As South Africans used to nature, we thoroughly enjoyed the green belt and the views of trees. Christi responded very quickly and proactively to the one or two minor difficulties we had, and was a top notch host. Quite exceptional, in my opinion. There are nice restaurants and plenty of shops close by (I liked Market Street for groceries). When we needed an Uber there was always one within 5 to 8 minutes away, but mostly we had family transport. The house is comfortable, the beds good and I really liked the main bathroom. We did not use the jacuzzi/hot tub, but we did use the barbecue which worked fine. Not having central climate control in our homes in South Africa, we battled to set the cool/heat settings, but that was probably simply inexperience! Our stay was everything we expected, and we were very glad to have booked "hot tub house" with Christi.

We loved this place! It was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful backyard with a nice hot tub. Would definitely come back the next time we are in Ft. Worth. Also pretty easy to get to any of the fun city destinations from there.

Beautiful home everything was up to expectations. Great hospitality . Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. 100% recommend staying here.

Minty Maven not only met all of our needs, it exceeded our expectations. On this trip we stayed in 2 other houses, this was by far our favorite, most coziest, comfortable and we absolutely loved that the house was spotless. Had everything we needed to hang around and enjoy. We made some good meals to share in the house, the Weber grill was a bonus with provided charcoal and utensils. The kids were safe walking to the gorgeous downtown. The adults enjoyed that very much too. ***Andy, keep up the spectacular performance. You most definitely deserve & earned every ounce of the respect of 5 Stars and our business. We will most definitely be back.

This is a great house! It was perfect for our family (and dogs). Great fenced in backyard with a pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Everything was really clean. Josh is a great host to work with and was so kind to accommodate an early check in for us. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

We had a bachelorette party this weekend, and though she wasn’t especially pleased, the host still allowed us to come stay since we have already paid. We’re grateful for her graciousness, and did our best to be respectful of her space. The host communicated well, a lot of little touches went into the air bnb that we really appreciated as well. Erica also accommodated an early check in for us which literally set the tone for the entire weekend, and we’re so thankful to her. This is a wonderful spot and the beds are cozy. I’d say another trash bin for checkout would be been nice, but that’s definitely not a make it or break it for us. We had a blast.

We had an awesome stay in Little Elm! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made things really convenient. Nick and the team were incredibly thoughtful. They left us snacks, wine, and a great selection of games and activities to enjoy during our downtime. The pool and outdoor area were very clean, and everything worked perfectly. Inside, the home was just as spotless, and it felt really comfortable and inviting. The instructions we received before check-in were clear and helped answer any questions we had throughout the stay. We truly had a great time and would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay at Austin’s house to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The home fit all 10 of us comfortably. We made use of the large dining room table and outside patio. The home itself looks like something out of MTV cribs. It’s got it all—pickle ball court, pool, outside grilling patio, a barn full of games. We loved walking to the park each morning and making use of the great trails there. A thing to note: This home is right against a major highway and the noise from that is pretty loud.

We stayed for 3 nights, we were 16 people and we had a great time, comfortable place, lots of inside/outside amenities. Lots of parking. Host was extremely accommodating, that we appreciated and comunicantes promptly. Having the horses close to the home is so much fun and makes the place feel like you are in very far away from the city when you are “in the city”. We had a great time.. we already tried to book it again but the days we needed are already booked!!!! It is easy to understand as the place is beautiful.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. This house was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Host was very responsive to questions and even had dishwasher pods dropped off. The home was spacious and clean, our family would stay here again if we make another trip to Dallas.

House was perfect for us. We had a group of college students with us for a local event so having a downstairs bedroom and 2 full baths was great for us and the kids split the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and great room had a terrific layout (I wish our house had that) and the hot tub and ping pong/pool table were big hits with the group. Outstanding house and layout. Really enjoyed the trip!

RSB Living hosting our family was an amazing experience for our family. They have just an amazing beautiful home and our family truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely have RSB Living home the first on our list when we are in the area again.

Incredible home! There was enough space for my whole family to sleep comfortably, and we have a pretty large family. The kids loved the amenities which kept them busy all day! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.

David and I were visiting for my daughter’s wedding nearby, we found this gem to stay in and also booked another nearby cabin for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night. We brought our fur baby who absolutely loved the space and outdoors. House is private and lots of space with everything you need for the week or weekend. Kathleen was super nice!

Absolutely loved the cabin! Very beautiful and peaceful. We loved the sound of the peacocks and coming back from a long day of softball games to relax in the hot tub. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Beautiful and cozy place, lot of activities for a big family trip . We would recommend and for sure we will come back.
