The house is in a great location. We were walking distance from the lake and downtown and a short drive to the ski resort. The separate suite in the back was a little musty but great once aired out. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a week-end for high school inbound foreign exchange students and their chaperones. Michael allowed me to view the place before booking to be certain that it would meet the needs of the group and was very communicative before and during the week-end. Even texting me that somebody had unplugged the wi-fi by accident! The place was clean and roomy. The (separate and added cost) barn was the perfect venue for the kids to play and relax.

Place was clean and well cared for. Many Many rules but I knew that from the prior reviews. Master bed has a big depression where you sink down into the hole. Spacious home with alot of character with well stocked kitchen. Hawkins Point directly across from the home and bald eagle watching was enjoyable.

Perfect house for a family ! The younger kids were upstairs near the master and the older kids could be downstairs . Very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we got rained out at silverwood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do for back to school shopping, good food and the theme park. The host had wonderful communication. Clean safe neighborhood

Beautiful location in the forest with plenty of nature to relax amongst. Comfortable yurt, enjoyable hot tubs, and serene sounds of the creek just out the door. The rain on the yurt was very enjoyabl. The accommodations and setup was just what we were seeking. Would stay again!

Comfy space up on the hill and close to the lake. Walkable to restaurants and quick drive to Farragut Park for a hike. Wild turkey, quail, deer, and elk all spotted close to home. Very relaxing few days here in Bayview

We were looking for a short getaway to just "do nothing" and relax. Communication during the process was great. The location is right on the river and very peaceful. It is a "tiny house" as advertised, but the setup is really cool. We cooked our meals on the Blackstone flattop griddle. Internet TV was great for evening relaxing. Gas fire pit was great in the evenings as was the hot tub. Plenty of wildlife to watch. White tail deer, wild turkeys, rabbits. Moose came through the first morning we were there but we missed them. We met Rick the second night and he was really nice. Gave us a rundown of all the amenities and a little history on the area. Rick made us feel like he was there for anything we should need if something arose. All in all we have nothing to say but great things about the location and our stay. One thing to note, it is said that the loft is not a high ceiling. If you're a tall man (or woman), you will have to crouch, however, I'm 6'2" and this was never an issue.

Overall great place to stay. We had a great weekend and had plenty of room. Highly recommend a stay here. Only took off one star for the cleaning portion as there was cat hair on and around one of the beds, but other than that, perfect score, five stars all around!

Dave & Alirene (Al) were wonderful! They greeted us at the front door and welcomed us to their home. They gave great instructions and were happy to answer any questions. We really appreciated that they welcomed and loved dogs. Finding accommodations that accept pets is not easy. The kitchen was spacious, with a large island, to gather around. The home was grand, with a huge fireplace and comfortable furniture and a gigantic, beautiful fireplace in a large but cozy room. You must see it! The home is older but very spacious and charming. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers for all-two couples, one single, and 2 young children. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The only thing I would change is possibly add a couple newer sheet pans, for the oven and a box grater for cheese grating. We never did find one-we could have missed it.

This place was beautiful!! the view, the vibe of the house everything! Jordons was very responsive when i texted, want was generous enough to extend our check out time which was very nice! As a plus he even went and turned the outside lights on for us because we arrived so late at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture!

I stayed at Dan's place for 2 weeks and I was very cozy and comfortable here. It is just the right size for one or two people. It is an older cottage house with a couple of quirks......tiny bathroom and the floor in kitchen is not quite even. The bed is super comfortable! The cottage is on a little bit of a busy street and backs up to an alleyway. Any street sounds were not disturbing except on trash day, because trash cans are right outside bedroom window in alleyway. This place is close to downtown Couer d'Lene and walking distance to a lot of cute places on 4th street. I had the privelege of meeting Dan one evening. He is the most kind, condsiderate, warm, and responsive person. A window happened to break during a big wind storm 2 days before I arrived. When I walked in and noticed the damage he had someone out there right way to fix it. Me and my two little dogs were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay.

Super cute house stocked with everything you could ever ask for. I really appreciated the fenced yard for my pup. Beds were super comfortable. Communication with host was excellent.

We stayed at Rhianna's place for the week of New Years. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year. We loved how private it was. Despite it being just a few minutes drive to town, we felt like we were secluded in the woods. The cabin is rustic and has an eclectic feel to it and it had all that we needed. We really enjoyed the trails throughout the property and spent a lot of time exploring the woods with our dogs. Thank you for the great stay.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

This was our second year staying here for our ski trip to Sandpoint and it’s the perfect place! We love that there is a pack n play along with coloring books and games for our daughter. Can’t wait to come back

The cabin was rustic, cozy, and secluded at the top of the hill which we loved! The check in process was a breeze and staff at the campsite were super friendly. Perfect distance from town too. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay here.

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Our stay at Mariane"s condo was great. Very nice neighboor on the golf course. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked . Mariane was easy to reach and responded quickly Will definately stay here again.

The accommodations were clean and peaceful. It was a place that I would characterize as a home away from home. In spite of this being my first time visiting this location, I am certain that it will not be my last, and I look forward to returning in the future. The hospitality was superb.

Had a great stay at Kelli’s place! Was a group of us that stayed to go to Scary Wood and Kelli’s place was a good location room was very nice and the use of the hot tub was great! Would recommend!

The condo accommodated our family of 7 well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We were grateful they had a few food items for sale in the office as the grocery stores were 30 minutes away. We enjoyed hiking Mineral Ridge, biking the trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, Escape Game Coeur d'Alene, the playground at Mcuen park & Figpickle's toy store.
