My second time staying here! Great location, close to everything. SUPER clean. Big bathroom. High end appliances. I’ll book this stay every time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! We had a wonderful two night stay. The apartment was easy to find, very clean and exactly as described. We were able to walk to pubs, Seward museum and Wegman's grocery store. It is in a very safe and beautiful area We will stay there again when we are in Auburn.

We stayed at Amir's place for 6 night's in February and were very happy with our choice. The apartment was exactly as listed and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have found in a rental. Amir is the perfect host, very easy to communicate with and when we showed up early he had no problem with us getting the keys. The apartment is in a really great location, very walkable to many shops and restaurants and we would love to come back in the summer when we could really take in all that the area offers. Amir's place is neat, clean, equipped for longer stays and we highly recommend it as the place to stay in the area. We would love to stay at Amir's place on our next trip!

I stayed in this apartment for one night. I really liked everything. The place is calm and quiet, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I recommend it.

The location was great for me since I have some land within 5 minutes of his place. Everything was especially clean and really over and above what I needed. I will stay hear again in the future.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

The basement apartment was very clean and very well maintained. The neighborhood is convenient to the airport and highways for access to the city, which is about 30 minutes to 1 hour away (depending on Toronto traffic). Recommend considering this as a place to stay.

Great for tourism in Toronto with a family : Room (and toilets!) for everyone, and located in the middle of several major landmarks. A vast selection of restaurants is within easy walking range and a curated selection of them is offered by the host. Public transportation is everywhere around and easy to use with just a credit card. A dedicated and free parking lot is the cherry on top. The host was kind and helped us out with our questions and needs.

Area was nice - no problems with our stay, very good communication and instructions. Place was clean, very glad there was a Keurig and coffee! The only feedback I have is that it was incredibly loud upstairs. Whenever the people upstairs (not sure if hosts or if it was also rented) would go up/down their stairs it was SO loud and was happening late into the night. I didn’t knock any stars off because I know that can’t exactly be helped, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re thinking of renting and are sensitive to noise. Also, it did make us a bit uneasy that there isn’t a real lockable door at the top of the basement stairs. It might make a single traveler feel a little unsafe.

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

We really enjoy our stay .The kids were having fun at the pool and playing ping pong was also fun. We are looking forward to be back there in summer time.

Sahiya and Gibran were amazing hosts! They checked up often to see how well we were acclimating (it was our first time in Oshawa). The place was clean, quiet, and peaceful—truly a sanctuary!

The apartment had a private entrance round back with a nice deck and the hot tub close by. It was very clean inside and there were lots of towels. We were competing at a horse show near Jarrett and the location was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and warm, although we found some of the pillows a bit on the harder side. We cooked dinner and breakfast there and the kitchen was well enough stocked for what we wanted with the exception of a cheese grater which we purchased and left there. We used the dryer in their washer/dryer combo which was helpful and worked well. Would definitely stay again next time we are at a horse show in the area.
