Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! The apartment is very comfortable and in a great central location in Yerevan, within walking distance of most things. Marina was very friendly and responsive. Check in was very easy with a lock box which was great as our flight arrived very late into Yerevan airport. I would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

Ваграм был супер-хозяином. Очень отзывчивый, помог с заселением, дал рекомендации по городу, и любезно согласился продлить аренду на один день, так как рейс моей мамы перенесли. Сама квартира отличная: новая, все работает и есть все что нужно. Рядом с квартирой есть супермаркет до 00:00, а еще неподалёку два круглосуточных больших супермаркета.

This location was perfect for us and the host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back and hope to stay here again.

Yerevan is a beautiful city. The apartment is in such a great location with shops, sights, bars and restaurants in abundance within walking distance. The apartment itself is well laid out, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate in booking here again. The only thing I would say is to not judge a book by it's cover. Like many apartment blocks I've found in Armenia and Georgia is they do look quite poor from the outside but the inside of them is like a different world. Do not be put off by this.

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s place! It truly felt like home, we had everything we needed, even paper towels and bath amenities. Michael is super friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended as location and apartment in particular is fantastic.

My experience was truly wonderful. The host was very helpful and quick to respond, making communication smooth and easy. The accommodation itself was beautiful, amazing, and extremely clean. All the services mentioned in the description were exactly as promised. It was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely repeat the experience in the future. Thank you for everything!

My friends visited Yerevan for the weekend and we needed a big apartment to stay and have a great time together. This place has fitted our requests perfectly for a reasonable price. I’m very glad to find that host and location, I will sure consider it again in case I need something like that in the future

AC:n fungerar bra och ventilationen i badrummet likaså. Beskrivningen och bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten.
