A very nice and cozy single wide, with all the amenities. The subdivision is very quiet and peaceful. All the people are extremely friendly. It has everything you need for a fishing trip or to just get away from the city.

Me and my family stayed at Terri’s this weekend…. The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean and perfect for little ones. We kept making comments on how it felt like we were staying at a family member’s home rather than an air bnb. The backyard was everything you could ask for when it comes to East Texas. Fire pit, patio, lake view, and plenty of seating. Terri was very kind and helpful when it came to the home rules and the area.

Tina was so good to work with. We loved our stay. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. She had stocked spices, coffee, teas , creamer and all necessary cooking utensils. It looked new and new furniture. Our pups enjoyed being there too. I highly recommend Tina as host. She also has other places out there to rent. Loved our stay. Hate we just made it home.🥰🐟🐟🐟🐟

very convenient location. minutes to Hemphill and toledo town. the place vas awesome. i have stayed in several Air BNB's and i must say this one has the most confrontable bed i have ever sleep in. after two long days of fishing it was nice to have a bed like that to stay in. also had a huge covered deck facing the water. enjoyed coffee in the mornings there and kids played corn hole all night there.

Plenty of space inside and out. The covered area for vehicle and trailer is very convenient with lots of plugs and good lighting. We docked our 19' boat at the dock without issue. There is power at the decorative well if the porch lights are on so charging the boat is easy. The picture window in the living room is fantastic, great view. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There is a resort next door with a small store for food and supplies. The beds are comfortable and we slept well.

Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Great place for anyone looking for a family friendly vacation or a wonderful spot for fisherman! Very clean accommodations and well furnished with all of the basic needs! Very reasonable pricing. The best part is they are pet friendly so we didn't have to worry about finding pet sitters for our precious babies. Will definitely visit again!

Cute, clean little cabin. Very relaxing waking up to a lake view. There is no deck at the bottom of the steps to fish from. The steps at the very bottom don’t look safe enough to stand on and fish. The deck in the picture is for the cabin next door. It’s the perfect cabin to get away and hang out by the lake. People in the area are friendly. Only saw one political sign upon entering the campground area.

Wir haben auf unserem Texas Roadtrip 2 Nächte in Cabin 25 verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hütte war sehr sauber, besser als manches Hotelzimmer auf der Durchreise. Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen sehr sauber. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Zum Essen sind wir nach Lufkin gefahren, man hätte sich auch etwas zubereiten können. Es war alles dafür da, außer natürlich Lebensmittel. Die Lage am See war sehr schön, aber das Wasser wohl sehr hoch. Gebadet haben wir nicht, wir sind Städter, es war uns zu glitschig. Vielen Dank.

Great place

The cabin was very nice. The location is perfect for those fishing on Sam Rayburn. Would love to stay here next time we are in the area.

We had a great weekend getaway! The cabin was clean and very well maintained. We will be returning soon!

The cabin is small but we all had enough room. I would have like a few more amenities. Namely a toaster oven or at least a toaster since there is no oven and hand soap. Overall we had a good time fishing, kayaking and playing card games at night.

This cabin was easy to find in a great location by a boat ramp and had a parking space for a pickup and boat trailer hooked together. The housekeeper was there when we arrived , her and her assistant was very helpful , friendly and kind. There was a storm came through our second night there and the cabin provided us a great shelter . We cooked outside , everything was there we needed . We built a fire in the burn pit both nights we were there . The housekeepers assistant even provided us with some firewood and fishing tips . Can’t wait to go back .
