We're on a road trip through Florida and we needed a place to stay one night. I'm so glad we found Chuck's place! We got the "Bird's Nest" and it was so cozy and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and close to food. If we're in Panama City Beach again, I won't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Chuck! 😊

The Pelican's Nest was adorable, clean, and well-appointed. Had everything we needed, including coffee, a toaster, and nice pans to cook with. The location is great with all the essentials and attractions nearby. It was especially peaceful to be next to the water. We weren't able to enjoy the beautiful dock or kayaks due to storms, so that will be a treat next time. The greenhouse was unique and interesting with a variety of plants. We also appreciated the communication and simple check-in/parking info. We will certainly be back!

Kathryn's place was just as it was described. We loved that it was a private piece of country living right inside the city!! Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to from both sides of the property. Being on the smaller side, it was perfect for myself and my teenage daughter. We had all the privacy we needed/wanted. Kathryn was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

This boathouse is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its beauty and tranquility. The space is immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. The nights here are magical—completely quiet except for the soothing sounds of wildlife and water gently lapping against the dock. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was an experience we’ll never forget; it was simply breathtaking and worth every penny. The host clearly put a lot of care into making this place feel like a true retreat. If you’re looking for serenity, stunning views, and a pristine, relaxing environment, this boathouse is a dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Lori Very responsive goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy communicates very well did maintenance check on us to make sure everything was good if anything wasn't she fixed immediately took care of it we were there for a few months and we will probably be back in about a month or so thank you for everything that you did Lori we greatly appreciate it the guys enjoyed the place

This was our 4th year staying at Linger Longer. It was great again having our fishing trip on lake Seminole based out of there. The house accommodated 10 fishing buddies and had parking for 5 boats. April is a kind and gracious host and was very helpful. We will be returning again next year.

Absolutely loved our trip! If you want a breathtaking view of the river this house is for you. Loved the house inside and out very beautiful and clean also the host was well informative with a guided book of the town! The snow was a bonus, We will definitely be back.

A perfect stay. Kerri was warm and welcoming— very responsive and helpful and well as clear and direct communication. The home is beautifully appointed and comfortable, in a gorgeous setting. A great setting by for dinner around the table and very comfortable to retire to for. Great night’s sleep. We’ll be back!

My family decided last minute to stay here at the end of our vacation and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice! The beach/lake kept the kiddos entertained for hours! I had a couple questions while staying and Sherri always had quick and helpful responses. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Jill was very kind and accommodating during our entire stay. Her place is beautiful and so peaceful. Very close to local attractions, safe, and secure. We loved it. :)

This place is so nice and the view is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re debating on booking this place, just do it. You won’t regret it! It’s also the perfect layout if you have a baby or toddler who takes naps (the second bedroom is away from the living area and master bedroom). We will definitely be back!

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

There were several things which stood out about Susan and her Airbnb. 1. She was easy to communicate with. I had a snafu with my scheduling but Susan understood and was very generous with accommodating me. 2. She pays attention to detail. Susan reached out a few days before my arrival to ask about my pet. My granddaughter has a small older dog which stayed with us. Susan made sure Assata had food and water bowls, poop bags, and puppy pads. 3. It was my granddaughters graduation. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, muffins, brownies, and a snack station with chips. This was appreciated since we had driven over 8 hours. 4. I pay attention to the quality of toilet paper used in bathrooms. Susan had Charmin and I loved it. She had wash clothes especially for makeup removal. Even though I use an oil to remove my makeup, it leaves residuals. The makeup towels were a nice touch. 5. This place is everything advertised and more. I would stay again. Thank you Susan

We stayed for a month while waiting on our Apartment .We felt so at home.The view was spectacular.We had everything we needed in the condo.The condo was very clean.I would highly recommend this condo for short or long stay.There are also lots of shopping.If you stay here be sure to go to Big Mama’s on bayou.The best breakfast I ever had.Thank you to our host for a wonderful place to stay during or transition .My pets loved sitting on the balcony watching the water and boats.We also enjoyed fishing in the docks.

My family had a wonderful stay! Condo was clean, spacious, and we felt right at home! The kitchen had all appliances you could think of. We had everything needed for a great vacation!
