This space was fantastic. can't beat being right on the old Town strip. we look forward to staying here in the near-future.

Patricia’s place is very centrally located and close to almost all the places we wanted to visit. Our company of 5 had a lot of room to move around. Host and her partner Brindy are super easy to communicate with, their response time to our querries are exceptionally fast. Beds and pillows are super comfy which means a lot after a full day of hiking. I highly recommend this place. Only thing that’s a bit of a letdown are the towels. They can use a little sparkle. Otherwise everything is exceptional for the price. Will definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here and everything was great again. Great location, very safe, across the street from the courthouse and lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Very roomy, lots of space. Easy to walk to places. We will definitely be back again.

Love staying here! We have stayed here multiple times and in fact we have this house booked for October. The house is beautiful and perfect. It is completely homey and has everything. There is every amenity you need. There was toiletries, coffee, creamer and ice. The house is the perfect size and super comfortable. The beds were amazing and we all slept wonderfully. We love it here and can't wait to stay again!

Very clean and well stocked. Comfortable linens and extra blankets. Newer remodel and very convenient location walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The location and house was very beautiful! The house was very spacious and clean! The hosts were very kind, responsive and friendly. The place had so much to offer. We would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again.

Staying here was a great pick! It was in a central location that was an easy 30 minute ride from Sedona and 20 minutes from Jerome. The hosts were very communicative and responded promptly to our questions and concerns, which was convenient. They even provided a booklet (both physical and PDF copy) that included recommended restaurants and excursions as well as detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. My only comment is in regard to the shared hot tub. Out of our 4-night stay we were only designated one day to use the hot tub. This was of little concern to us as the family we shared the amenity with were very flexible and okay with sharing. However, I bring this up to any future guests who may be in hopes of using it more often. The hot tub was great though (especially after a hike in 40 degree weather and scattered snow showers)! Overall, both the host and the property were a fantastic pick and I would stay here again!

Asher's home in Sedona is lovely. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures, and the daybed and rollout bed were surprisingly comfortable. It is in a very quiet neighborhood while still being located within a mile of restaurants and grocery stores. It was the perfect location for our needs--outside of the touristy part of town, but still within easy driving distance of the trailheads, shops, and attractions. It took Asher a little while to respond to messages I sent before our trip, but he responded almost immediatetly to questions we had during our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

We loved this Airbnb! We went up for spring break and this house was perfect for our family. It had 3 full size bathrooms, two of which had giant showers and a great tub. The bedrooms were perfect, we loved the shuffle board, ping pong games, and the wrap around deck was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the view. This house is also in a nice quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and local stores.

The Owl's Nest was clean and comfortable. Penny provided local recommendations for restaurants and exploring local lakes. She was friendly and responsive to our requests.

Property was even better than the pictures!!! Great floor plan, VERY comfortable beds, and extremely well stocked. Unfortunately, we only got to stay in Sedona for one night; however, we'd love to come back and stay at Sandra's home again. We arrived in Sedona a bit earlier than anticipated and she was kind enough to let us check in early, extremely appreciated after hours of driving. Thank you so much for everything!

What a fantastic place for a family of 4. The home was very clean and well appointed. The home was near downtown and one could walk to shops or restaurants. We will be looking for Lindy's place on return trips to Prescott.

This condo was just as it was pictured and was perfect. The host was very responsive and fixed one minor issue very quickly. The pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts were clean and peaceful. For us, the location was perfect. We enjoyed not being in the hustle and bustle of Sedona but were close enough for Sedona activities if we chose them. We found the restaurants in Oak Creek delicious with no wait for seating. The condo was easy to access and had some unexpected extras like a Red Rock park pass. We 100% recommend this place and will stay at it again in the future should we return.

Very clean condo w/all the amenities you would need. Centrally located, easy to find and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc. Nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Loved the location. Great value!

Lovely place and great for walking to amenities and the Sr. Living down the street. kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking (or opening wine).

We had a great stay while in Sedona. We appreciated how well stocked the place was. There was access to the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Grocery store was across the street which made staying in after a big day of hiking great!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Sedona. Perfect central location allowing you to get to uptown, west Sedona, or oak creek village quite easily. A trailhead is in walking distance also allowing super easy sunrise or sunset hikes. The view is too notch. My favorite part, though, were the beds and pillows. I slept amazingly well there. Super comfortable! Would most definitely stay again. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo.. the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities including the beautiful pool, hot tubs, and especially the pickleball courts (first time playing pickleball as a family with teens and we are hooked!). The location was superb - we were so happy to be away from the traffic of Sedona but still have easy access to many popular trails. Great to have a grocery store right across the street and walkable to many great restaurants and cafes close by. We also walked to the bell rock pathway which saved us from yet another busy trailhead parking lot. Laura Lee was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Very grateful for the time that we were able to stay here!

We had a great stay at Terri's place! It's about 20 minutes from downtown Sedona but in an area with lots of food options and some great hikes - plus the drive into downtown is absolutely beautiful! The place was very clean and neat, the kitchen had what we needed for snacks and breakfasts, and Terri was a responsive host. We'd absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location for us to do all the hiking that we had planned. There is a fantastic bakery and grocery store near by as well. There are places to eat within walking distance or a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Caroline’s place had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It is truly a beautiful area. We would definitely stay at her place again!
