We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

Great stay just had to leave a bit early because I had a family emergency. It was super quiet. Couldn’t hear anything love the animals there were a couple things that kind of creeped me out, but for the most part, it was great. The host was very communicative. The things that creep me out were the fact that they were whips hanging up in the bathroom and made me a little bit uncomfortable, cause I’m black man with a black friend and we in the middle of nowhere and it was very quiet. It just didn’t seem proper. I know that it probably wasn’t intended to be anything such as representation of slavery, but that’s kind of how I felt. That’s why I said it creeped me out a little bit and also didn’t help me knowing it was very quiet, but besides that everything was great left a little bit of a mess because I had to rush out really early truly apologize wasn’t intended. I intended to stay longer, but some things came up.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Palisades Tahoe! It truly exceeded our expectations and ranks among the best Airbnb stays we've ever had. The location is unbeatable with true ski-in/ski-out access, which was fantastic for our group. The condo itself is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with charming Tahoe touches, and incredibly well-maintained. We were so impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was – it had everything we could possibly need (and more!) to cook family meals easily, which was a huge plus. Staying here made our trip, especially for family members visiting Tahoe for the first time, feel extra special. It has a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, and everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

It was so convenient to stay right in the base area of Palisades, this condo building literally shared a door with one of the coffee shops in the base. Lots of amenities and a garage made this super fun and easy for the whole family to enjoy the mountain, even during a big snow storm.

My friends and I were here on a vacation from work, and it was such a lovely stay! There’s a cute river walk right by the house that we enjoyed very much and very friendly and adorable goats in the front of the house! (They’re secure behind a fence) I would absolutely stay in this airbnb again!

My family stayed at Kat + Jay’s place and felt like they never left home. The place was perfect! My family went to explore a little bit of the city and Chico State University. The house was clean, peaceful and ver comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but yet close to campus, restaurants and local cafes. They home offered everything my family needed, and the stay was stress free and enjoyable. Kat and Jay were super responsive and kind and even made accommodations to make out check-out more comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay at Chico and we look forward to our next visit! ❤️

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Nest. It was a beautiful place: comfortable and well-decorated and designed. We loved everything about our stay - especially the lovely deck and peaceful garden where we enjoyed lounging. John was super friendly and a great communicator. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at the Blue House. The place was very clean, easy to find, and easy to check into/out of. All beds and pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable for all 8 guests, and the towels are SO soft. We had a great time, no complaints! Thank you Edgar!

Great spot. Close to the water, restaurants, and store. We love Almanor and try to get up at least once a year. Nadine’s home was great. Clean, comfortable, and had absolutely anything and everything you could need to help make you feel at home. Even our Shepherd felt right at home. I would 100% recommend this property. Fit for two families with separate units, but just the right size to get all together for dinner! Thanks Nadine!!

I can’t get over how tranquil and quiet this location was. The sky was lit up with stars that I haven’t seen in so long. The deck with the fire pit is where we spent most of our time. Rocky has created a unique gem.

The house was comfortable and clean. they only problem i would say we had was we felt the master bedroom was overcrowded with furniture and it would have been nice to have less furniture and a bigger bed. however, that being said, the bed was very comfortable.

Eric went above and beyond to make us have a great stay. Beautiful place. Super clean. Exactly what we wanted. Will definitely go back.

Marsha's place was a fantastic fit for our family and we'd love to stay again in the future. The apartment itself is in the Everline resort at Palisades. The unit was very big and had everything we needed. The views were the unit were beautiful! The Everline resort is fantastic and we would highly recommend it. Brilliant for couples, friends and families. It has something for everyone. Would highly recommend!

Daniel was great to deal with. Condo is neat and clean. Perfect location for skiing. The shuttle service picks you up at the door and easy quick trip to the mountain. Daniel had coffee, bread and muffins ready for our breakfast which was great because we arrived late at night. Pantry and refrigerator had necessary items for general cooking needs. Easy parking for two vehicles. Skiing at Palisades and Alpine Meadows is now one of my favorites. Also, this location is a short drive to Truckee and Tahoe City. From this location you can walk to 7-11 and a ski rental shop. Great hot tub a short walk away. I would recommend this location and hope to return in the future.

The place is super clean, spacious and comfortable. Taylor was very responsive to the needs. I'd recommend staying at Taylor's place.

Everything went great for the duration of our stay. James communicated very well, and everything at the condo met or exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay. Location is very convenient to the slops and all the other amenities the village has to offer. The unit is complete and has enormous amounts of wall hooks to conveniently hang coats and other ski equipments. Would definitely come back. And by the way, host was excellent. Definitely recommended ❤️

This place is better than the picture! Nice designer furniture and just an overall great vibe. Samantha and Eric was super helpful and friendly, we will come back here for sure!
