I can honestly say this is the best place I have ever stayed in Rwanda! During my stay, I unfortunately fell unwell at night, but the host was incredibly caring and made it a point to check on me every morning until I was feeling better. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service from everyone—the security guard, the cleaners, and, of course, the host. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a quiet and clean place, I wholeheartedly recommend this gem. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful experience and absolutely loved staying here. Its a Modern contemporary place with swimming pool access and a fine dining restaurant on the roof top. The apartment was a spacious one bedroom and it was clean, with all anemities. Great host and the service team was excellent.

Was a wonderful short stay at a really nice place. The hosts were extremely helpful checking on me every time in case I needed anything. Appreciated the support and effort to make me feel comfortable and at home!

Claudines house is amazing. It has all the facilities you could need for your stay and is very peaceful and private. The pool is great and the staff you see working around the property are kind and nice to speak with. The whole space inside is incredible, spotlessly clean and also perfectly designed. I’d recommend this to anyone staying in Kigali who wants a place to relax.

Had a one night's stay at Christian's place and felt right at home despite the host being outside country. Christian was responsive and gave very helpful tips. Then there was the care-taker on site, his name is Didace, what an amazing gentleman! Not forgetting a funny young fellow by the name Pascal.

The location is great- close enough to the city center, yet far enough for some peace and quiet. The apartment is well maintained, cleaned on a regular basis, and provided a tranquil ambience. Lastly, Richard was very responsive and is a great host. Highly recommended.

I had a very comfortable stay at Touch Africa Residence (TA). Paul was in the middle of doing some renovations at LaRubibi (my original booking) and graciously offered me an upgrade. TA is located in a central and prestigious part of Kacyiru, Kigali. The check in process with the concierge was smooth, the facilities i.e., onsite security, pool, restaurant and gym are great. The double level condo is spacious, with nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with laundry, home office, living and dining rooms with large size tvs, wifi, comfortable beds in the two bedrooms, house keeping service, plus outdoor seating and dining areas with picturesque views of Kigali from multiple parts of the house. Prior to, and throughout my stay, Paul, Lisa and Jeremy were very responsive. Ultimately, I had a pleasant, peaceful and positive experience - hosted by Paul.
