The location is excellent, and the check-in instructions were very clear. What I loved the most was how well-equipped the kitchen was, cuz it made cooking convenient. The host also provided wine, snacks, soft drinks and breakfast, coffee. Overall, it's great stay!

Such a great AIRBNB we would definitely book here again, the location was great - nice easy walk to beautiful beaches and such a peaceful relaxed feel in the apartment. There is a little lounge on the front balcony so after a day at the beach we relaxed on the lounge and read our book while having a cup of tea and beer. Chris was an amazing host, allowed early check in as we needed to go to a wedding and was super responsive to the messages I sent him. The bathroom was spotless and so cute, the kitchen had everything that we could need including foil and cling wrap (I love that). The fan worked perfectly in the bedroom and wasn't noisy (which is always annoying when you sleep with a noisy fan). Lovely spot, quick walk down the hill to the caves & beach, longer walk or a 1 min drive to the strip of shops. The nearby caves beach pub was surprisingly lovely! This was probably the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in!

Maree’s place was just what us as a couple needed. Newly refurbished but felt homely and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and enjoy the experience. The outdoor area was large and had glimpses of the water. A small walk took you to the lake. Maree supplied snacks, breakfast and fruit and other staples that we were not expecting and were very grateful for. The bed was really comfortable and ceiling fans kept us cool as well. Kaylea’s home was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay while we were going through one of those unavoidable times in life with the passing of a loved one. It had a welcoming feel, everything we needed for our short stay, and was central to all of the places we needed to access.

A quirky house in a great location. Plenty of room with a great outlook of Lake Macquarie and lots of peace and quiet. Well stocked, clean, neat and tidy; there is little you need to bring. Sonia made us feel welcome, and checking in and out was hassle free.

Amy’s place was amazing and exactly as described. It was so clean we thought it had just been renovated, not a spot anywhere. Everything was well kept in cupboards, the beds were made really well and rooms really tidy. The living areas were well presented and the bathrooms looked and smelled clean with fresh towels on the beds. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s in a great location only 10 minute drive from Newcastle, the beaches and restaurants and the residential area is very quiet at night. Amy is also very responsive and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We will definitely return if we are visiting Newcastle again in the future.

Our family had a lovely stay. The place was beautifully clean and welcoming.

Lovely place for family getaway. Beautiful beaches at walking distance or few minutes drive. Kids toys and lovely back yard keeping our little ones entertained. Kimberly is super nice getting the kids high chair and portable cot ready for us, highly recommend.

Maria and Mario were fantastic hosts. Their place was lovely and exactly as described. Mario provided fantastic recommendations via a phone call a few days before which was very helpful. The facilities at Raffertys Resort are excellent and great for children. Maria and Mario’s house is very clean and makes for a fantastic getaway.
