Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

We loved our stay at Kevin's place! It was super cold while we were there so we mostly stayed inside, but the views were absolutely beautiful. Kevin was great to interact with, and really appreciated his help!

Great stay in Coldwater. The property was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the views from the window and hot tub. Host was quick to respond and great! Would reccomend.

Rebecca is an excellent host! We were getting out of a disastrous Airbnb and she took us in last minute no problem, even let us have an early check in. Place is lovely, quiet and relaxing. Host is super responsive. I would only note that the internet isn’t great, so don’t expect to work while there, but why would you? Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relaxing hot tub instead! Will definitely be back 🤩

This was my third stay at Kris's Airbnb, and I’ve always appreciated the place and overall experience. The home is comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, which is why I’ve returned multiple times. The outdoor hot-tub and sauna, home layout and multiple bedrooms & bathrooms are a big plus for our family.

We had a great family weekend at Tedmond's cottage! We loved the property and the deck, although outside lighting maybe could have been a but brighter. Overall though, we enjoyed it! Thanks for having us!

I rented Kieran and Tara's coach house for a weekend of relaxing and reading by the fire with some girlfriends. This cottage was absolutely perfect! It is tastefully decorated, cozy, and private. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They provided us with local suggestions and easy check-in/check-out instructions, and answered our questions in a timely manner. The location was also excellent providing ample privacy while being a 5-minute drive from downtown Cobourg. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chat to a small group or family.

Dylan's place was wonderful and looked exactly as the pictures describe. if anything, the bedrooms were actually more cozy and comfortable than the pictures showed. The open concept layout was great for our group with 6 kids under the age of 7. Dylan was responsive and helpful with all his messages. couldn't have asked for a nicer weekend and I can't wait to visit in the summer!

We had a nice stay at Sarah's place! She was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and cozy, perfect for a mini getaway from the city. We had a nice time during the cold weather.

A great experience ! Appreciate the TVs in each room with all the streaming options. Place was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Dylan and Brittany were great hosts and answered any questions very quickly. Would certainly book here again in the future!

We visited Jag’s place in late February. It’s super easy to get to, great directions to get in. The cottage itself is very well laid out. It has a great kitchen. We’re very tempted to come back in the summer when we can take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities. One note, four-wheel-drive is definitely necessary in the winter .

Just had a fabulous, relaxing family stay at Little Blue Heron Cottage! The cottage is stunning, with amazing lake views in a peaceful, private cove. The cottage interior was beautifully set up for both shared family activities and the opportunity for private reflection. An excellently stocked kitchen and three relaxing bedrooms with very comfortable beds definitely elevated our stay. Would love to experience this cottage in a different season and would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

I had an amazing stay at Ke’s property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The place was spotlessly clean and tidy, and I immediately felt at home. The firepit was a wonderful touch, providing a cozy atmosphere for the evenings. As a parent, I was especially pleased that my 1-year-old baby was also very comfortable here. The space was safe and welcoming for our little one, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The scenery around the property is absolutely stunning, adding a peaceful and natural beauty that made our experience even more memorable. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the Shannon’s kindness, quick responses, and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. I am so grateful for their attentiveness and care throughout our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! I will definitely be returning in the future.

South Bay Cottage is truly a perfect and lovely lake getaway. Drive off the main road and into your own private cove outfitted with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Once inside, the view of Lake Stoney can be seen through the large windows from anywhere in the main room. The sunsets and starry skies were so peaceful - and even though locals told us it was unusual - we actual had an amazing view of the Northern Lights! We loved that this cottage included all the linens we needed and lots of areas to get cozy and read a book - including the extra-special gazebo. While the kitchen area is small - it is well equipped with everything we needed. Close to great hikes (Petroglyph Provincial Park, High Falls at Eels Creek, Warsaw Caves, and many others.) Also great to explore the area's great golf courses, Wanderlight Alpaca walks (a must do), Peterborough Pete's hockey, Peterborough theatre, and amazing restaurants in Lakefield (Loon, Cassia, and more). Melissa was a wonderful host!

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! I was looking for a quiet and cozy place to escape to for a few days in middle of the winter where I could sit by a fire, write and relax. Stephen’s cottage went beyond what is listed. The decor and details are part of the charm. The place is a gem from top to bottom. Clean, well stocked and updated with many thoughtful experiences from family games and videos that would make BlockBuster proud. Older generations would understand. Stephen was always very prompt answering any questions before my stay and while I was there. He is a gracious host and it shows with everything that he has thoughtful included in the rental of this amazing four season cottage. We look forward to our next visit.

Once again we had a great stay! This was our second year staying at Kunals' place and it was just as we expected. Kunal went above and beyond to accomodate us. Unfortunately a wk. before, due to a bad storm, the liner of the pool was damaged so the pool was inoperable. This is one of the main highlights of Kunals' place for us so it was a little disheartening because we were there for 8 days...HOWEVER, once again Kunal came through!! He purchased an 18ft back up pool and had it assembled and ready to go for our arrival so that we could still enjoy a pool!! My sister and I had a great time, enjoyed the peace and quiet and would stay at Kunals place over an all inclusive Carribbean trip anyday! House was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Kunal gave us late checkout which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be doing an extended stay next summer and are so looking forward to it! Thanks Kunal, you are a great host and we thank you for being so accomodating!!

The Hideaway is a great place to stay and had everything we needed.

We had a great Christmas week at Jeff’s beautiful cottage which is ideal for families or friends. The house is well equipped for a big group making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We loved listening to Jeff’s vinyls by the fire and being surrounded by nature thanks to the large windows overlooking the river. I would love to come back in the spring or summer to discover different seasons on the river!

Really enjoyed our stay, lots of space and lovely view off the lake. It was a bit cold, even with the heating, but we were able to make a fire which helped. Only issue is that the dump is only open certain days, which would have been helpful to know, but we managed to find other places to take it. Also, there were some amenities like towels, soap etc already there which was helpful. local foodland only 10 min drive to get other stuff and loads of lovely local walks. We had a great time.

During our week-long stay at the Maple Grove cottage, we were charmed by its rustic and quaint appeal. The cottage had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Lora, was exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and responsive to all of our inquiries and needs. When we encountered an issue with our showerhead, Lora promptly replaced it after we reached out to her. We enjoyed exploring the local attractions and various fishing spots. In the evenings, we relished the opportunity to relax by our private bonfire, which provided quality family time. Thank you once again, Lora!
