The house was welcoming and clean. Michelle is very responsive to questions and any concerns. While we stayed for a full month she kept us supplied with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The TVs in all the bedrooms and main room allowed guests to curate their own entertainment. The two porches provide ample room to experience morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Those we met in the community were warm and welcoming. We were only minutes away from an amazing beach. There are beach chairs and toys available to enhance the experience. Plus there is a community pool that while not heated was very enjoyable. You'll love this location and the amenities!

Home was very nice and as described.

Wendy was great. We lost power due to the storm that came in and she was quick to respond and kept us informed as to when it should be back up. Checked to be sure everything was fine once it was back on. Every time we reached out she was quick to respond. Very friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Mai gave great directions ahead of time with descriptive check in information, and a wonderful guide to area restaurants and how to get to the beach! The place was decorated so cute, and comfortable and had everything we needed! Spacious well equipped kitchen, tv in every room, great view from the deck of the sunset and a cute space at the end of the deck to see the sunrise! Comfortable recliners to relax in at the end of the day at the beach! Quiet street, very peaceful!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We traveled with two younger kids and they absolutely adored the bunk beds setup and room. One of the girls even learned how to play a new game that was provided at the house. The layout of the house and arrangement was just perfect. The house had everything we needed. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the backyard. Thanks so much for having us. We definitely plan to come back the next time we visit Houston.

We as a company have stayed here due to location of our work. The house is amazing. The owner is amazing. Bren is very responsive and will help with anything that may arise. I will always book this place when we are in town working.

We took a family vacation here the house is so beautiful and big made us feel comfortable and the palapa was so peaceful and beautiful relaxing and the pool was so clean but we didn’t get to get in because of it being cold but we enjoyed it and we love to come back for a family vacation again thank u paul

Great place to make memories fishing. Lots of space to fish from. Perfect spot to see the Texas Sunset. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and come again.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Beautiful property on the water with an outstanding spacious clean house. The back yard is fully fenced for your pups a major plus (fenced yards are hard to find on Airbnb). The property is very well kept and there are no briars in the grass. The fire pit is conveniently positioned off the enclosed back yard, near the lake. Bring fire pit tools: long poker, long log grabber, and a shovel. Fishing is exciting, there are so many fish to catch. We were merely fishing for fun, catch-and-release, so we only caught small catfish and bass. There are lights near the doc/firepit area, but we could not figure out how to turn them on, so we purchased battery powered lanterns. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi works great and there are 3 big screen TV’s downstairs. The bedrooms all have extra pillows and blankets (major plus). The owner is great and responsive.

We had a great stay. A family of 12 plenty of room. The outside was the best part. We had a day at Surfside beach which was wonderful and literally down the street. I totally recommend Franchesca’s place . Thanks again ☺️

We had a great stay at Casa Surfside. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Quality appliances and kitchenware that made cooking easy. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Comfy furniture. Loved all the beach gear and toys for the kids! The location was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here!

Sandra was AMAZING! After a headache with a host that canceled before check in, Sandra last minute allowed us to rent her beautiful home, late at night! It was perfect! She is a great host and I would love to come back and stay!!

We recently rented this Airbnb property for our family members visiting from out of state for a function, and it was an excellent choice! The home is very convenient, easily accessible, and impeccably clean. It is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for a family gathering. The host, Suman Thomas, provided outstanding support and he was highly responsive and always reachable, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the swing, pool table, and the amazing outdoor space. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with a stunning lake view that added to the beauty of our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect place for a family gathering!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. We were in town for the Ironman 70.3 and it was very close by. The rooms were perfect. Tons of towels and the washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Baby supplies (High chair & pack n play) was also so nice! We will try staying here again next time we come for the event. The only downside was neighbors that were clearly there to party but can’t control that and even so, we all slept fine (with sound machines). Thanks Lala!

Erica’s place is super! Communications were easy and instructions clear. The location is right on the Exploration Green for recreating outdoors. WiFi worked great for us. Kitchen was clean. We recommend.

I can’t say enough about our stay and the hosts! They made a very special trip extraordinary!! The home is beautiful, safe, and a Shangri-La to me!! Placement of rooms are wonderful and afforded privacy with other guests. The saltwater pool was wonderful and with shade from trees made it very comfortable on hot, summer days! Communications with hosts felt personal and was much appreciated. This was my first VRBO / Airbnb experience and what a wonderful one it was!! Had to leave a day early due to the hurricane, yet again, the host expressed genuine concern for us. Very clean and comfortable! It was hard to leave!

This place is a five star home! The lake view is beautiful, the rooms are large and very clean. The price is super reasonable. Host replies very fast. Will definitely come back again!

The home was extremely clean and was well stocked with everything you would need (coffee, paper products, kitchen items, beach items, fishing equipment). Sitting on the bottom deck, fishing, drinking coffee, and relaxing was our favorite. Location was great with a short golf cart ride to the beach.
