I loved the house and the pool was perfect. Nichole responded to any questions in a short amount of time.

We needed a toaster and they bought a new one right a way. Unfortunately the doors to both washrooms are not very wide and we had to remove the doors to enter with my walker. Overall the place was great and very spacious. We made a few recommendations to have more dishes and to provide a dish towel for the next guests and she said she would. We had a great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

Karolina’s place was all we could have hoped for. Very clean and so many areas to hang out. Something unique we appreciated that isn’t always the case at other Airbnb’s is the amount of dishes and silverware they had available. We barely had to run the dishwasher because there was always plenty of dishes/cups/silverware etc. to choose from. She also had a nice selection of pots and pans. You won’t regret staying here.

The house was even larger in person. Plenty of space for privacy if you have a big group. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Felt safe with the security system on the perimeter of the property. Outdoor kitchen was a dream. The entire stay was worth it and Franddy is an excellent host who is attentive to any needs you have. We wanted to book the house again not even 5 minutes after check out - we had that great of a stay. Highly recommended!

Kent was great!. He responded immediately to any question we had. Very homey, large home. Had many children supplies if you needed them. Has a chicken who loves to follow you around. When he is visiting has a great dog , Peanut Bedrooms are huge. Easy to get to Sawgrass park

Was an amazing stay at an amazing apartment. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Rebecca was super responsive to any questions we had and even when I ended up leaving my jacket she messaged me and I was easily able to recover. A Cozy, Comfortable Stay with Great Hospitality I had the pleasure of staying at Jeremy’s Airbnb for a spring break with my 16 year old daughter and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth, and they were incredibly helpful with check-in details and local recommendations. The condo was exactly as described – clean, modern, and welcoming. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being close to Clearwater Beach. Overall, this stay was an absolute delight, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

We found Paradise in Brandon to be the ideal arrangement these past four days. It was quiet and peaceful while we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill. It is close to everything you might be interested in Brandon, mall, theater, restaurants. Great place and responsive host.

We loved the condo!!! When we opened the door we were so surprised how nice the condo was. Very roomy comfortable and very clean. The hosts get back to you right away. Condo is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away. We can not wait to come back. Will definitely stay again.

Grate host!

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful vacation spot with fishing and Aligators..

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.
