The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

Aslı Hanimin evinde daha önce de konaklamış, çok memnun kaldığımızdan hiç düşünmeden aynı yere gitmeye karar vermiştik. Otantik dekorasyonu, kalabalık gruplar için ideal sayıda odası ve harika manzarası ile yine bizi çok rahatlatan, huzur dolu bir seyahat oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bereits vor Check In war James sehr hilfreich und hat schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert, genau wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, wunderschön und in aller bester Lage. Wir würden immer wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

4 kadın çok güzel bir tatil yaptık. Oldukça güvenli bir ortam vardı. Yolu bulması kolaydı. Ev tertemizdi. İhtiyaç duyulan malzemeler vardı. Manzara çok güzeldi. Havuz oldukça sıcaktı. Ev çok çok sıcaktı. Çocuklu aileler de rahatlıkla tercih edebilir. Emin Bey her aradığımızda hızlıca cevap verdi. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

urs ago on Google My friend and I have just returned from True Love Bungalow, where we stayed for two nights. The place is lovely and clean, the rooms are very cosy. The host is friendly and helpful and affixes within seconds after you call for help. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked. However, we found that the house was a bit too cold for our liking. Especially the downstairs bedroom. I slept under three blankets and still I was very cold. It will be lovely to visit again in the summer, when its warmer and the house is not as cold. Another thing is: if you are planning to visit without a car, you will not be able to see anything. There is nothing that's walking distance. The host told me the Sapanca lake was 3 km away, it turned out it was 7m away and I couldn't go... Other than that we had an amazing time and I definitely recommend True Love Bunlagow!

Ocak ayında, yağmurun altında gece sıcak havuzda gökyüzünü izlemek çok keyifliydi. Mesut bey çok nazik bir ev sahibi. Keyifli iki gün geçirdik. Teşekkürler..

27 Ocak için sadece 1 gece konakladık , ama keşke zamanımız olsaydı daha fazla kalsaydık. Kaan beyin babası, bizi o kadar güzel ağırladı ki, hem samimiyeti, hem ilgisi ile hiç bir konuda eksiklik yaşatmadı. Ve harika muhabbeti ile bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Kaan bey yoktu ama , telefonla arayarak çok güzel ilgilendi. Ev hem çok temiz hem çok düzenliydi ,sobamız gürül gürül yandı, havuz gerçekten müthişti hem sıcaklığı hem temizliği. Mutfakta hiçbir eksiklik yok ki; ben yanımda götürmüştüm bazı gıdaları ama çay, kahve şeker ,sıvıyağ hepsi mevcut. Ama bu konaklama yetmedi bize :) En kısa sürede tekrar bir konaklama ayarlayacağız mutlaka.. Harika misapirperverliğiniz,ilginiz ve harika eviniz için sonsuz teşekkürler..

Herr Fatih war sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Und das Apartment war der Hammer, genauso wie es auf dem Bild aussah. Würde immer wieder gerne kommen.

Mustafa bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiysi bizlerle çok iyi şekilde ilgilendi ayrıca ev tam olarak söylendiği gibiydi harika bir tatil geçirdik. Isıtmalı havuz çok iyi sıcaklıktaydı ve elektrik kesilmesine rağmen jenaratörü hemen çalıştırıp hiç bir problem yaşamamızı sağladılar muhteşem bir tatildi çok teşekkür ediyorum kendilerine.

Burası gerçekten de tam istediğimiz gibi konforlu ve temizdi. Bahçesi de oldukça rahat ve huzurlu. Sıcak havuz tertemizdi. Herseyiyle rahat ettiğimiz bir tatil oldu. Evin konumu sakin bir muhitte, ayrıca marketlere cok yakın . İhtiyaçlarımızı karsılamada sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kesinlikle yeniden gidilebilir

Ferdi bey çok ilgiliydi her koduna yardımcı oldu. Ev göründüğü gibiydi. Etrafınızda sizi rahatsız edebilecek birşey yok. Konum güzel yüksek bir yerde. Manzarası hoş. Havuz ısıtmalı değil ama bilerek rezervasyon yaptık. Küvet manzaraya bakıyor o bile yeterli. Ayrıca Ferdi bey lokalde gidilebilecek yerleride bize söyledi. Ek olarak bulunduğunuz konuma yemek ve market siparişi verebiliyorsunuz. Pişman olmayacaksınız güzel bir yer. Bende 10da 10 puan veriyorum. Teşekkürler Ferdi bey.

İstanbul’dan kısa bir hafta sonu kaçamağı için geldik ve beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev, ilanında anlatıldığı gibi ve fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi; her şey eksiksizdi ve temizliği de oldukça başarılıydı. Konfor açısından da hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; yerden ısıtma, salon ve odalardaki klimalar sayesinde ev her zaman ideal sıcaklıktaydı. Sıcak havuzu ve jakuzisini bol bol kullandık. Akşam serinliğinde sıcacık suyun keyfini çıkarmak, bu kadar özel ve rahat bir ortamda olmak gerçekten harikaydı. Konaklamamız boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık, ancak küçük bir doğalgaz sıkıntısı olduğunda Elif Hanım’a hemen ulaşabildik. Kendisi ve eşi, sadece bir saat içinde gelip sorunu çözdüler. Misafirperverlikleri ve hızlı destekleri için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Harika bir deneyimdi, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz!

Kaldığım en iyi evlerden biriydi. Huzur dolu, sessiz, sakin ve güvenli bir yerdi. Evdeki imkanlar fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Yalnızca banyo kapısının kilidinde bir sorun vardı ama o da tat kaçıracak bir şey değildi. Evin dekorasyonu ve verandası ev benim olsa yapacağım şekildeydi. Çok beğendim. Kutu oyunları ve kitaplar çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Mutfak malzemeleri gayet yeterliydi. Her sene yaptığımız arkadaş buluşmamız için bundan sonraki favori yerimiz oldu burası. Alper Bey’e teşekkür ederim. Özetle burayı gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

Evin içinin dizaynı çok güzel, şömine ve barbekü için bile odunları hazır edilmişti. Mutfakta bir çok yemek yapmak için malzeme vardı baharatından sosuna kadar. Televizyonda nextflix e kadar her şey hazırdı. Evin içi çok güzel ısınıyor, havuz çok temizdi aynı şekilde jakuzide temiz büyük ve sabununa kadar bırakılmıştı. Beklediğimden çok daha güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Kerem bey’e ve babasına ilgili ve kibar yaklaşımı için teşekkür ederim. Köpeğimin çok rahat hareket edebileceği diğer bungalovlara göre geniş bir bahçesi var. Evde sıcacık ortamda şömine yanarken sıcak havuzdan çıkan buharı ve ormanı izlemek çok huzur vericiydi.
