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful. The hot tub was an added bonus. Hannah is an excellent host & I can’t wait to plan my next trip there!

Amazing vacation rental, fully equipped so cozy, warm with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful view of the mountains with big windows, spacious bedrooms and all the amenities we needed. Zehra was amazing and gave us great pointers on what to visit and it was all worth it. We are returning home with great souvenirs 🧡

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable location near the MSU campus. Second year in a row my old roommates and I rented this place. The host/owner Suzanne, is really sweet and responsive. Plenty of outdoor space for our tailgate party. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Large kitchen for entertaining. Highly recommend this place.

Such a great stay! Loved that there were plenty of towels, cozy blankets and little things to make it feel like a home!

This place is absolutely stunning. It was clean, spacious, and uniquely decorated. We especially loved the “look out” room where we played a lot of euchre with our friends. We also loved cooking in the kitchen. The host was proactive and called us before we went to ensure we were taken care of. The horses on the property brought all of us joy. This house is a perfect place to stay with friends or family for a trip up north, especially to go ski in the winter or grab a bite to eat in downtown Harbor Springs. We were very close to the hills and always left skiing excited to go back to the house. We felt at home, especially because of how clean it was. Would highly recommend!
