We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

The location of the home was just remote enough to where we could have some peace and quiet. We ran Pandora’s Box of Rox and loved being only 10 minutes away from the race.

Wish we could've stayed longer! The area is located in the middle of so many things that would be great to do wine tasting, whiskey places, restaurants, bars, attractions. If you do your research before arriving you'll have a list of things to do. Nonetheless, if evem if you don't, and you decide to stay at the house its feels secluded enough and spacious enough that that youre not crammed. The kitchen has so many cooking utensils and pots/pans that it felt like a home away from home. The grill was such a plus and with a full propane tank! Lastly, the dock offered so much space that if needed you could dip and sunbathe all you want. I will be back!

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

This place is gorgeous and in such a peaceful location/neighborhood. The host was super responsive and took the time to help us get the hot tub serviced with a quick turn-around. Would highly recommend!

I stayed here with 4 adult family members, after a long day of driving in the hill country. Michelle was great communicating with me and we had no problem getting in the house. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the location is peaceful. In particular the dock is a really awesome place to enjoy time with your family or friends. I'll be back.

Really well stocked house: we loved the sports equipment and kitchen appliances (air fryer is clutch). Beds are comfy too. We did have some issues with the plumbing which the hosts dispatched a plumber for but couldn’t be resolved, not much to be done about that though. Will stay again next year.

Lake House vibes! Nice, clean home. Great location with Lake LBJ across the street and access a short walk down the street. Bunkhouse is great for the kids. Huge backyard to let our 2 dogs run around - just be careful if your dogs are smaller as there are some gaps under the fence they can crawl under due to the slope of the backyard. Host checked in and was quick to respond.

Nicely appointed, very clean and beautiful spot! Denise was a great communicator and even arranged for an earlier check in when our plans had us in the area a few hours earlier than expected.

This house is the perfect lake house getaway! My wife and I had a great time and were so comfortable. Flip and Elizabeth are wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What makes this house so special is the sunset view of the lake. It's high on a hill with a perfect view of the setting sun. The sky is truly magnificent. What's also great is there empty lots to the R and L of the house. So there's lots of privacy and the feeling of being in nature. I'd prefer this house over being on the lake actually. It's one of the best views you'll find in Point Venture (maybe even the best)! The house is super clean and updated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are all beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The coach is great too while watching TV on the projector. We had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about this place. We'll definitely be back! Point Venture is a special oasis in the middle of TX! Thank you!

We had lots of fun in our very spontaneous getaway at the lake! The house was clean and organized and we were very comfortable in the specious house. The patio was awesome for the kids and dogs, we walked down to the water and although it was a windy afternoon we dipped our toes in the water and came back for a sweet S’mores desert. Highly recommended!

Zane was very responsive. The place was nice with lots of room! Only stayed there for one night and Zane’s place met our needs! Location was super close to a wedding venue that we attended!

The home was perfect for our annual fishing trip with the kids. 2 homes for 2 families. Fun and playful decorations in the homes to get you in the vacation mood. Within walking distance to a park. Amazing 2 story dock that offered us in the shade while fishing off the dock and places for us to play games with the kids.

Emily‘s house is absolutely STUNNING! There are loads of games, activities, and fire pits on site. However, nothing compares to the lakefront view from the back of the house. This was a 10/10 birthday venue and I will definitely be coming back for the summer!

Great vacation home with amenities such as volleyball, horseshoe and washers. The space worked for our family. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mina’s place in Austin. All six of us adult kids flew in to surprise our mom for her 75th birthday, and the house was a good fit for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped, the large dining table worked perfectly for shared meals, and the living room had plenty of space. We spent a lot of time on the back deck, which was a nice bonus (THE VIEW!!). A fun surprise was the keyboard—several of us had brought instruments, so we ended up playing Beatles songs together. We made some great memories. Thank you to Mina for her hospitality and for providing such a comfortable space. We’d be happy to stay here again.

We were in a little bit of a bind and needed a same day place to stay. Tim was wonderful about an unexpected rental of his home and he made sure everything was ready very quickly! We are so appreciative of how quickly he responded and helped us make the best out of an unexpected extended stay. The house is amazing and has stunning views of the lake. 10/10 amazing experience.

This house was great for me family or families. it was 2 families of 3 each. None of us were on top of each other but we were able to relax while still being near each other also. Very comfortable and great place.

Kim's place was so well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. We spent most of the time on the dock and ate all our meals on porch. There's so many birds to see and the water is clear and beautiful.

Beautiful location, and John is a very kind and responsive host. Love the views and being right on the river, with access to private dock! Kids loved the pool and huge floating pad on the river. We'd definitely go back! Already told a few friends about it. Great family environment. Thank you!! 🙌

Very comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and view of the lake was pretty. It was fun to see deer in the neighborhood.

We were so comfortable, plenty of space to watch a movie together. Lots of seating inside and out to relax, eat together. Beds were super comfy. House was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials including extra thoughtful travel items in the bathrooms (and I did forget my toothbrush). Grocery store and pharmacy super close. Had so much fun with our granddaughter at the local parks. The deer laying in the front yard, walking down the street and grazing out back were so fun to see. Birds were singing all day. It was so peaceful and quiet. The swim spa was great for a soak after a day out either heated or just to cool off. Our hosts were super kind, quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions along with fun things to do in the area. House was stocked full of games to enjoy as adults and with kids from toddler to teen. I definitely will not look elsewhere to stay on my next trip out.
