The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

What a spot!! absolute beachfront, high up on the hill overlooking the beach. We booked for our wedding night, but hosts were flexible with an early check in so the bridal party could get ready. Don't book if you don't like listening to the roar of the ocean when it's windy, but if you find it soothing like us, then it's perfect! Nice stairs down to the sand, perfect for a walk, and a nice deck area. The undercover area with fire is so nice for that bad weather but wanting a cosy spot to relax. I have zero complaints, place was spotless, nicely laid out and great parking. We are local to the Pukehina area, but if we ever need to book somewhere there again, this will be first on this list! Thank you Merilyn for your amazing communication and flexibility. We really appreciate it and your cosy place.

I had a great stay! The house was just like the pictures. I felt right at home. The house had a nice supple of cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, body wash, etc) so it felt like you were house sitting for a friend. There were games in a closet to keep us entertained when we didn’t feel like watching tv (access to on demand and Netflix!!). There was a basket of pamphlets from local attractions in the house and Portia was easily available and offered recommendations if needed. The was also easy for food delivery drivers to find if you wanted to stay in for the night. I highly recommend this house if you want a quiet spacious place to stay.

Amazing stay. Had a beautiful dinner and the restaurant across the road. Super comfy beds and lovely and clean. Thanks so much made our stay so much better.

Our family had a fantastic time at Liam’s place, which is in a peaceful and serene location. It’s conveniently close to many attractions, including a beautiful golf course, where the big tree was absolutely stunning! We truly enjoyed a relaxing and quiet getaway together. Liam and his team were excellent communicators, making everything smooth and easy. Thank you, Liam! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway! We would love to come back!!

We booked last minute because we decided we should get somewhere with a proper kitchen . We had been staying in Airbnb’s with just a microwave and a toaster and a kettle, there were only two of us so we were spoiled in this large, fantastically well equipped house. I would highly recommend it for visiting Rotorua only a few minutes drive from the town.

Thank you for your hospitality Juliette. Our family loved staying at your place. The kids especially grew very fond of Moka. They were sad to say goodbye to him. As a host Juliette was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was always just a phone call away and answered all our questions. House was very cosy and comfortable. The backyard / deck area was the best for our three little people who enjoyed kicking the ball around in and riding their bikes. It was completely secured which was a bonus (especially with our wandering two year old) ! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time in the apartment, it is super clean (even cleaner than hotels), cozy and comfortable. The landlord is warm hearted, turned on light and heat before we checked in. The bed was equipped with electric blankets, which made it warm, and we had a good sleep with it. 👍🏻

We needed a spot last minute and Stu was quick to accommodate same day booking. Amazing place as well!

Great base for us in Rotarua. Would thoroughly recommend. Tony is a really nice guy and was always available if we had any questions. The cats were very friendly especially Socks who loved a lap sit outside. All in all an enjoyable stay.

We had a terrific stay at Shelley's apartment. We appreciated being a little out of town in a quiet area with great views. Th location is still within easy reach by car from anything that you would want to do around Rotorua but with more privacy and calm than a city accomodation. The apartment is great - all the furnishings and facilities are high quality. The two bedrooms are not large but roomy enough for two and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and there is a well appointed kitchen area - we had most of our meals in the apartment. Just like eating at home. Shelly is a great host - very friendly and responsive with communications. A very helpful person.

Marie was lovely to deal with, very easy to communicate with, a lovely warm welcome, with extras in the fridge. The property is amazing, clean, right on the lake and easy reach of Rotorua centre. The special towels for taking to the spa was a great touch! Would highly recommend to future guests.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft über zwei Etagen. Schöner Ausblick auf den See, zwei Terrassen. Bei sternklarer Nacht waren die Milchstraße und das Kreuz des Südens sehr gut zu sehen.
