The cottage was just as described and we loved the fireplace! Kept the room warm and cozy. Excellent location and was extremely quiet. Would stay here again!

The Ranch House was more than expected . Everything we needed and then some . Peaceful and quite home away from home . We were there during the Christmas time of year with another couple celebrating our Wedding Anniversaries . Easy access into the home . Games , Christmas cookies , snacks and more were waiting on us upon arrival . Kristi has been an Awesome host . Would recommend The Ranch House wanting to visit the Jefferson area or Lake of the Pines to anyone looking for a Great Place to call Home for a little bit .

Absolutely stunning cabin was just what we needed! it was clean, cozy and peaceful. Great soaker tub/suana perks as well!

The lakehouse was perfect for my fishing trip. Debbie and Raymond were great hosts.

Scott has a great place and staff. The facilities was clean neat and there was extra supplies that we forgot. Scott is very quick to address any issues and needs. We have found our get away spot at the Lake of The Pines. Thanks again Scott

What a FANTASTIC find! This place is exactly what my friends and I needed, a peaceful quiet getaway! The pond was beautiful, the ducks were adorable, and the front porch looked over it all…a wonderful spot to have coffee in the morning. The table under a covered patio provided a great spot to snack and play games. The fire pit was wonderful as well, it was just cool enough to be able to light a little fire. The cabin itself was spotless. Plenty of linens were provided, and the kitchen was well supplied. The owners also leave a meticulous guide to help with any questions that a vacationer might have. There is no doubt we will be back!

Our Family enjoyed your home and Grandboys loved seeing the horses, cows and goats this morning… We used the fire place most of the evening that added some extra warmth and comfort to our stay. Awesome size tv in living room to watch college football on a Saturday night… We would recommend this home to others that need a large place to stay in Longview area…

The house is great, so spacious, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to prepare our meals in. The outdoors were peaceful and beautiful and we loved getting to see the cow and donkey and feed them a few times. My girls were thrilled to have a little trampoline, kids’ books and toys available. The Internet was great for simple usage and my husband was able to pipe into it and work remotely with no issues. We loved having a Berkey available as well. Great communication with the owners. Wood burning stove was a plus during the freezing temps we had while in town. Overall we had a fantastic time here!
