I had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb! The deck was my favorite spot, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the sound of the waves and the breathtaking views. Walking beside the water was a highlight, offering serene moments and picturesque scenery. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered by Genina, our amazing host. She truly went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. I can't recommend this place enough!

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. Great stay by the lake. We had great weather for morning lake walks, kayaking and pool days. Short drive to great restaurants and cafe's.

Lucio and Julie are very proactive and responsive. Our stay was efficient due to their great communication. The accommodation outside is great, right by the lake and with a few essential shops close by to walk to. The place is exactly as described and in the photos. It was very affordable in a great location, close to everything we needed but also tucked away in s private and quiet area. I would recommend this place to families as the amenities within the property are great for keeping kids entertained.

The place is very cosy, clean, really close to the water. On arrival, the look of the inside of the house is impressive plus the stunning view of Lake Macquarie. The place condition is exactly how it is described in the Airbnb ad. We will definitely stay there again if there is an opportunity in the future.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!

We had a lovely stay at Vicki’s airbnb - conveniently located and affordable. Beautiful ocean views and walkable distance to the Entrance restaurants and shops. Great fishing spots also within walking distance (which my partner & dad loved!). The late check-out time was really appreciated. Would stay again, Cheers :)

We absolutely loved staying in this quiet little unit. From the beautiful location to Warwicks fabulous communication and helpful recommendations; we really couldn't have hoped for a more idyllic, quiet weekend away- it was everything we were dreaming of. Thank you Warwick!

What can I say…..spectacular views. The photos do not do justice to this property. We were very comfortable during our stay and had everything you could possibly need in the property….and great parking. We were made feel very welcome by Sue. She was super friendly, a great communicator and more than accommodating. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you Sue.

This Airbnb was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and despite being in a convenient location, it was wonderfully quiet, ensuring peaceful nights and restful mornings. We loved the calming atmosphere and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

Peter's place is fantastic. the roof top spa is a highlight. the location is amazing. unit fully equipped with everything you need. I went for a girls weekend and we all loved the space. super easy to walk to the main street with restaurants and cafes. the only thing that I would mention is that we had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags as the 2 supplied wasn't enough for the weekend. but apart from that everything else was amazing. would definitely visit again

Beautiful cottage, right by the lake, nice and quiet. Clean, comfy bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay here and Jimmy was really good, came straight away when there was problem with the wifi. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Sally and her partner are the best of hosts, the studio cottage was impeccable with tasteful furnishings. From baccarat cooking utensils etc to Sheridan towels,lots of pantry staples, cakes, biscuits etc the attention to detail from Sally needs to be mentioned here. The cottage is just perfect for a couple looking to get away from mundane everyday life ans maybe a small kid. We enjoyed our weekend and will be back again. The property backs into the Paterson river and also has a small picnic area next to the river. To make the stay extra enjoyable they have a friendly pet dog, 2 horses (who walk up to you to say hello) and cows and 2 really cute neighbours dogs too who just had so much love to give. We didnt do much venturing out as we have been around the place before. Just had a really relaxing time thats it.

We had an amazing stay at Kate’s Airbnb in Bonnells Bay! The property is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful water view and a private jetty that made for the perfect spot to relax. Our kids had a blast with the selection of games and outdoor activities, and the kayaks and SUP boards provided a fun way to explore the bay. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped, and Kate was a wonderful host – welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway by the water!

Pavla & Luke's place is absolutely beautiful with homley vibes, beautiful big yard, BBQ area with access to the lake and kayaks provided. we still took our own as we are a family of 6. clear instructions to get inside and very responsive hosts. Loved the kitchen it had everything you needed. The lounge was so comfy for a pull out and extra large!! could fit myself, 2 adult kids, my teenager & 10 year old for our movie night with spectacular views of the lake right from the lounge. Shower was a plus with amazing water pressure. Location was awesome with a park only 2min walk away and great fishing/ kayaking spots. I only gave 4 stars for price as we got a lot of rubbish washing up from the lake (we cleaned) not from the hosts property, just coming in from the tied/neighbours and bad smells blowing in from the lake every now and then. Washing machine & dryer were not plugged in, I didn't want to move them around to find the plug. Board games were missing a lot of pieces (chess)

We absolutely loved Billabong cottage. We used the row boat on the billabong. We sat on the deck at dusk and watched the water birds. It was extremely private and peaceful. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would come again.

Very receptive and warm hosts. Would love to recommend anyone who wants a nice cosy room lace besides a wonderful location which is the huge beautiful lakes just adjacent to the property

We had a great weekend at Lucy’s. The home was spotless, with lovely decor and everything you could need for a very pleasant stay (including a bottle of bubbly - thank you Laurence and Lilian :) The bed was very comfortable and there were several spots to sit with some nibbles and enjoy the water view. The kitchen was modern, spacious and fully equipped for those (like us) who want to cook. The water was literally steps away, with a nice walking path for those looking for some exercise. Overall, a fabulous place to stay if you are looking for peace, privacy and a home away from home.

Gorgeous, one of our favourite places we've stayed on our 5 week road trip! Well equipped house and kitchen, right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to a local cafe with great coffee and friendly staff. Perfect if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway! The hosts very responsive and accommodating, we loved our stay here.
