We love Kim’s place - this was our 2nd time staying and it didn’t disappoint! Kim is responsive and kind, the kitchen is well equipped, and Kim provides thoughtful staples like milk, some snacks, and coffee creamer. We will be back!

My second time staying at this location and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. A great spot for enjoying the Smoky Mountains, Maggie Valley and Waynesville.

This little rental was perfect for our group of 2 adult couples. The location was close to the lake, Waynesville food and shopping, Maggie valley, and a nice drive through the blue ridge parkway. Private entrance. Quiet front porch. Covered parking for one car. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels and linens.

This was the single best stay I've had with an AirBnB. What the owner has done here is unique, tranquil, beautiful. It really does make for the ultimate little hideaway for a stay in the Maggie Valley area. It is so close to the main road, and yet set back far enough that you can't see the traffic, hear the traffic, or know you're in a busy area. You feel like you're in the Mountains, which is kind of the whole idea. The cabin is immaculate, the landscaping is so well done - it just feels "right". I and my wife have every intention of using this great cabin/cottage again.

This was our third stay in the Clyde apartment. Once we found it, we won't ever stay anywhere else. It's convenient to Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Ashville. Our granddaughter lives nearby and we come to visit with her. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away, as well as delicious Italian food in the same shopping center. The apartment is very well furnished, including the kitchen where we cooked a few meals. There is a beautiful mountain view from the kitchen window and a lovely deck out back to relax on. The biggest plus for us is we didn't have to climb up a mountain to reach the apartment as it is on flat land!

Very beautiful scenery and cozy apartment to enjoy it. Clean, well-kept and beautifully decorated with original artwork and lots of natural light. Thoughtful touches for guests and your privacy is respected. Outdoor space to enjoy and a private yard with a nature preserve and hiking just up the road at the foot of Plott Balsam. I'll be back!

The lake is so beautiful and you get a full view! We really enjoyed our stay. It is located at the top of a hill and the drive is very steep. The home is split into the Airbnb and an apartment for the host, they were not home during our stay, but it is something to note. We would recommend this space to others!

Everything about this Airbnb was fabulous. The studio was roomy enough, well laid out, and very clean. The yard for the dogs, and area for a quick walk when needed, made it ideal for us with our dog. The location was close to whatever is needed and Asheville itself. And finally, Laurie and Mike were the perfect hosts. They were kind, responsive, and so helpful with everything needed and wanted. This stay was all we hoped for and more than we could have expected!

Lesley's place was clean and comfortable. Lesley is a good communicator and our needs were met with clear instructions. Beautiful area!

Great location - a very short walk to the lakeside trail. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Alice and Philip were very responsive.

Irene was amazing and the apartment was absolutely perfect to stay nearby family over Christmas! It meant the world that it was decorated for Christmas and so cozy. The full kitchen was perfect to cook in multiple meals over our trip and Irene even left a popcorn tin as a sweet gift! So thankful and will certainly be back!

Tara was great, very easy to get in, no issues :). The balcony has a great view of the mountains. It is attached to their house but you would never know. She responds quickly and very welcoming. The town is nice and not crime ridden like I’m used to. Great experience! Don’t be like me and forget to do the dishes.

Have been vacationing in Western North Carolina for about 30 years. The Sunset Cottage is one of the most enjoyable places that I have been to. It’s in a beautiful setting, off the beaten path, and you can get to everything conveniently from there. I would like to stay there again!

This sweet little spot is well furnished with a comfy bed and new furniture. It's easy to get around and the TV in the bedroom is great. Lots of nice touches and informative notes. The bath and shower are super nice. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice place to stay! very updated kitchen and living space. Also, very clean! we will come back again when we're around next time !

We had a great weekend stay at the Gathering Place! Got in some wonderful hikes and enjoyed the hot tub. Cozy furnishings and a peaceful and relaxing setting. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in close proximity. Thank you Ken and Laura!

This place was beautiful, quiet and clean, bed was comfortable, fully updated bathroom. The surrounding scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect location, very clean, so private, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Conveniently close to all the best hiking areas- PNF- Looking Glass/Moore Cove WF, DuPont and Gorges Parks. BRP- Art Loeb Trail & Graveyard Fields WF. So dark at night I could count all the stars. Host has thought of everything- high quality big fluffy towels, lots of pillows, dimmer light switches, fire pit, hot tub, ice maker, awesome spice rack, loved swinging and watching the sunset. Tesla Level 2 charging on site meant we left “full” every morning. Host very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again !!! I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness to every detail which is saying a lot cause I can be overly picky sometimes. I thought it was so great to easily find the operators manuals for the Alarm clock/sound machine and other items neatly filed in a notebook for reference. Excellent selection of hiking info books. I even loved the quiet doorstops.

Quiet, private and close to everything. If you want a quiet getaway? This is it. You want close to downtown? This is it. You want pet friendly? This is it. You want a small family cozy experience? This is it. Stocked kitchen for cooking and eating? This is it. Porch swing and a hot tub? This is it. Don is a welcoming host and I look forward to booking again!

I had an awesome stay at here. The place was really clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was great too. quiet but still close to everything I wanted to check out. Honestly, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a chill place to stay!

The place is very nice, from the creek to relax in front of or the hot tub to get into:) Our weekend started warm then went colder and the fireplace in the house gets the place warm. The area is quiet. We had two ducks going around feeding and getting ready to nest. An eagle flew through and tried to get the ducks, they dove a couple times and the eagle left to go fishing. The area is mostly free from the damages of Helene. Plenty of birds coming and going all day:)
