We had a lovely stay! Great access to everywhere in town.

This was one of my favorite air bnb stays! We loved staying right on Lake Rotorua and enjoying the sunrise each morning! Lauren and Sam had paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy the lake as well as a hot tub for relaxing! The unit was so cute and very comfortable! Lauren and Sam were great hosts and shared a long list of recommendations with us. Overall we had such a peaceful and relaxing time and would definitely book here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

What a gem! Wins place is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery & the most beautiful birdsong! We loved our quiet few days outside of busy Rotorua but within a short drive to everything. Win left treats to greet us on arrival, everything was pristine.

la maison est très très bien y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour reposant proche de la nature et loin du bruit de la ville. La maison est très fonctionnelle et tout est très bien indiquer dedans. Les activités Skyline est a moins de 30 min, le Motion ( salle de jeux et bouée) top pour les enfants 10 minutes de la maison. Des magasins supermarché à 10 minutes et un petit en haut de la rue. je recommande tout est nickel et la propriétaire est cool et joignable sur le site. très bonne espérance.

This is a fantastic place to stay with all you need. Great indoor, outdoor living. Beautiful lake and easy home for all to enjoy. Lynley was very responsive and accommodating and we’d happily recommend and stay again.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here The view is fantastic and we had everything we needed. It is very family friendly, there is a box of toys for children, some board games and a garden to run around in. One of my group has some mobility issues so it helped that this place was mostly on one level, with only a few steps here and there. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for preparing meals. It's the kind of place where kitchen items left from previous people are there so there were was cooking oil, salt and spices we could use. There is a coffee plunger and a mocha pot (bring your own ground coffee and milk) to use. The street is quiet, with the occasional bleating of sheep and safe. There is lots of space and three loos so good for groups. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

Lovely, tidy apartment that’s much bigger than we anticipated. Well appointed for our stay, and an incredible view! The property is set into a hill with deer and alpacas grazing which is a lovely vibe.

My friends & I had a marvellous stay. The place was perfect, great views & peaceful surroundings. It was lovely being on the deck, watching the birds & looking out onto Lake Rotoiti. We were there for mountains biking & paddleboarding on the lake. It is 20mins to the mtbike tracks. The instructions & local recommendations were great. If you want a peaceful stay in a fantastic location then this is the place to be. Many thanks to the owner :-)

A lovely, welcoming home, really well equipped, very comfortable. Communication was great from start to finish and every everything in the house had clear instructions which was very helpful. We will definitely stay again

Peter's place is a rare find. Close to the hot spring, 30 min drive from Rotorua town centre. It is a working farm with horses, chicken etc. on site. It is such a special experience when you lift up your head in the room and see a horse staring at you through the window. We had great time there.

Great old school batch that felt very chill. Awesome to get to use the kayaks and lovely walks nearby. Added bonus was the toy box and the box of duplo which made the stay so much easier with the kids!

Dan's place is just a piece of paradise! Right in front of the lake, with private jetty and private ramp, away from the main road, totally safe for children. Highly recommend! Dan is very responsive and welcoming, makes you feel like home. Looking forward to return again!

Kid friendly and relaxing place to stay with family and friends. We love it there.

Absolutely loved the spacious three bedroom two bathroom house. Spacious lounge area, big screen tv, centrally located just outside Rotorua. Extra towels for the hot water treats. Spacious outside area with fairy nightlights. Barbie and outside table. Comfee beds. Lovely house

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property manager Olivia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Some highlights: the thermal pool, walkable to playground and tons of restaurants/shops, the sunrise view, the local birds (black swans, pukeko, sea gulls, ducks) all just right behind the house in the lake. Our kids enjoyed the bunkbeds, running around the grassy backyard, the toys and watching sea planes land in the water.

Great host, excellent house & great location. We stayed for New Years and could see the fireworks over the city. House and pool both clean and lovely.

Gorgeous stay, perfect for kids with the playground, picnic area, right on the lake with canoes, hot tubs and pool area. The only improvement I’d say is the pool was cold so could be heated but it’s just a perfect place and would recommend to anyone. Lovely and quiet when sleeping and close to a few things like the redwoods etc.

The cottage is gorgeous. Well set out, with everything you need for a short or long term stay. The bed was really comfy, so comfy in fact we ended up sleeping in. Excellent communication from Frances and Julian & Molly the cat was another touch that added to the experience. Would absolutely stay here again

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely little semi rural retreat with great amenities. The little bars of chocolate, fresh fruit and flowers were a great personal touch. Julian was excellent to deal with and very responsive to my questions. A great place to stay.
