This was the third year in a row that my girlfriends and I booked Caitlin's place for a girls weekend, and it was just as great as we remembered! The house is cute and cozy, has everything you need, very clean, and the hot tub really makes it worth it when renting in the winter months. Caitlin provides all the instructions you will need for an easy stay, and is incredibly responsive when needed. As I mentioned this wasn't the first time we rented Caitlin's place, and it definitely won't be the last!

We had a lovely stay at Bianca Beach House! Right by the water, it was absolutley beautiful. The hot tob was so nice under the stars at night. The house had everything we needed! Lots of towels, blankets, kitchen ware-- we felt right at home! 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I wanted a little getaway. Sondra’s cottage was perfect. It was peaceful, restful, and romantic. We loved being closed in by the surrounding hills and hearing the brook running in front of the cottage. The hot tub was great, the bed comfy, and sitting in front of the fireplace was relaxing. We hiked a few trails and cooked our meals at the cottage although there were many restaurants recommended nearby. We would like to try the summer season in the future. I’m sure they are each beautiful in their own way. It was a lovely stay and we hated to leave.

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

Perfect place for a quiet getaway or a local staycation. Beds are super comfy. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Kevin's place! It was super cold while we were there so we mostly stayed inside, but the views were absolutely beautiful. Kevin was great to interact with, and really appreciated his help!

One of the most beautiful stays with a beautiful view. We had an amazing time . The plus was the Jacuzzi overlooking the lake and the Sauna.

I rented Kieran and Tara's coach house for a weekend of relaxing and reading by the fire with some girlfriends. This cottage was absolutely perfect! It is tastefully decorated, cozy, and private. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They provided us with local suggestions and easy check-in/check-out instructions, and answered our questions in a timely manner. The location was also excellent providing ample privacy while being a 5-minute drive from downtown Cobourg. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chat to a small group or family.

Beautiful and peaceful lakeside cottage! We had a great stay. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. It was very spacious and had good amenities.

The Olde Salem A-Frame Cottage was the perfect retreat for our mid-winter recess. Our girls loved dressing up in the different dresses and the decor was super cute! The place felt very cozy while it was snowing outside. We ventured out to some of the recommended restaurants and they did not disappoint! We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again next time we travel out that way!

I had an amazing stay at Ke’s property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The place was spotlessly clean and tidy, and I immediately felt at home. The firepit was a wonderful touch, providing a cozy atmosphere for the evenings. As a parent, I was especially pleased that my 1-year-old baby was also very comfortable here. The space was safe and welcoming for our little one, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The scenery around the property is absolutely stunning, adding a peaceful and natural beauty that made our experience even more memorable. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the Shannon’s kindness, quick responses, and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. I am so grateful for their attentiveness and care throughout our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

The cottage and location surpassed our expectations. Although the pics and details were very clear, they don't capture the Beauty & Tranquility of the cottage nestled in the crook of the Creek. Elsie's cottage is homey and very welcoming. Elsie has extremely and thoughtfully well prepared for guests. We truly needed nothing but food & clothing. We brought our young dog, so certainly enjoyed walking the grounds and area. We plan to return regularly. Lyncreek Cottage is a Hidden Gem.

Brian and Melissa's cottage was perfect place to spend for a Valentine's Day weekend! The cottage was so cute and cozy and we loved the gas fireplace as it was a cold weekend. I would highly recommend their cottage for anytime of the year! They were very responsive, provided great amenities and the check-in was easy. Great hosts!

Wir waren für 10 Tage Anfang November 2024 in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft. Der Stellplatz für den Mietwagen ist auf dem Grundstück direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Aksnay war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Tracey was an amazing host. She checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and when we asked if there was a way to clear off some of the lake for skating during our stay she helped us hire one of her neighbours with a tractor! Everything was perfect. Thank you for making our Family Day Weekend so incredible!

Great place! Vicki was very friendly and communicative. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted - a family friendly Thanksgiving. The place has everything you need and we had an excellent experience. We barbecued and made s’mores at the fire pit. I suspect that during summer it’s even more fun given the warm weather amenities. We definitely would love to come back!

Lovely space - just like the pictures. A little tricky to find the first time, but its location is part of what makes it so peaceful. The cottage was perfect for our needs and the hot tub was delightful. David answered all our inquiries promptly and even let us check in early when I asked. We had some issues with the internet service, but that was clearly weather-related. And although he was unable to resolve the issue before we checked out, David was very responsive and reached out to the internet company right away and made every effort to get it fixed.

Tammy was the sweetest, most helpful hist to my parents. I booked this place for their 1 year anniversary weekend and they were in love. She left them a cute note and got them a bottle of wine to celebrate. They loved the space so much and felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Tammy thank you SO much for your hospitality and taking such good care of my parents. They will absolutely be back!!

Logement très mignon, bien décoré et magnifique vue, directement sur l’eau! L’hôte nous a bien conseillé sur les activités à faire dans les alentours. Le chalet est très bien situé, tout près du parc national de Sandbanks et des centre-villes de Picton et Wellington. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La seule chose est qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisée, il peut faire chaud la nuit malgré les ventilateurs.

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. Thanks Miguel for your clear communications and your helpful suggestions. We had a blast!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay during the last week of August! Some of our favourite parts of the place include: the canoes/kayaks that were available to use at our leisure, the check-in process being seamless, the essentials being provided (all kitchen supplies, beach towels, shower supplies), the other amenities (board games, BBQ). The place itself is quite beautiful. The dock with the chairs, the fire pit (even though we did not use) and the solarium were all stunning. I would just mention that it is a bit smaller of a place inside, so did find it a bit cozy and tight in the rooms. Also, the place is supplied with quite a loud window AC so sometimes it would get a bit loud/warm in the place. However, we would still give the place a 5/5 all things considered.

We were 8 guys (with possible of more) coming to see a sick friend who is unfortunately nearing the end of life. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. The weekend was quite cold but the place was welcoming enough that we mostly stayed inside and caught up with old friends. Thank you so much for accommodating our group, you have a very special home!
