Very nice and clean apartment. Private parking.

Apartment is situated in old town and felt very safe. We were guests of 3 and were very happy with everything. Instructions for arriving were clear and apartment itself quiet and cozy with a variety of books and boardgames.

Heas asukohas, mini-korter, duširuumis pole kuskile asju panna. Muidu kõik ok ja hind okei selle ruutmeetri eest.

Super hea asukohaga ja armas privaatse sissekäiguga väike korter, kus kõik vajalik lühikeseks linnapuhkuseks oli olemas. Tasuta parkimiskoht hoovis oli ka tore boonus. Helle-Mari ja ta co-host vastasid kiirelt ja jätsid isegi meie koerale rätiku, et käppasid puhastada-kuivatada tuppa tulles.

A bit confusing extra digital environment for check in and out, but otherwise clear and supportive instructions. Place was nice and clean and in peaceful and private area (mainly private houses or only 4-8flat houses with gardens big enough around). And, when using the room, be noticed, that automatic light in bathroom 😀, so no need to spend time at all for searching for switches for that 😀.

Majutuskoht oli puhas ja vastas ootustele. Liisa oli sõbralik ja vastutulelik.

Estuvimos 3 meses y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo para estar unos días de vacaciones, pero también para vivir durante periodos más largos. Estuvimos desde septiembre a diciembre, incluyendo días de mucho frío, y jamás pasamos frío en este apartamento. Está totalmente renovado, tiene buena eficiencia energética y la calefacción está presente en todas las habitaciones (incluyendo suelo radiante en el baño). Por otro lado, la comodidad es genial, y eso incluye la cama y los sofás. También dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir y para estar como en casa. En cuanto a la zona, no puede ser mejor. Un barrio tranquilo, precioso y a 10 minutos del centro andando. Elegiría este apartamento 1000 veces más 😉

Ando oli väga vastutulelik ja viisakas. Suhtlus oli alati kiire ning ööbimispaik oli täpselt nii, nagu piltidel näha.

Great spacious apartment with high ceilings close to the city.

Jäime majutusega väga rahule! Koht vastas täpselt ootustele ja Johanna vastas küsimustele alati ka väga kiiresti. Lisaks saime küsida endale küttepuid, millega ahju kütta ja need toodi kohe kohale :) Kindlasti soovitame!

Twelve points. One of my very favourite listings in Tartu.

I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und schönen Vierte, welches man vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt aber auch nette Cafés in unmittelbarerNähe. Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gerli hat auf unsere späte Anfrage umgehend reagiert und uns aus einer unkomfortablen Situation gerettet. Danke nochmals dafür!

I liked the place.

Casa accogliente e ideale per una media permanenza, l'host è molto cortese e sempre disponibile ad ogni necessità o chiarimento. Check in e check out molto comodi.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 Golden Retrievers and the place was like brand new! We tried our best to keep the dogs dirty feet clean (we gave them foot baths each time but had to use one towel when it was wet and muddy outside. The stairs are steep and a bit tight but no issue for us. There isn’t a dog park close that we found but in the “courtyard” there is a nice fenced grassy space that we could let the dogs run off a little energy and that was great! Incredibly easy to find and enter/leave and 3 blocks from city center. A great stay, we hope to stay here every time we come down to Tartu!

Tiit is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The house is nice and comes with all the amenities. We especially liked the location: it’s very close to the sea and the park. The balcony in particular is a very beautiful place to sit on in the evenings and enjoy the nature. Overall we’d highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in the north-east of Estonia.

A very nice apartment quite well located at a reasonnable price. Sergei is a really nice and flexible host. Recommended to discover Tartu!
