Dom był dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty i położony w cichej okolicy. Naszej rodzinie niczego nie brakowało. Kontakt z gospodarzem jest bezproblemowy, Angela i jej mąż to bardzo sympatyczni ludzie. Polecamy wszystkim to miejsce spokojnego wypoczynku nad jeziorem Ohrid.

Sans hesiter, notre logement prefere durant notre long séjour en Albanie. Le voisinage très chaleureux, depaysement garanti. Quel accueil ! Vue des terrasses magnifique. Tout le confort. Appartement superbe. Ideal en famille ou entre amis. Airco en très bon état de fonctionnement, ce qui fait du bien quand grosses chaleurs. Wifi rapide, parfait. La plage a 50m peu frequentee et paisible. Ideale pour les enfants et se detendre. Transats, parasols, restaurant et possibilité de se deshalterer a tres petit prix. Emplacement ideal pour visiter la région et proche de la ville de Pogradec (15min en voiture). Cette ville si joliment animee le soir. A 40minutes en voiture de la Macedoine du Nord. Ideal pour y passer une journée et randonner dans la superbe reserve naturelle de la Galice (pour les Europeens, carte identite suffisante a la frontiere). Nombreux restaurants proches a pied. Magnifique village de Lin avec restaurants vue sur le lac. Petit magasin tout proche. Venez sans hesiter 💝

Spacious family home in a heritage property on the lake front. Unusual to find this kind of property. Central location on the lake, restaurants, supermarket and bakeries 2 mins walk. Locally arranged parking. Responsive host. Great for our family. Folk music from local restaurants at night added to the charm.

We had a wonderful stay here! The parking was right in front of the house, and we were able to walk to the lake and the center of town. Everything matched the pictures, and we enjoyed the wood stove. Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend it!

Πολύ επικοινωνιακή και εξυπηρετική οικοδέσποινα, το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πολύ ζεστό και ωραίο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Appartement à 5 minutes de la vieille ville. Spacieux et propre. Parking privé à disposition. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos, voire même mieux en vrai. À recommander !

Ohrid'de iki gün konakladık ve evin konumu o kadar iyiydi ki gezimizdeki en büyük avantaj buydu. Ev maalesef biraz soğuktu klima sadece salonda var ve yatak odasındaki elektrikli ısıtıcı yetersiz. Sıcak su konusunda sıkıntı yoktu. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Πανέμορφο σπίτι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και ακόμα παραπάνω. Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και τακτοποιημένα. Με πολύ όμορφη θέα στην πόλη και το βουνό. Βρίσκεται στον 7ο και τελευταίο όροφο και υπάρχουν λίγες σκάλες από την είσοδο μέχρι τον 1ο όροφο όπου παίρνεις το ασανσέρ μέχρι τον 6ο και μετά άλλες λίγες σκάλες έως το διαμέρισμα. Ο Ρόλαντ ήταν ευγενέστατος και απάντησε σε όλα τα ερωτήματα πολύ γρήγορα. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ κύριε Ρόλαντ είστε εξαιρετικός!

I'm just starting with two "negative" things. 1) Pellets are needed for the stove, as it is more comfortable for the client and more romantic, (but not really necessary for heating). 2) A larger hot water tank is needed for the bathtub, as hot water is used up quickly. Now we are talking about the benefits of the environment. ☺️ It was a luxurious, cozy apartment, with ample space and comfort. The apartment was a romantic place, where the lights and the bathtub with hot water had a great effect. The bed was king size, spacious and comfortable, heating with a large central air conditioner that was sufficient for heating the environment. (The stove is needed more for romance). It was a very clean environment and everything was shiny. I highly recommend this place and if you want to spend a nice night, choose it. Shaida was also always ready to answer any questions we had. (I would suggest that you welcome guests with something, maybe a small bottle of wine and some snacks) See u Agai

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 weeks, and that was made even better by Tedi’s mom, who is one of the kindest and most hospitable host(s)– since she kind of takes care of the flat, that we’ve had. But also Tedi replied fast whenever we had a question or needed something. Regarding the flat, the kitchen is quite ok for general cooking, the flat was clean and it is sort of stylish, it kind of feels like a real home rather than an airbnb. The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes walk from the lake. Although it is located on one of the most central streets, it was usually very peaceful. The internet is generally ok for work around 25mbps, but in the mornings and evenings it was sometimes unstable especially for video calls. The heater is quite good, but on the few days with minus and snow, it reached it’s limit a bit, especially in the bedroom. Overall the experience and flat were very positive, great host(s) and location. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended !

Eris çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Pogradec'e bayıldık. 5 kişilik bir aileye yetecek her şey vardı. Şehir merkezinde ve oldukça temiz bir ev. Her türlü sorunda yanımızda olacağını sürekli hatırlatan Eris zaten sorunların tümünü engellemişti. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler Eris🙏👍

Die Unterkunft von Jordan ist ruhig gelegen, mit einer fantastischen Terrasse mit Blick über den Ohridsee. Viele Pflanzen an der Terrasse machen den Ort behaglich. Das Appartement ist klein aber hat alles, was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

The house was a traditional almost 100 years old, putting you into the mood of the village and the surroundings. It was clean with a beautiful view of the Lake.

V domě jsme bydleli v šesti dospělých a dvě děti. Byl zde dostatek místa na spaní pro všechny. Dragan a Gordana byli velmi nápomocní a ochotně a bleskově odpovídali na naše dotazy. Dům je krásný, nový, velmi dobře zařízený a vybavený (kompletní kuchyňské vybavení). Nic nám zde nechybělo. Velmi nám vyhovovaly tři koupelny s toaletou. Okolo domu je krásná zahrada s vyžitím pro děti a pohodlné posezení pod pergolou u grilu. Ke svatému Naumovi je to malý kousek a v okolí se dá podnikat spousta výletů. Určitě dům doporučujeme

We booked both houses for 10 adults and we are so glad we did it. The houses are amazing and are within a few minutes walking distance from the public beach and the camp. The yard is very good and we enjoyed sitting outdoors even when there was a storm. I would highly recommend especially if you are booking both houses for a larger group or two families.
