Karla was a great host and made our stay and the house welcoming and comfortable. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with as well as board games. The view from the back deck overlooking the lake was stunning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking as far as pots, pans, cups, etc. There was plenty of room for the whole family & we all enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for our family for a quick spring break getaway. Lots to do in the house and a very well stocked kitchen to make some meals.

This carefully curated Airbnb made for the most rejuvenating experience! The owners thought of everything, including contrast therapy. The rain only added to the incredibly peaceful ambiance and the cathedral ceiling over the two-level deck provided shelter for all of the wellness amenities. The house is really beautiful, spacious, clean, the beds are very comfortable, there are nice views and lots of entertainment. I would definitely stay in that house again.

We loved it so much! It was so beautiful and cozy. Jeff was very helpful, responsive and proactive. It’s a newer construction surrounded by lake taneycomo. Such a beautiful area to take in, especially from the hot tub. Our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Great location - we had a nice view of the sunset. Internet was good. Everything matched the description. We also left an item behind and they were very friendly to help us get it returned, which was appreciated.

My family loved the house. There were just a couple of minor things we had to adjust to, but nothing that would keep us from going back. We stayed for the Christmas Holidays, and it is a perfect home away from home!

This beautiful home in Branson, was just what our families needed! It was clean and had all the things your home would have! You really just needed to bring your clothes and groceries! We were welcomed with a S’mores basket which the kids gravitated towards immediately, the parents enjoyed the coffee bar! The deck and patio were so peaceful and the water front and trail was a great bonus! We enjoyed the kayaks! I would highly recommend this stay for families or groups of friends! Spacious and an amazing place!!! Our best vacation rental stay yet!!!

This place had it all ….. great for my family to enjoy a fun filled few days in Branson. Spacious and set up for four couples with a few children. Brenda was very responsive and understanding about our needs. Highly recommend this rental. Enough furniture to all kick back and enjoy the group together.

The house was nice & my family enjoyed our stay!

We chose the house due to its proximity to the church where Dad's memorial service was held. We had 9 adults and two toddlers staying in this lovely home. Everyone had a beautiful bedroom and bathroom to use. The beds are luxurious and comfortable. The layout distributes the bedrooms so that each one is a retreat even while others are gathered in the common areas. Favorite things: the huge table that seats 12 people, the screened porch with comfy chairs, the front porch for a private conversation, the fluffy towels and bath rugs in the bathrooms, and every kitchen item you could possibly need for cooking, baking, serving, storing food, and cleaning up. We prefer to cook over eating out and we had all the equipment we needed. We were grateful to not have to use paper plates, etc., because there were plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, etc. The "boys" loved the pool table. Our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive to our situation!

Our family enjoyed this little getaway with plenty of room and full kitchens. There were a few things that needed attention and updating, but all in all, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean.

Our family enjoyed another Branson Christmas. Nat and Tyann’s place was the perfect setting and was so comfy! Their house was clean and exactly like the posted pictures. We had no issues and will book again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Jody was a great host . She was very accommodating and responsive to questions. We loved the place . Plenty of room for my family and great escape from busy downtown Branson. My family loved it. We used the fire pit one night to roast hotdogs and marshmallows. We really enjoyed it!

This place was perfect for our Christmas family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone but perfect to be able to be together. It was clean, home was well thought out, and host was very responsive. We had one issue with bed but they fixed it promptly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay and my husband was able to fish and relax during our stay. Our daughter’s wedding was at a local venue and Ronald was very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great house with so much room for the entire family. The littles loved the bunk beds and skipping rocks. Neighbors were also very kind.

Wow! Spectacular homes! We had a large family group and rented both homes. The property is beautiful. The salt water pool is amazing, oh and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Rick and Kathy were responsive to any questions we had. There are 2 hot tubs on the property. We only used the one at the cottage once because the weather was too hot, but it was clean and well cared for. The whole property is well cared for! Our parents are older and the cottage was perfect for them because they have trouble with steps. We had plenty space for the 16 of us. In the evening we all went to the Royal View to play games and watch the beautiful sunsets. Our family had a great time. We went to Branson a couple of times, and it was easy to get to for great shopping, fun things to do, and good food. Just love this property, and would highly recommend!

The house was great for a large group of fourteen, six of them children under nine. There is plenty of seating with two dining tables. The second floor was perfect for the children, bunks, two cubbies with beds, large tv and an air hockey table. It is a lovely house already and then we were so surprised to see it decorated beautifully for Christmas, bonus! It is a perfect location for Silver Dollar City, you can hear the train and people on the roller coasters from the front yard. The people in the club house were very pleasant, easy check in and out. We hope to return sometime very soon.

Our Mother/Daughter weekend trip began all smiles in the early afternoon- although accompanied the entire way by massive torrential storms as our travel companion. We were just a couple of hours away when out of nowhere a white car began to spin out of control. What's important, no one was seriously injured (incl the semi driver involved)! My car was a total loss, so hurriedly we were able to get to a rental facility w/10min to spare. Through prayer, we pressed on and arrived on or around 10PM; 6 hours later than check-in time. Needless to say we were outside of ourselves. Patrick and Christina had learned of our incident through my sister messaging a question, immediately replied and extended a personal call out of concern for us. Please know this meant the world to us; especially your prayers! What's more, the hot-tub sure came in handy for our sore bodies. As, the time and cold rain cont'd on and on all 5 of us felt safe, warm and comfortable in their lovely home. Highly Recommend!
