Sterling and Tonya are wonderful people, We are new to Airbnb and we where very happy .The cottage had a very welcoming feeling and the extra touches where greatly appreciated. The yard is beautiful and we spent some great times relaxing in both the day and evenings. Thank you both for an awesome week

The house was perfect for a family weekend. Plenty of space for meals together, watching football, and enjoying the backyard. Publix, a few restaurants, and a few workout options are a few minutes drive. The neighborhood is great for walking or running. Our host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with!

Great home in a beautiful area. Take advantage of the boat rental, it's worth it.

Overall a great experience. Blaine was quick to respond and the location was great. Having a small resaurant/bar by the pools was a great addition. Space was nice.

The place was super nice. We loved the suite, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool as well as the grill and had a great time overall.

We had the most incredible stay in Meaghan’s cabin. It was even better than expected. The cabin was cozy, private, and beautiful. We immediately felt safe and at home. We were lucky to be there when it snowed which was such a treat for 2 Floridans! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and walking by the lake with our 2 dogs. Check in was made simple due to Meaghan’s concise instructions. She checked in and was worried about our safety - as we were coming from the Tampa area in icy conditions - which was very kind. This has been our favorite AirBnB that we’ve ever stayed in, it met and exceeded our expectations and we truly appreciated Meaghan’s hospitality. We hope to return soon!

Heather's place was so cute and perfect for our stay! The beach view was gorgeous and the amenities of the condo unit were great!

When I walked into door and the curtain was open the view took my breath away. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the couch or the patio and enjoy thee ocean view. The beds were so comfy I had to check what they were so I could buy one for my house. The house was clean and not a bug was seen our whole 7 days. I will be back and hopefully soon. Cort is the best and always there if you need him. Just beautiful, I love this unit!

This spacious home was perfect for our weekend in Tallahassee. It provided a nice home base for our activities and was centrally located. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our month long stay and wished we had booked longer. Our days were spent lounging in the screened pool area. We felt right at home. Alan checked in several times to ensure we had everything needed. We would stay here again.

Claire's Cottage was the perfect stop for the night as we ventured back to Florida from Georgia. The mini donkeys in the pasture were cool for the kids. There is a great restaurant in town that we tried based on Claire's recommendations called Fire Stone Wood Fired Grill that was so yummy. The cottage was squeaky clean, just as pictured and very affordable.

This is a great stay, especially if you’re looking to stay close to FSU. The host was a 10/10 on communication. We were able to discuss checkout 20/30 minutes later then original time. The area is populated with people around but it is not loud, busy or constant seeing/hearing people. It’s just an apartment beside other apartments complexes and it’s right across the road from the school, so noise is a 3/10. Comfortableness is a 9/10, wish the backyard had a little fence but I understand some places May not allow it. But my rating would be a 10/10 all around besides a 9/10 if we could’ve had a little fence. my dog did enjoy the walks though. she prefers to potty off leash, but there is a good area or two to walk them, so she did perfectly fine. I’m sure your pet will, too.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the space feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions or small concerns I had were addressed almost instantly, which really enhanced my experience and gave me peace of mind. The maintenance staff was also exceptionally friendly. When I ran into them during my stay, they were polite and eager to assist, adding a nice personal touch to the overall experience. The location is another major highlight. Being close to both Aldi and Publix was so convenient, especially for grabbing groceries or last-minute essentials. It saved me a lot of time and made it easy to prepare meals during my stay.

This is a beautiful home away from home with great amenities - pool, outdoor entertainment area including fire pit. Large kitchen and relaxing family room to entertain and catch up with friends. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to FAMU and FSU. Great spot for college football weekends and homecoming. The host provides welcoming hospitality like no other. Karen is very friendly, responsive, and professional. She treats you like a friend and ensures you have everything needed for a perfect trip. This is the second time I have stayed at Karen's home, looking forward to coming back again!

The poolside bungalow is a charming place to stay, located conveniently in midtown, close to 5 points, where there is so much to enjoy. The bungalow was clean and inviting. The grounds are quite beautiful, lush with plant life, and the pool area feels like a little oasis. Stuart communicates promptly and was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Cheers

Lynn is a dream to work with. My daughter stayed for 2 months starting a job. The place was immaculate, peaceful and furnished beautifully. A stones throw to the beach! All amenities were perfect. Great place for a couple for vacation

Irina’s home was well decorated and the kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals. The unit was plenty roomy and the A/C was great on the hot days. The pool area was nice and not crowded when we were there. All in all my wife and I would love to stay with her again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Panama City Beach someday.

The condo was incredible! Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, so pics don’t do it justice! We loved our condo and Summerhouse as a whole. The only downfall was when we booked, the listing showed a trundle bed that was not there, but we ended up not needing it anyways. The only thing that would be more beneficial from Book That Condo is someone monitoring the chat 24/7 instead of just office hours. We had minor inconveniences that weren’t really classified as an emergency, but we could’ve used help right then vs 16 hours later. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. Would definitely stay in this condo again!
