What a beautiful home! Perfect for our two families. The views from the large deck were incredible, plenty of rooms and beds, and easy to check in and out of. What a great place, thank you!

The Lake Nacimiento home provided a great location for our reunion with family friends. It was extremely spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-14). We were there at a very warm time of year, but the A/C was pretty incredible with how cool it kept the entire house which was much appreciated. Finally, Ana was very responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Thank you!

The house was really great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The actual house is even better than what the pictures show :) Check-in was easy. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are super clean and renovated. The view is beautiful from the amazing deck. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Central A/C works very well. The weber grill outside is in great shape. Access to the lake via a path and steps in front of the house. The clubhouse has a nice pool which was great to cool off in. Overall, we were very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic lake view!!! The house is great for families with plenty of space for all. The deck areas overlook the lake. The kitchen was also well stocked and easy to cook in. Stay here! We will be back.

Everything with the rental was wonderful--comfortable and clean. Joe was responsive when the wifi wasn't working at first and got it working as soon as he could. The only downside to this rental is that there isn't a dishwasher. One other downside has nothing to do with this rental in particular, but it bears mentioning. There's an additional $50 resort fee when you arrive. If you have more than two cars, you will need to pay to park the extra cars in an overflow lot that's a long drive from the rental. And you're reminded again and again by signage and people working the resort that if you break any of the resort's extensive page of rules, you'll incur fines. It was a bit oppressive--like no more than 8 people in a house at one time. I'm sure this is how they maintain a good quality of life for the people who live in the area, but I mention it because larger groups might consider staying in a different area.

Loved this stay! Beautiful area with lots of wildlife in the neighborhood- deer, turkey vultures, lots of little birds, squirrels, etc. House was very nice- LOTs of space. There was so much space that my husband and I rarely left the top level even though there was a spacious and well-maintained downstairs. All of the neighbors were friendly and nice. Be prepared for hills if you're going to walk but know it's worth the views. Only 2 things surprised us and neither had to do with the reservation. 1. All of the marinas on our side of the lake were closed so to get worms to fish with was a 60 minute round-trip to the other side of the lake and they wanted to charge us for entry. 2. I'd strongly recommend bringing groceries with you because the closest store is half a tank of gas away. Would definitely stay again, I'd just bring more groceries and maybe our own worms. ;)

Beautiful and relaxing place, the deck was just stunning, fire pit and heater were amazing! Very close to the lake, two families came for a reunion and it was perfect!

Based on the other reviews, I was cautiously optimistic about the space, but I have to say that this property was exactly what we needed for our trip. The patios are some of the best parts of the rental, with a great grill, a cozy fire pit with wonderful views from the deck (so much wildlife!), and comfortable deck furniture. There is AC and we were surprised by unexpected wi-fi! Though we didn't spend much time there, the downstairs game/bunk room was great. There is laundry to dry wet boating towels. There was plenty of room to park cars and trailers/boats. It was easy to check-in and stay in touch with hosts, and the community is simple to navigate and the neighbors were kind. I wished we could have spent more time there to enjoy the patios and surroundings. All around, great stay!

We had a dream of a trip at Lake Naciemento- coming home to a comfortable house was exactly what we were hoping for. Clean and easy to relax in, we had a great time. Loads of wildlife to capture the attention of our city kids and beautiful stars at night.

This place was fantastic for our group of 8 adults. The house is spacious and has plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces, multiple bathrooms, and a huge deck looking out at the lake. I booked this stay at the literal last minute, which worked seamlessly due to the prompt communication. Joe and Judy were quick to respond and accommodate our requests!

awesome stay at this lovely location. bunk house had quite a few gnats/mosquitos but none of us got bit. would definitely recommend and would stay again!

House was as described in listing. As everything you may need. Great communication through the process. The gate and extra car pass wasn’t as smooth as everything else but all and all our family had a great time.

What an amazing, cozy, unique get away. I wish it were a warming time of year so that I can go explore this beautiful property. I will be back this summer, if Valerie will have me again. This home worked great for us. It is beautiful and was so easy and comfortable! Host was welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We arrived Friday evening after a long drive from Napa. Bianchi winery was still open with live music playing. Check-in was as easy with the code. The guest house was ready, nice and cool! The pictures don't do it justice. Every room was furnished nice, great beds, nice bathrooms and very clean. I've stayed at alot of Arbnb's and this one is at the top of my list. Perfect size for couples or a family sharing the space. Pet friendly, our dogs absolutely loved the place! We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and enjoying Bianchi's great wine on the front and back yard while listening to the music. Being in the wine industry you pay attention to the details that made it all so great! We also did a tasting and the staff were all friendly and fun. We had one minor problem with the internet during the Olympics, and the response was very quick and easily solved. Thank you to Beau and your team. We look forward to making another trip!
