Henry was very responsive to my questions. this Rental was my first time using air bnb and it was a great experience. Any questions I had, he was very quick to answering my questions. I appreciated the response time being so quick as it was. the home was nice and cozy. I really liked the home and for our needs. it was close to where we needed to go.

We enjoyed the house immensely. The piano was an unusual feature, greatly enjoyed by one of our party. The location is very quiet, off the busier street. The master suite is great, with a spacious bathroom and closets. It was very nice to have a large room for all of us to relax in- we had considered getting 3 separate hotel rooms, but this was a much better solution. The kitchen was well equipped with a big refrigerator. I wished I was more familiar with espresso makers (I know there were instructions for the appliances, but I didn't want to take the risk!) Overall- more than we had hoped for in quiet, comfort, location and service. Thank you so much!

This is our second stay at Amber's place. Quiet neighborhood and the home had plenty of space. We look forward to staying with Amber on our next visit.

Great cozy place to gather for my graduation. Responsive and helpful host, lots of driveway space, clean rooms, and useful binder to help with check-in and out procedures.

When I booked my stay I was under extreme distress. My daughter was involved in a car accident and I needed to find a place to stay quickly and that was pet friendly! I contacted Rory at 6am she responded within the hour. She booked my stay and offered an early check in for me! Each day she checked on me and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable!! The Pelican's Nest was adorable, clean, and well-appointed. Had everything we needed, including coffee, a toaster, and nice pans to cook with. The location is great with all the essentials and attractions nearby. It was especially peaceful to be next to the water. We weren't able to enjoy the beautiful dock or kayaks due to storms, so that will be a treat next time. The greenhouse was unique and interesting with a variety of plants. We also appreciated the communication and simple check-in/parking info. We will certainly be back!

I booked this last minute for my kid who is hiking the Florida Scenic Trail (it passes by close to here) and it was the perfect place for them to take a night off and sleep in a real bed, after a nice hot shower. Whitney was genuinely concerned about our hiker kid not having any, or enough, food and offered to grab them something on her way back in from town. She was very friendly and communication was excellent. check in was simple and easy too. Our hiker kid was very impressed with the unit and said the place was very well done and they would definitely stay there again if in the area. The property surroundings were very private and full of natural beauty.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very secluded while being close to the city. Communication was great and instructions were clear. The donkeys are friendly and my daughter enjoyed “staying on the farm”. Great location, cute house at an affordable cost and a great host. We would stay again.

Made a quick stop here while passing through Tallahassee with my husband and daughter. Booked it last minute on a whim and could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The space was immaculate, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Every detail was so well-thought out. The bed was fantastic, and my daughter was very comfortable on the pull out couch. The snacks and drinks were such a great bonus! David’s instructions were clear and informative, which made getting there and checking in and out a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Valbona’s place was the perfect PCB getaway! The location is fantastic. The beach is right out the back door, and it’s only a short walk to Alibi’s, which has surprisingly delicious food. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. The building was undergoing some construction while we were there, but that doesn’t affect my rating because the crews started and stopped work at reasonable hours. We’d love to stay again once the building gets its facelift!

Loved our stay. I like that the condo was locked from the street and you needed a code to get in. Made me feel very safe. Pictures matched what it looked like. Struggled to get in parking garage but Alan responded quickly and helped us get in.

This condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Everything was just as it was described. The view from the master and the living space was beautiful! We enjoyed our ocean view coffee mornings on the balcony, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly with coffee pots (full and Keurig), baking pans and everything else you’d need for vacation cooking. We feel blessed to have found this one!

This place is so nice and the view is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re debating on booking this place, just do it. You won’t regret it! It’s also the perfect layout if you have a baby or toddler who takes naps (the second bedroom is away from the living area and master bedroom). We will definitely be back!

My wife and I, along with our 3 kids, had a wonderful stay at Tamara's place. We booked our stay after having to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. This turned out to be a great escape from the storm. Our first impression was "WOW!!!" The condo was very clean and comfy. The view of the pool and water from the back balcony was amazing. There were plenty of towels, bed linens and comfy blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, spices and more. The laundry room had a very nice stackable washer and dryer, along with laundry pods. There was a foldable wagon available for us to use, which really came in handy to carry our little one and our stuff. We had an amazing time. Tamara is such a great host. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!!!
