Schöne Unterkunft direkt an der Lagune. Das Essen war sehr gut und kann bestens empfohlen werden. Auch die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Als wir am letzten Tag ein Taxi benötigt haben wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Colibri. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. So nice to have air conditioning with the hot temperatures outside!! The staff were also very helpful, professional and friendly. Anything we needed they accommodated for us. There were restaurants, a large mall and a grocery store all within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. The breakfast was fine, but I would not say it was a true Nica breakfast except for the gallo pinto. Still I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it very fairly priced. Thank you again for the nice stay!

Beautiful place to stay and relax for a few days. The lake is stunning and you can take kayaks out at no extra cost. We enjoyed having breakfast with other guests and playing with the very friendly dogs that are around! Donaldo was very helpful and was always there to help with any questions. Only thing to watch out for with staying on the lake is that restaurants can close quite early in the evening (especially on Sunday), so make sure you don't accidently end up without dinner!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! De hosts waren heel vriendelijk en het was een rustige plek met een mooie tuin en een fijn zwembad. Cynthia was op afstand heel behulpzaam en reageerde snel, een echte superhost! De kamer is prima en het bed is fijn. Enige is dat de airco wat lawaai maakt (m.n. op het dak) Maar je zou hier in principe ook zonder kunnen. Zou het verblijf alsnog zeker aanraden!

What an amazing family that hosted us. They talked to us, gave us so much useful information and we became friends. The house is clean and in a very safe area. You can really get a feel of the local life and authenticity of the country. The dog was adorable and this was one of the most approachable friendly hosts I’ve ever had.

Excelente servicio, comprensivos y atentos con nuestra situación. agradecemos cada detalle y sin duda fueron un descanso para el estrés que llevábamos por nuestra boda. Sin duda serán siempre nuestra primera opción.

Much more beautiful than expected.. wonderful athmosphere in an incredible house with lovely people working there, beautiful rooms and bathrooms with flowers! We will definitely come back to this perfect place! Thank you very much!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Tatiana sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich, auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Tatiana war eine hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war durchgehend positiv. Toll war auch, dass wir ganz unkompliziert einen Scooter über sie mieten konnten. Am besten hat uns aber die Terrasse mit dem Blick über die umliegenden Bananenplantagen und auf die zwei Vulkane der Insel gefallen!

Juan and Elena also operate a breakfast and lunch eatery onsite which is very popular. They were very welcoming as was Chilo whose attentive service as a cook and maid is a plus! The courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, lovingly prepared and often sharing in conversation with guests, Elena and Juan. The location is the best, right near the Cathedral, Central Park and a multitude of great restaurants, a pharmacy and a corner store. Thank you for making me feel like a part if the family Juan, Elena and Chilo.

Great view of San Juan del sur. Gadi and the rest of the staff were very nice, friendly and will you feel right home. The breakfast was delicious. The location is about a 10 minute walk to downtown. Walking back can be a challenge for some people as the road is steep. Recommend car or taxi. Other than that everything was great no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s, the location is less than a 5 minute scooter ride from town and great restaurants. We loved being able to rent the scooters right there, they made our exploring easy. Everyone there was helpful and kind. The pool is fantastic and they have a few games to play in the patio sitting area. Highly recommend staying at Cynthia’s!

Michael's place was perfect for myself and my family. The house was absolutely gorgoeous, and the view was incredible! Michael was extremely friendly and helpful, providing many helpful local recommdations for activities and transportation. Highly recommend Michael's place if you are visiting San Juan area.

One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at on the island. Noise from dogs and the church were to be expected and are mostly unavoidable on Ometepe. The patio and hammocks make it a relaxing stay also. Very very conveniently located to stores and restaurants and the port.

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous - beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the overall experience was amazing. We highly recommend!

Es un lugar tranquilo ubicado muy cerca de playas muy bonitas como rajada y playa pilas. Cerca hay minisupers y unos cuántos restaurantes. La anfitriona es amable y siempre les dará buenas recomendaciones!

Einfach super: fast direkt am Meer, schönes Holzhaus mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Hängematten. Alles absolut sauber, weil alles ständig geputzt wird. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Nähe Busbahnhof. Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen

La Villa Arcadia est simplement magnifique! J'ai été peinée de devoir quitter. Tout est super propre, la chambre était parfaite, comme sur les photos, le déjeuner était toujours bon et différent à chaque jour (avec des fruits, du café et du jus d'orange), la piscine infinie avec la vue sur San Juan del Sur est splendide. Nous avons rencontré Michael qui a été super gentil avec nous, très sympathique! Un incontournable de San Juan!

mega anfitrion siempre me ayudo a todas mis inquietudes. un bello lugar par relajarte y pasar unas vacaciones super. muy bonita decoracion en todo el complejo. cuartos muy comodos,buen aire,camas comodas y buen wifi. los muchachos siempre estuvieron pendientes a nosotros en todo lo q necesitabamos. rico desayuno para empezar tu dia. seguridad 24 hrs . nos encanto todo. se los recomiendo
