This is a beautiful home for a family. We enjoyed the space and it was very cozy for us. The price was great and near family. We spent most of our trip hanging out at the house and enjoying each other’s company. I would recommend staying here and we will probably return.

so grateful for this pleasant stay. responsive host, very helpful and friendly and so accommodating to our growing family. we will definitely be back, and we look forward to seeing it in its summer season too.

Chris was very responsive with any issues we had and took care of everything we needed quickly and efficiently. We would definitely rent this house again next time we're in town. Very cute house on a quiet street. Amenities and photos are accurate, host is accommodating and friendly! Only thing I can say is I didn’t know smoking is only allowed in the basement, but as long as I could smoke indoors I didn’t mind. Great stay, would book again

we needed a place that offered walking distance to the big mall and other nearby shops. location was great, with a cozy living room and well-equipped bathroom. plenty of space to stretch out for the four of us: a married couple with two adult kids.

John was a great host - very responsive and keeping us up to date ahead of time. The house had all the necessities. We really appreciated the coffee bar! It was also a convenient location to downtown.

The decor and space of the home was cozy and very comfortable. Cheryl was very kind and left breakfast for us! We thought the treehouse would be a little closer to the house, (about an acre away from the main house) so my adult kids were not happy about being in a separate space entirely, especially with no bathroom. I thought it was darling though.

Our stay was great. The house was easy to find and easy to get into. The house was clean and rooms were comfortable. One of the best stays we have had. Will definitely book again next time we are in town

The Magnolia Suite was a perfect spot for us while we were sightseeing with two teenagers in Detroit! It was very comfortable with lots of space and perfectly located for us to get around to visit the museums, have a meal out, and go to Belle Isle.

The home is beautiful and check-in was seamless. They offer a few pairs of flip flops to walk around the house in, two bath robes, snacks, and bottled water. Very cozy! Just BE CARFEFUL if youre booking this place to have family or friends visit you because they told me they charge $15 per person who enters the home. That fee applies to any extra people whether they stay the night or not. I dont remember that information being in the listing, either way, $600 for two nights should cover three guests but apparently it doesnt. I described in detail why I was coming, and who was to be on the property and they ACCEPTED the booking before telling me about the fees. I suggest you message these people before sending a request to book to make sure there are no surprise fees. Seems like they'll add fees wherever they can out of nowhere. Other than communicating with them the stay was lovely.

My mom and I loved staying at Lilli's airbnb! We appreciated her hospitality and flexibility with check in/out. She offered great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and homey and Location was perfect! Extremely walkable to downtown Ann Arbor and U Michigan athletic fields. Would definitely recommend this airbnb to others visiting the area!

This is my second time staying at this apartment and probably won't be the last! There was an issue with the shower when we first arrived, but Jesse was quick to respond and got it fixed for us as fast as he could. A very cosy little home away from home, I highly recommend to everyone who asks :)

This place was as pictured. We had a great time there, clean place and rooms. The interior looks better than the exterior of the house. The neighborhood looks decrepit but that’s just residential areas around Detroit downtown.

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

We loved staying at Knob Hill B&B. It is wonderfully decorated and not far from downtown flint which has a lot of nice bars and places to eat. There were many amenities such as wine and chocolate available to us. Everything was immaculate. Our breakfast, made by Dianna was to die for. We will definitely be returning!

This is my third stay at Julie's place. Julie's place is always relaxing, clean, comfortable, and includes a fabulous breakfast. It's a great location in a peaceful neighborhood (with walking trails nearby), yet very close campus and to all the activities of Ann Arbor. Julie is truly a superhost. I enjoy returning each year and catching up on what’s new with her and Ann Arbor. I highly recommend staying here and will return!

Great location. Very close to the bridge/tunnel to USA. Catherine is a lovely host and the freshly prepared breakfast was the icing on the cake. We travelled with our golden retriever and the stay was perfect. We will definitely visit again.

Perfect one night stay! The hot tub was definitely our favorite part. Walkable to downtown Clarkston for dinner even on a cold January evening. lots of local recommendations. Super clean and spacious and we had our privacy. Also had fun playing some of the games that were provided. Highly recommend!

Nancy war eine äusserst aufmerksame, angenehme und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie teilt ihr Haus und Garten mit ihren Gästen auf eine rücksichtsvolle, sehr angenehme Art. Sie verwöhnte uns mit einem grosszügigen, frisch zubereitetem, wunderbaren Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen liess. Ausserdem konnten wir ihre Karte mit freiem Eintritt in den Point Pelee Nationalpark benutzen. Das ganze Haus ist äusserst sauber und ganz nah am See.

What a special place Robert has created—a top Airbnb experience. A MUST for musicians and music lovers. Robert was friendly, responsive, and ready to greet us when we arrived. We loved his studio tour and spending our evening listening to music and playing the piano. So many special touches like fresh fruit, snacks, and all the fixings for omelettes or oatmeal in the morning. This is one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at, and I only wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll be back!!
