Alessio é um ótimo anfitrião, bastante acessível e pró-ativo. Alugamos o apartamento para uma noite, para vermos uma partida da Inter no San Siro. Aliás, quem deseja assistir a um jogo da Inter ou Milan, a localização é perfeita. O bairro é muito bonito, e fica somente a 5 minutos a pé do Estádio. Você fica num bom AirBnb e ainda evita o metrô lotado antes e após a partida. Existe uma estação de metrô a 700 metros, e também um ponto de ônibus a apenas um quarteirão de distância (San Siro Ippodromo, linha M5), que te deixa na porta de outra estação da linha M1. Una casa dove sentirti a casa! Sicuramente non un alloggio moderno e di design, ma molto grande (più ampio di come sembra nelle foto), con una camera da letto con tre posti letto (un matrimoniale e un singolo), una stanza adibita a salotto e sala da pranzo con un letto singolo e la cucina separata. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, la casa pulitissima, la cucina davvero completa di tutto il necessario per vivere. Anche lavatrice e microonde, più alcune cose lasciate per la colazione (te, caffè e biscotti). Ci tornerei sicuramente!

The location is great, well located near the Lugano Stazione and a few minutes (down quite some stairs) to the Lugano Centro, so it's very well conected to the rest of the region. The place is very comfortable for two people, with a well equiped kitchen and the washing and drying machine comes really handy. I recommend it!

Francesco é um anfitrião educado, receptivo e cuidadoso; respondia prontamente qualquer dúvida; me passava informações importantes sobre a cidade. O apartamento fica num prédio familiar, estação de metrô à uma curta distância e que te leva ao centro em poucos minutos. Muito limpo, cama macia que proporcionava um sono reparador, cozinha funcional para preparo de refeições. Fiquei muito satisfeita e recomendo 100%.

Gostamos muito do lugar! Viajamos a trabalho e parte a turismo. Ótimo restaurante na redondeza, "La Forcheta" se não me engano. Também muito próximo a linha M4 e a um ótimo supermercado, que facilitava muito as coisas! Recomendo muito esse apartamento!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made the experience even better was the host's hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of useful information about the area, which made getting around and planning things to do so much easier. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Prima voor een nachtje en dichtbij de snelweg. Perfect om ook even naar Como te rijden.

Mirko è una persona gentile e disponibile, gli appartamenti erano puliti e ordinati con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, il giardino ampio e tenuto in ordine, la sera c'erano anche delle luci sopra le panchine esterne per chi volesse stare fuori a mangiare in compagnia con abbondanti posti a sedere.

J'ai passé un mois très agréable dans l'appartement de Roberta. Il est situé de façon stratégique : j'ai pu découvrir le Lac Majeur mais aussi les lacs de Mergozzo, d'Orta, de Varèse ( piste autour), de Comabbio(tour), de Monate, de Locarno, de Côme. Il y a diverses villas historiques pas loin et d'autres, plus célèbres, un peu plus loin. Les deux jardins de l'appartement (à l'est et à l'ouest) sont très agréables : leur verdure est très reposante. Le parc dans lequel se trouve l'appartement sert de zone tampon entre la ville où il y a une circulation incessante et vous. Ça vaut le coup d'en faire le tour pour admirer les arbres immenses. L'appartement est équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin au quotidien. Les deux places de parking côte à côte évitent de manœuvrer. Roberta est disponible et toujours prête à aider. Elle m'a même trouvé une dog sitter super. Il y a une boucle( 3 km) à faire en partant à pied de l'appartement(2/3 dans les bois). Jolie spiaggia Guree Monvalle à 7mn

Tolles Haus, dass den Beschreibungen voll entsprach. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage in den Bergen ist traumhaft mehrstündige Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich. Janine ist vor Ort die Ansprechpartnerin und steht (deutschsprachig) mit Rat zur Seite. Sehr schön ist auch der Brötchenservice den Janine bei Bedarf vermittelt.

Ottima esperienza. Augusta è stata gentilissima e disponibile. L’alloggio è molto grande, in una bellissima posizione.

Ganz schöner Ort! Geräumig, zwei bequeme Doppelbetten in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Und die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ein Traum!!! Die bunten Plättchen in Küche und Bad 😅 wir haben das Rustico liebevoll "Villa kunterbunt" genannt;)

Cristian was een zeer goede gastheer en was heel proactief in de communicatie, heel goed bereikbaar en gaf over alles duidelijke instructies. Het appartement was modern ingericht, proper en had een heel mooi terras met ligstoelen bankje, mooie planjes en vooral een geweldig uitzicht over het Comomeer. Voor de kinderen waren er snoepjes verstopt, popcorn en was er tekenpapier en kleurpotloden. De keuken was ook heel proper, had alle nodige toestellen, er waren adapers voor Europese stekkers aanwezig, er was koffie, thee.. . Er was ook een drinkfonteintje om de hoek We kregen veel adviezen over plaatsen om te bezoeken en werden zeer goed geholpen bij het plannen van een boottocht op het Comomeer.

Ottimo alloggio, ben pulito e molto curato. Host molto reattivo e disponibile ma mai invadente. Consigliato.

great place , for the San siro and easy to get about - you can catch green line open top bus into city - or uber - great place great balcony that over looks the Stadium comfy beds and all the things you need like you were at home

Sehr schönes Apartment etwas außerhalb von Como in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Deko war sehr schön, insbesondere der Kontrabass im Wohnzimmer! Der Kontakt war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Como.

We loved this apartment so much. It was so central to restaurants and close to the lake. We were greeted on arrival and were given recommendations and advice on what to do. The views were beautiful. This was our favourite place by far and would recommend to anyone.

My fiancé and I loved our time staying at Luca’s place. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Luca went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I hope to stay in this gorgeous home again soon. The attention to lighting, restoration, and design were all impeccable! Luca and his wife have really made an impressive home to share. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here. Thanks again!

O apartamento é muito bom, corresponde ao anuncio, a anfitriã extremamente educada, solicita e respondia imediatamente qualquer solicitação. A acomodação foi nota 10. sobre a localização, tem uma estação de metro muito próxima e o ponto do VLT fica exatamente em frente a acomodação, o que facilita muito. Quem procura por uma acomodação que fique próximo ao Fiera Milano é ótimo, porem fica a 45 minutos ( de VLT) da Duomo que é a região mais central de Milão. no geral foi uma excelente estadia. Recomendo
